  • Existing internet auction systems have adopted the form which gives a win to the auction bidder who proposes the top bid price for the goods posted on the auction board. But they haven't been satisfying the automatical one-step processing for user's convenience because they must require continuous care of user for bidding and checking as well as neglecting the convenience of user interface while participating in the electronic bidding system. The AuctionBot system of Michigan Univ. is known as the representative internet auction system. It has merit allowing the various kids of bidding. But it does not support automatic a process which can replaces what user has to do using an agent. To improve this kind of user interface, we propose an automatic bidding price strategy algorithm which composes the auction system using agent and design for auto-bidding system using agent so that I can replace user's bidding activity. This mechanism gives an auction system the efficient bidding price strategy.

  • In the case of paper plant engineering company, one of the most important critical problems is to accurately estimate the cost and the delivery time of the project. This is necessary for the company to win a bidding and to have some room for negotiation. Moreover, the company needs to have time to process all the relevant informations to make timely response to, and deal with the changing conditions of the bidding environments as quickly as possible. One of the popular methodology dealing with this kind of situation is an effective "decision support system," and may researches are currently been done on this subject. In this article, and effective decision support system is developed which can provide automatic delivery time and cost estimates from which plant engineering company may be benefited.

  • 본 논문은 시세정보를 활용한 적정한 가격으로 경매를 할 수 있는 전자상거래를 연구하였다. 일반적인 전자상거래는 물건의 적정한 가격 정보 없이 등록 및 구매가 진행된다. 하지만 본 연구는 시세 조회를 이용한 가격 비교를 통해 거래가 적합한 금액에 이루어지는지 확인할 수 있도록 가격정보를 제공한다. 경매 시스템은 일반적인 경매방식인 최저가에서 시작해 점점 가격을 올려 최후의 구매자에게 판매하는 영국식 경매와 가장 높은 금액을 제시한 순서대로 구매자들의 순위가 정해지며 1순위가 2순위의 금액에 입찰 단위 금액을 포함해 구매하는 비딩 경매를 함께 사용한다. 또한, 시간이 부족하거나 경매가 어려운 사용자들을 위해 자신이 지불할 수 있는 최고가를 설정하면 시스템이 스스로 입찰을 해주는 예약 입찰을 추가해 사용자들에게 편리함을 제공한다.

  • Automatic control systems(AVR, Governor, Synchronizer) installed $1970{\sim}1980$ in K-water were considered to be rehabilitated around 2000. Moreover, Korea Power Exchange market system was changed from PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) to a bidding system. Therefore, depending on the power quality, the power provider could achieve additional profits. It is the excitation system and governor that have the functions of enhancing power necessities. During the 20 to 30 years of generator operation, there were many major and minor problems. Examples are SCR burnout (Andong: Excitation system), hunting (Imha: governor), field circuit breaker failure (Chungju 1st: excitation system), the rise of leakage current (Chungju 2nd: excitation system), power supply burnout (Chungju 2nd: governor). These are the typical examples of malfunction which hindered the generator operation and, consequently, diminished the profit of power business. In order to satisfy the needs of the power market and prevent malfunctions mentioned above, the rehabilitation of AVRs and governors were executed. A new system was made to have the flexibility of ancillary service (GF, AGC, etc.), PSS function. With user friendly HMI software, it is more convenient for the operator to fulfill suitable maintenance. It was possible to connect SCADA system by opening protocol of AVR, governor for the efficiency of operation and maintenance.

Automatic Generation of Reserve Prices and Bid Prices for a Group Buying System (공동 구매 시스템에서의 낙찰 예정가 및 입찰가 자동 생성)

  • Internet group buying systems have been widely used recently. In those systems, because the reserve price is provided by the buyer, the success rate can be decreased if the reserve price is set too low compared with the normal price. Otherwise, an unsuitable successful bid can be made if the reserve price is set too high based on inaccurate information. Likewise, the seller's providing too high a bid price can deteriorate his/her own successful bid rate, whereas a successful bid with too low a price may make no profit in the sale. Therefore, pricing agents that recommend adequate prices based on the past buying and selling history data can be helpful. In this paper, we propose two kinds of agents. One suggests reserve prices to buyers based on the past buying history database of the system. The other recommends bid prices to a seller based on the past bidding history data of the company using the cost accounting theory. Through performance experiments, we show that the successful bid rate can increase by preventing buyers from making unreasonable reserve prices. Also, we show that, for the seller, the rate of successful bids with appropriate profits can increase. Using the pricing agents, we design and implement an XML-based group buying system.

  • For the introduction of the electricity of the special design and supervision system to Protect the faulty-workmanship of the electricity equipment and to reserve the electricity safety, last 1995 "Electricity Technology Management Act" were carried out enactment. March 2002, we introduced the pre-Qualification system that is selected the competent company about the electricity design and supervision service over so much capacity which is ordered by the Public institution such as the nation, local autonomous entity, government investment institute and so on. December 2005, the electricity equipment over so much capacity was taken the housing construction plan's approval by the housing act in case, the municipal or district governor with the authority to approve who selected the electricity supervision company according to the pre-Qualification system. Due to the introduction of the system, we could expect the rights and interests increase of the consumer by eradicating dumping of the close relationship between supervision company and the builder, reduction and concurrent position of the supervisor, according to confirm the quality of the electricity equipment and electricity safety. In spite of introducing of the system, the problems occured as reducing the electricity designer's task range compared with different field, modifing the supervisor's rank system rationally, because of researching about the electricity design and supervision technique lacks. Also, KEEA(Korea Electric Engineers Association) manage the caller of the electricity design and supervisor(company or people), but the problems occured as opening to the public about the curler management, introducing automatic bidding system and We need the solution plan about this. Consequently, we consider the present situation of the domestic and outside and problem about the electricity design and supervision system in this paper, try to present rational operation plan through this.

Development of an Algorithm for Automatic Quantity Take-off of Slab Rebar (슬래브 철근 물량 산출 자동화 알고리즘 개발)

  • The objective of this study is to propose an automated algorithm for precise cutting length of slab rebar complying with regulations such as anchorage length, standard hooks, and lapping length. This algorithm aims to improve the traditional manual quantity take-off process typically outsourced by external contractors. By providing accurate rebar quantity data at BBS(Bar Bending Schedule) level from the bidding phase, uncertainty in quantity take-off can be eliminated and reliance on out-sourcing reduced. In addition, the algorithm allows for early determination of precise quantities, enabling construction firms to preapre competitive and optimized bids, leading to increased profit margins during contract negotiations. The proposed algorithm not only streamlines redundant tasks across various processes, including estimating, budgeting, and BBS generation but also offers flexibility in handling post-contract structural drawing changes. In particular, the proposed algorithm, when combined with BIM, can solve the technical problems of using BIM in the early phases of construction, and the algorithm's formulas and shape codes that built as REVIT-based family files, can help saving time and manpower.
