공압밸브의 동적응답 특성측정 자동화 시스템 개발 (Development of automatic measurement system for dynamic respose time of pneumatic solenoid valve)

  • Electro-pneumatic valve is an electro-mechanical device which converts electric signal into pneumatic flow mu or pressure. A measurement of dynamic response time is very important to evaluate valve performance. Dynamic response time of electro-pneumatic valve has a variation accordance with valve types, operating way and test standard. In this study, automatic measurement system of dynamic response time is composed based on test condition of dynamic response time test standard(CETOP, JIS). Also, in this study test pressure variation characteristics accordance with variation of solenoid excitation power, and we developed dynamic response measurement system enable to compare of and analyze these two characteristics.

  • When a ship is course-keeping in the open seas, autopilot system is adapted. The design of autopilot system is very important for improvement of ship′s element research. Automatic steering system consists of autopilot device, power unit, steering gear, magnetic or gyro compass and ship dynamics. In order to evaluate automatic steering system of ships in open seas. we need to know the characteristics of each component of the system, and also to know the characteristics of disturbance to ship dynamics. In this paper, I provide evaluation method of autopilot navigation system of the fishing ship. Prediction method based on the principle of linear superposition is introduced for irregular disturbance. For the evaluation of automatic steering system of a ship, "performance index" is introduced from the viewpoint of energy saving and calculation method is frequency response analysis. Finally, I carried out calculation of sensitivity of control constants of autopilot with various conditions of ocean environments.

  • 최근들어 CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) 기술은 영상 회의, 파일 전송, 음성 사서함, 자동 메시지 전송, 자동 재다이얼 기능 등의 전통적인 분야에서부터 통합 메시징 및 네트워크 팩스 분야에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에 걸쳐서 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전화망을 이용한 CTI 응용분야로 대학에서 입시기간동안 수험생들의 전화 과중에 따른 업무와 학사 행정 서비스를 개선할 수 있는 CTI를 이용한 응용 시스템에 대하여 연구한다. 구현된 시스템은 최근 주목받고 있는 객체 모델링 기법(Object Modeling Technique)을 이용하여 데이터베이스를 설계하고, CTI 호출 제어 시스템을 이용하여 합격자 확인 자동 호출(Automatic Calling System), 합격자 발표 자동 안내(Automatic Response System) 등을 지원하도록 개발한다. 특히 합격자 자동 호출 시스템 구현시 합격 여부를 통지해 줄 때의 음성처리를 위하여 TTS(Text To speech) 모듈을 설계 구현한다.

  • In the present study, the air jet flow characteristics of the dryer in the automatic car wash machine were numerically predicted by commercial CFD code. The effects of the dryer shape and the nozzle width variations on the performance of the automatic car wash machine were discussed. To optimize the geometric parameters, the response surface method(RSM) with CFD was used. Predicted jet velocity distributions for the optimized geometry were compared with experimental data and the comparisons show generally good agreements. Also, the performance of the dryer was improved with the optimized results.

근육피로도를 고려한 하반신 마비환자의 보행 자동제어 FES 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on an Automatic FES Control System for Paraplegic Walking Against Muscle Fatigue)

  • In this paper, a DSP and microcomputer-based EMG controlled functional electrical stimulation (FES) system, for restoring walking of paraplegics at the patients' own command, is presented. The above-lesion EMG is a time-varying nonstationary signal and its autoregressive (AR) parameters are identified by the nonstationary identification algorithm using a DSP chip. The identified AR parameters are used for the cloassification of the function and the control of the movement. The below-lesion response-EMG signal is used as a measure of muscle fatigue. This FES system is designed to measure muscle fatigue and control the stimulation intensity according to the amplitude of the response-EMG signal. While the automatic electrical intensity control is obtained by identifying the movement, the proposed FES system is suitable for the automatic control of paraplegic walking.

  • 차세대 정보전에서는 자신의 정보 시스템에 대한 침해방지, 복구 등의 수동적인 형태의 보호뿐만 아니라 상대방의 정보 기반구조(Information Infrastructure)에 대한 공격과 같은 적극적인 형태의 보호가 요구된다. 침입이 발생함과 동시에 시스템에 대한 피해를 최소화하고 침입자 추적 등의 즉각적인 대응을 하기 위해 정보보호시스템이 인간의 개입없이 자동적으로 대응하는 기능을 제공할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 자기확장 모니터링 기법과 이를 기반으로 설계된 침입자동대응 모델을 제시한다. 또한 제안된 모델에 의해 설계, 구현된 침입자동대응 시스템인 ARTEMIS(Advanced Realtime Emergency Management Identification System)를 소개한다. 자기보호 기능을 가진 모니터링과 복제를 이용한 자기확장 모니터링은 모니터링 정보수집과 침입자 추적에 대한 공간적인 제약을 최소화하여 침입탐지와 침입자 추적의 정확도를 높인다.

Adaptive mass flow method 유압압하식 자동 두께제어 장치에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Hydraulic Automatic Gauge Control System of Adaptive Mass Flow Method)

  • This test was performed on the hydraulic automatic gauge control(AGC) system of adaptive mass flow method. Fundamental purpose of this study are performance evaluation of this AGC system under the actual rolling condition. It was concluded that the response of AGC system depends on the dynamic characteristics of a reel motor or roll position. The test results are as follows : 1) The control method of reel motor current is better than than of the roll position as AGC system. 2) The more steel strip thickness of delivery side is thick, the larger the gauge deviation is large, and the more it is thin, the larger the gauge deviation rate is large. 3) Because the gauge deviation is large at acceleration and deceleration speed than steady speed, so AGC system is better to adopt over 50m/min. By applying this AGC system, not only the accurary in strip thickness were improved but also productivity was improved dramatically.

전력계통 주파수응답 실적 기반의 국내 AGC 주파수 바이어스 설정치 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Frequency Bias Setting of the AGC based on Frequency Response in Korea)

  • This paper presents Frequency Bias setting for the adequate AGC(Automatic Generator Control) operation based on the frequency response of power system in Korea. AGC frequency control recovers the frequency up to 60Hz following a primary control when the frequency suddenly drops due to a fault in power system. AGC can compensate an appropriate amount of generation by calculating ACE(Are Control Error) from the frequency deviation with the AGC frequency bias set from the actual frequency response in power systems. An appropriateness of the proposed AGC bias setting is verified through case studies employing the simulation model.

  • Recently, the applications of unmanned system are steadily increasing. Unmanned automatic system is suitable for routine mission such as reconnaissance, environment monitoring, resource conservation and investigation. Especially, for the ocean environment monitoring mission, many ocean engineers had scoped with the routine and even risky works. The automatic system can replace the periodic and routine missions: water sampling, temperature and salinity measuring, etc. In this paper, an unmanned surface vessel was designed for routine and periodic ocean environmental missions. An autonomous control system was designed and tested for the unmanned vessel. A GPS and gyro compass was used for navigation. A linear autopilot model for course control can be derived from the maneuvering model. Nomoto's 2nd-order response equation was derived. The design methodologies and performance of the surface vessel were illustrated and verified with this linearized equation of motion. A linear controller was designed and automatic route tracking performance was verified for yaw subsystem.

  • This paper is concerned with applicability of a new type of controllers, called i-PID and GPI in which unknown parts of the plant are taken into account without any modeling procedure, to automatic voltage regulator (AVR) system. First, the procedure for applying i-PID and GPI algorithms to AVR system is proposed, which uses model reduction technique based on the given information of AVR. Second, simulations are given to verify their effectiveness comparing to various PID algorithms including PIDD2 which is four-term controller, that is, consisting of PID and second order derivative terms. Superior response performances of i-PID and GPI in comparison to conventional PID controllers are shown. Moreover, i-PID can highly improve the system robustness with respect to model uncertainties, especially to load variations.
