  • 조립체 공정은 많은 부분이 자동화 되었지만 결함 진단 부분에서는 포괄적인 의사 결정을 지원하기 위해 다양한 분야의 전문성과 지식을 필요로 하기 때문에 자동화가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 분야의 전문가가 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 직관적으로 이해할 수 있는 영상 정보를 이용한 조립체 결함 분석 지원시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 영상 정보와 제품 설계 정보 그리고 결함탐지 정보를 병합함으로써 조립체에서 효과적으로 결함을 분석하도록 지원한다. 제안된 방법은 라벨링을 이용하여 조립체의 영상을 부품 단위로 분할하고 확장된 속성 관계 그래프(eARG)를 사용하여 설계 정보와 결함 분석 정보를 일관되게 표현하여 결함 정보를 영상 정보로부터 접근할 수 있도록 한다.

  • 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 함께 정보 시스템의 보안 위협인 침입 사고도 급증하고 있다. 보다 강 화된 보안 메커니즘이 요구되고 있다. 시스템 로그 분석은 이런 침입 사실을 탐지하고 침입 자를 추적하 기 위해 필수적인 과정이나 로그 자료의 종류와 형태의 다양함으로 인해 자동화된 로그 수 집 및 분석이 현실적으로 어려운 상태이다. 우리는 침입 추적에 필요한 로그 자료의 형태를 정의하고 방 대한 로그 자 료로부터 효율적으로 로그수집, 분석할수 있는 도구를 설계 및 구현하였다. 이 논문에서는 개발된 도구 를 사용하여 실제 침입 추적을 한 경험을 소개하고 도구의 향후 개선 방향을 제시한다 Widespread use of Internet despite numerous positive aspects resulted in increased number of system intrusions and the need for enhanced security mechanisms is urgent. Systematic collection and analysis of log data are essential in intrusion investigation. Unfortunately existing logs are stored in diverse and incompatible format thus making an automated intrusion investigation practically impossible. We examined the types of log data essential in intrusion investigation and implemented a tool to enable systematic collection and efficient analysis of voluminous log data. Our tool based on RBDMS and SQL provides graphical and user-friendly interface. We describe our experience of using the tool in actual intrusion investigation and explain how our tool can be further enhanced.

  • Structural design, generally engineering design, is a complex process combinding design knowledges and analysis techniques. While analysis techniques can be automated in an algorithmic fashion, relatively little work has been done in the area of the design automation. An effect approach method for the automation of the engineering design may be a hybrid system, in which design knowledges, specification requirements and interpretations are represented using an expert system methodology and numerically intensive operations of the design process are implemented using an algorithmic language such as FORTRAN. The purpose of this paper is concentrated on the knowledge of K-CLIPS(KAIST-C Language Integrated Production System) used to design and implement this hybrid system. In K-CLIPS, some representation methods : frame, production rule, fact and user defined function are used to construct the knowledge base. The hierarchical knowledges could be expressed more naturally with a little number of rules than other plain production systems.

  • An integrated design system has as its aim the incoporation of all the design processes, such as, planning, preliminary design, analysis, detailed design (mamber design), evaluation, and drafting into an unified software system. Successful implementation such a system could lead to major improvements in efficiency by eliminating duplication of data and efforts. reducing errors, saving design time, providing management support, and so on. This study presents a methodology for an computer-integrated design system for building structures, synthesizing algorithmic procedures and knowledge based expert systems on the network database. Network database, which was designed to store all information systematically during the design processes, provides centeral communication area between algorithms and expert systems. The conventional procedural codes automate the routine design phases such as structural analysis, whereas knowledge-based expert systems support designer's decisions at the creative design phases such as preliminary design etc. The user interface with interactive and batch modes controls the design phases and manages design information and activates the algorithms and the expert systems. The concept presented in this paper will contribute to the formulation of automated design systems for building structures.

  • 산업프로세스(industrial _Process)가 점차 복잡하여지고 자동화됨에 따라 계통(system)의 신뢰도를 높이고 인간의 한계능력을 해결하기 위하여 경보분석(alarm analysis)흑은 고장진단(fault diagnosis)의 필요성이 절실화 되어 가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 화학 반응기 (chemical reactor)의 고장진단을 위한 방법으로 시이퀸스 콤퓨터 프로그램밍(sequence computer programming )에 의한 "사전(dictionary)" 작성방법이 시도 되었고 실험을 통해 그 유용성이 입증 되었다. 그리고 점차 복잡되어가고 있는 경보 시스템(alarm system)을 단순화 시킬 수 있는 결과 시스템 설계에 대한 제안을 마련하였다.

  • Recently, contactless power transfer system is widely used in many industry applications such as automated guided vehicles and medical applications. In this paper, we derived electrical parameters and analyzed output characteristics of contactless power transfer device with resonant converter for levitation / propulsion system. And, the characteristics analysis results are satisfied with output required specifications of analysis model.

비균질재료의 3차원 균열에 대한 응력확대계수 해석 (Stress Intensity factor Analysis for Three-Dimensional Cracks in Inhomogeneous Materials)

  • Accurate stress intensity factor analyses and crack growth rate of surface -cracked components in inhomogeneous materials are needed fur reliable prediction of their fatigue life and fracture strengths. This paper describes an automated stress intensity factor analysis of three-dimensional (3D) cracks in inhomogeneous materials. 3D finite element method (FEM) was used to obtain the stress intensity factor fur subsurface cracks and surface cracks existing in inhomogeneous materials. To examine accuracy and efficiency of the present system, the stress intensity factor for a semi-elliptical surface crack in a plate subjected to uniform tension is calculated, and compared with Raju-Newman's solutions. Then the system is applied to analyze cladding effect of subsurface cracks in inhomogeneous materials. The results were compared with those surface cracks in homogeneous materials. It is clearly demonstrated from these analyses that the stress intensity factors for subsurface cracks are less than those of surface cracks. Also, this system is applied to analyze cladding effect of surface cracks in inhomogeneous materials.

명세서 분석을 통한 오류 검출 시스템 개발 (Development of Error Detection System through the Specifications Analysis)

  • 실제 시스템 개발현장에서는 사용자 요구사항과 관련 자료의 분석을 시작으로 크게 네 가지 단계 즉, 분석, 설계, 개발, 구현단계별로 각종 명세서들을 작성하고 있다. 명세서 일부는 자동화된 도구를 사용하여 연속적으로 작성되기도 하지만 모든 명세서가 자동화로 작성되는 것은 아니다. 이로 인해 작성되는 명세서간에는 많은 불일치 항목이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 시스템을 개발할 때 각 단계별로 작성되는 명세서에 포함된 오류를 검출하는 방안을 제안하고, 이를 기초로 명세서 오류 검출 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다.

  • How can a train move? While a car is driven by a driver who gets the traffic information and takes the road, a train is operated on the designated(or predetermined) track by the operator or the control center. There have been a great deal of changes and evolutions in the railroad environment. Along with these transitions, there have been also a considerable amount of changes in the control center. There has been no detailed analysis for the control center even though its importance has been recognized. It goes without saying that CCC(Central Control Center)'s importance as the core of the train driving system. Such an importance is true for the automated driving system such as the light rail system. Therefore this paper analyzes the CCC of AREX(Airport Express) from the various aspects, i.e., organization, personnel assignment, the way of working, qualification and job analysis for the operator.

제2형 당뇨병 환자를 위한 자동 맞춤형 셀프케어 프로그램 개발 (The Development of Automated Personalized Self-Care (APSC) Program for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus)

  • Purpose: The study aimed to design and develop an automated personalized self-care (APSC) program for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The secondary aim was to present a clinical protocol as a mixed-method research to test the program effects. Methods: The APSC program was developed in the order of analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation according to the software development life cycle, and was guided by the self-regulatory theory. The content validity, heuristics, and usability of the program were verified by experts and patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results: The APSC program was developed based on goal setting, education, monitoring, and feedback components corresponding to the phases of forethought, performance/volitional control, and self-reflection of self-regulatory theory. Using the mobile application, the participants are able to learn from educational materials, monitor their health behaviors, receive weekly-automated personalized goals and feedback messages, and use an automated conversation system to solve the problems related to self-care. The ongoing two-year study utilizes a mixed method design, with 180 patients having type 2 diabetes mellitus randomized to receive either the intervention or usual care. The participants will be reviewed for self-care self-efficacy, health behaviors, and health outcomes at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months. Participants in the intervention group will be interviewed about their experiences. Conclusion: The APSC program can serve as an effective tool for facilitating diabetes health behaviors by improving patients' self-care self-efficacy and self-regulation for self-care. However, the clinical effectiveness of this program requires further investigation.
