센서 통합 능력을 갖는 다중 로봇 Controller의 설계 기술

  • 이 글에서는 Multi-Tasking Real Time O.S인 VxWorks를 기본으로 하여 다중센서 융합(Multi-Sensor Fusion) 능력을 갖는 다중 로봇 협조제어 시스템의 구현에 대하여 살펴보았다. 본 제어 시스템은 두대 로봇의 제어에 필요한 장애물 회피, 조건 동작(Conditional Motion) 혹은 동시동작(Concurrent Motion)과 외부 디바이스와의 동기 Motion(Conveyor Tracking)을 수행할 수 있게 구현하였고, 몇몇 작업을 통해 우수성을 입증하였다. 앞으로 본 연구와 관련한 추후 과제로는 1) 자유도가 6관절형인 수직다관절 매니퓰레이터를 위한 충돌회피 알고리즘의 개발, 2) Two Arm Robot의 상대 위치를 위한 Auto-Calibration 시스템의 개발, 3) CAD Based Trajectory 생성 등이 있다.

  • A study is the selection of optimum forming condition for RP system. We develop the Automatic design program for machine element using visual LISP program in AutoCAD. Automatic design program reduces the required time for feedback between design and manufacturing of workpiece. Also we investigate the relationship between circularity of 3D solid model and circularity of rapid prototype using RP system and we will find optimum forming condition in RP system.

  • Layout 문제는 매우 복잡한 의사결정과정이며, 이론적인 면보다는 논리를 바탕으로 한 경험적 결정이 많이 필요한 분야다. 이 논문에서는 프레스와 용접공정을 중심으로 하는 두 자동차 부품 생산업체가 한 업체로 통합되면서 새로운 공장으로 이전하는 과정에서 발생한 Layout 문제를 해결해 나가는 방법을 소개하였다. 추진하는 과정에서 기존의 개념모델을 일부 수정하여 적용하였으며, AutoCAD, FactoryFlow와 같은 소프트웨어를 이용하여 정량적 평가를 지원하였다.

  • Thus paper deals with a study of the automatic machining and measurement system based on Features. The system includes following 5 modules : a feature-based design module, an automatic NC programming module, an automatic measurement programming module, and a simulation module. The system is developed by using IBM-PC in the AutoCAD and the BORLAND c $\^$++/ environment. A vertical machining center equipped with FANUC 0MC is used for experiments. Performance of the system is confirmed by a large amount of experiment.

  • In design of the plastic injection mold, most of drawings are composed of basic entities. It is very easy to produce many kinds of drawings by Group Technology. Group Technology is a technique In which part similarities are used to classify parts into part families according to either geometric shape and size or processing requirements. Almost data for the mold are decided during the assembly design. A system which shows a good interfaces between the design stage and producing part exploding Is developed using AutoCAD system and data conversion technique.

  • This paper describes the development of on-the-machine measuring(OMM) system which can directly measure the two and three dimensional machined accuracy using a scanning probe in milling machine. Two algorithms, NC program based continuous path(CP) measurement and CAD data assisted point to point(PTP) measurement, are developed for three dimensional measurements, with consideration of the characteristics of the scanning probe. The algorithms are used to develop an auto measuring system. The delveloped system is compared with the CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) in terms of accuracy and repeatability. The OMM system is expected to realize measurement time reduction and hence result in high productivity.
