사회적 배제가 과시소비에 미치는 영향: 내적귀인과 자존감의 조절역할 (Influence of Social Exclusion on Conspicuous Consumption: Moderating Effect of Attribution and Self-Esteem)

  • Purpose - This research aims to investigate the influence of social exclusion on conspicuous consumption. Specifically this research suggested that the influence of social exclusion on conspicuous consumption would be different depending on consumers' psychological characteristics such as internal attribution tendency and self-esteem. Design/methodology/approach - The experiment was conducted to verify hypotheses. 110 sample data were collected from the experiment and SPSS PROCESS Macro was used for data analysis. Findings - The result revealed that the interaction effect of social exclusion and internal attribution was significant. Specifically, social exclusion had on positive impact on conspicuous consumption for consumers with high level of internal attribution tendency. In addition, conspicuous consumption was pronounced for consumers having both high level of internal attribution and low level of self-esteem. Research implications or Originality - The result is expected to expand the research scope on social exclusion and conspicuous consumption, and provide practical implications for marketers.

  • The use of smartphones has grown rapidly over a short period of time, particularly for commuting news search, smart banking, and social networking services, and has had a significant impact on the pattern of contemporary life. Further, a wide range of applications are downloaded on to smartphones. This has also led a considerable number of complaints regarding these applications. In this study, we focus on the levels of dissatisfaction that users experience with smartphone applications and their effects on consumer complaint behavior along with the moderating effects of the complaint handling process and attribution. The aim of this study is to verify whether the following hypothesis--2 (low/high dissatisfaction level of smartphone applications)${\times}2$ (poor/excellent complaint handling process)${\times}2$ (internal/external consumer attribution)--is in accordance with the betweengroup design to build a factorial design experiment. The results of this study are as follows. First, the consumer's tendency to complain significantly influenced their dissatisfaction level. Second, consumer complaint behavior is modulated by the complaint handling process. Third, the external-attribution tendency of consumers was found to lead to more dissatisfaction than the tendency for internal attribution.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine whether customers' shadow work and risk perception have an impact on revisit intention to the fast-food restaurant, with mediating role of different types of attribution tendencies. We also added perceived unfairness in the research model, in order to verify its mediating effect on the relationship between attribution tendencies and revisit intention. Design/methodology/approach Applying the shadow work perspective and attribution theory, we designed a research model to confirm the hypotheses. After collecting the data from 331 customers who have used self-service technology in a fast-food restaurant, we conducted an analysis of measurement model and structural model by using Smart-PLS 3.0. Findings This study confirmed that Forced Use of self-service technology can enhance the tendency of dispositional attribution which would negatively affect perceived unfairness and revisit intention. On the other hand, affective risk perception was proven to affect situational attribution, which positively affects revisit intention.

초등 영재와 일반학생간의 학업성패에 대한 귀인성향과 자기조절학습전략 사용의 차이 (The Differences of Attribution Tendency and Self-regulated Learning Strategy between Gifted Students and General Students in Elementary School)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등 영재와 일반학생의 학업성패에 대한 귀인성향과 자기조절 학습전략 사용상의 차이를 분석하는데 있다. 연구 대상은 교육청 주관 영재교육원과 대학교 부설 영재교육원에 다니고 있는 초등학교 5$\sim$6학년 영재와 일반학생 각각 105명이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학업성패에 대한 영재와 일반학생의 귀인성향의 차이는 능력 요인에서 나타났다. 즉 영재는 일반학생에 비해 성공을 능력요인으로 귀인하는 성향이 높았으며, 일반학생은 영재에 비해 실패를 능력부족으로 귀인하는 성향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영재는 일반학생보다 자기조절학습전략 사용능력이 전반적으로 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 과학영재가 인문영재보다 숙달목표를 더 지향하는 젓으로 밝혀졌으며, 영재 여학생이 남학생에 비하여 학습에 대한 성취 가치를 더 많이 부여하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

귀인 경향에 따른 도덕성(도덕신념, 판단, 행동) 발달 분석 (Developmental Analysis of Morality(Belief, Judgment & Behavior) in Relation to Attribution)

  • Different aspects of morality, namely, moral belief, moral judgement and moral behavior have been studied seperately. This study examined the development of these three aspects of morality in relation to internal attribution in one sample. A total of 371, third -and sixth- grade children from Masan city were responded to questionnaires on moral belief, moral judgement, and attibutional tendency. In addition, children's moral behavior was measured by the teachers' 5-item rating scale. As results, there were signigicant but low correlations among three components of morality. There were developmental differences in moral belief and moral judgement but there was no age difference in moral behavior. Compared to third graders, sixth graders were higher in moral judgement but lower in moral belief. Social experience as well as cognitive development on moral relativity could explain this paradoxical developmental trend in moral belief. There was a sex difference only on moral behavior : Girls were rated higher in moral behavior than boys. Internal attribution was significantly correlated with all three aspects of morality, .15 with moral belief, .45 with moral judgement, .14 with moral behavior, respectively. There was a significant developmental difference but no sex difference in attributional tendency: Sixth graders reported higher internal attribution than third graders. However, there was no developmental difference in correlations among internal attribution and three aspects of morality. Most importantly, internal attribution explained morality better than either age -or sex- variable. It was suggested that educational programs on morality need to focus on the internalization of it.

시설아동의 학문적 자아개념과 귀인성향에 관한 연구 (Scholastic Self-Concept And Attribution Tendencies Of Institutionalized Children)

  • The present research investigated scholastic self-concepts and attribution tendencies of institutionalized children in comparison with home-reared children. The subjects were 286 institutionalized and 327 home-reared fifth. sixth, seventh, and eighth grade children. Instruments were the Scholastic Self-Concept Test(Park. Lee. & Cho. 1980). the Attribution Tendency Test(Lee, 1983) and a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. Data were analyzed by ANOVA. Duncan's Test of Multiple Comparsion, and product- moment correlation coefficient(r). Findings showed that (1) the scholastic self-concept of institutionalized children was lower than that of home-reared children; (2) higher scholastic self-concept of institutionalized children was correlated with (i) higher degree of contentment with the institution. (ii) shorter length of residence in the institution. and (iii) older age at admission to the institution; (3) institutionalized children attributed achievement more to uncontrollable. external factors. while home-reared children attributed achievement more to controllable. internal factors; (4) institutionalized children with a lower degree of contentment with the institution attributed achievement to luck while those with a higher degree of contentment attributed achievement to ability; and (5) the higher the scholastic self-concept. the higher the tendency to attribute achievement to internal. controllable factors, and the lower the scholastic self-concept, the higher the tendency to attribute achievement to external, uncontrollable factors.

노인요양시설 사회복지사의 직무환경과 개인적 성향이 소진에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Elderly Care Facility Social Workers' Work Environment and Personal Tendencies on Their Exhaustion)

  • 본 연구는 노인요양시설에 종사하는 사회복지사의 직무환경(역할갈등, 역할모호성, 역할 과다, 보상체계의 적절성)과 개인적 성향(정서적 공감성, 인지적 공감성, 외적 귀인성향, 내적 귀인성향)이 사회복지사의 소진(감정적 고갈, 개인적 성취감 저하, 클라이언트에 대한 비인격화)에 미치는 영향을 검증하여 노인요양시설에 종사하는 사회복지사의 소진을 예방할 수 있는 방안을 제시한 것이다. 노인장기요양기관으로 지정된 노인요양시설에 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시, 수집된 총 312부의 자료를 기반으로 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석한 결과, 직무환경인 역할모호성은 개인적 성취감 저하와 클라이언트에 대한 비인격화에, 역할갈등과 역할과다는 감정적 고갈과 클라이언트에 대한 비인격화에 각기 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 개인적 성향인 인지적 공감성과 내적 귀인성향은 개인적 성취감 저하에 부(-)의 영향을, 외적 귀인성향은 감정적 고갈과 클라이언트에 대한 비인격화에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 노인요양시설에 종사하는 사회복지사의 소진을 직무환경 뿐 아니라 개인적 성향에 주목해서 조명했다는 면에서 의의를 가진다.

서울시 신축한옥의 면적별 평면구성에 따른 공간적 특징에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Spatial Characteristics of the Newly-built Hanok in Seoul by Planar Configuration according to Area)

  • According to the relation of the attribution of residents, we analyzed the spatial characteristics of newly-built Hanok in Bukchon focused on a spatial area-ratio, the number of rooms, L/D/K configuration. The results are as follows: 1) Have increased the number of residents, the family members are also increased. In this study, the major formed case is 3 residents and two-generation family. 2) In the most cases, R area-ratio is the highest, next to L/D/K integrated area-ratio. While the examples that the L/D/K integrated area-ratio is lower than R area-ratio, or is also higher than R area-ratio are appeared. These examples can present that it has a tendency to secure the necessary room depending on the attribution of residents. 3) L/D/K is classified into four types of connection. And the characteristics depending on the number of rooms are as follows. L+DK is the most common type, next to LDK>LD+K>L+D+K. And L+DK is widely distributed in each sized area. And particularly, it is appeared mostly in 3R.

여고생의 니트웨어 구매 행동 분석 및 감각 추구 성향과의 관계 (Analysis on the Knitwear Purchase Behavior and the Sensation Seeking Tendency of High School Girls)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the sensation seeking tendency and knitwear purchase behaviors of high school girls. The data were obtained from 475 high school girls at 6 high schools located in Daejeon. The method of study is a survey consisted of sensation seeking tendency items, knitwear purchase behavior items and demographic attribution. Data were analyzed by frequency, variance, crosstabs, and correlation analysis using SPSS WIN 17.0 program. The results of study are as follows. First, high school girls generally liked knitwears by reason of comfort and activity. Most girls purchased the knitwears to wear ordinary casual wear(81.5%). They usually thought sweater and cardigan to be representative of knitwears. Also, they mostly purchased the knitwears of simple and active design, achromatic color, 100% cotton, and solid or simple stripe pattern. The design and price were considered as important evaluation criteria in knitwear purchase. The information sources used by them were store display, friends, and internet. Second, the knitwear purchase behaviors of high school girls showed the difference between groups with high- and low-sensation seeking tendency. The most important factor of knitwear purchase was an unique and characteristic design in high group and a simple and active design in low group. In conclusion, high school girls liked knitwears and had different knitwear purchase behaviors according to the sensation seeking tendency.

패션점포선택행동의 인과관계에 관한 연구 -의류쇼핑성향, 정보탐색활동, 점포이미지속성을 중심으로- (A Study on the Causality of Fashion Store Choice Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the characteristics for pattern by making a sort of various store choice behaviors and analysing impact both direct and indirect, which is based on the presentation of the influence of clothing store choice behavior into the causal relationship per store type against clothing shopping orientation, information search activity and store image attribution. The results was that consumers who like to the top brand's commodities, had commonly high tendency to and fro its trademark and store allegiance. Furthermore, they have usually bought something following on their inclination what they had purchased as well as the store decoration character and the marketing promotion attribute. The other consumers who prefer to the discount store's merchandises, had also high propensity and the biggest influence on buying something which were those factors; their instance shopping habit, utility-economy trait, follow the fashion character and strong circumspection tendency besides using the mass media Info., personal data and commodities' attribute.
