영업통제시스템이 판매사원의 직무태도와 판매성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Sales-force System on Salesperson's Job Attitude and Sales Performance)

  • Purpose: The salesperson, the core of the operating activities, plays the role of connecting the inside and outside of the company, representing the company to the consumer and identifying and responding to the customer's needs. The department store industry is the most representative retail industry in South Korea, and competition among its peer group and industry is intensifying, requiring differentiated service sales activities and performance from its employees. This study divided the sales force system into activity control(process-oriented control) and output control(performance-oriented control) and verified the differential impact on the job attitude of the salesperson (e.g., job satisfaction and burn-out), respectively. In addition, the effect of job satisfaction and burn-out of the salesperson on the job performance were checked. Research design, data, and methodology: The survey was conducted on 200 sales people working at five branch stores of Hyundai department store in Seoul, and 194 of them were analyzed. The reliability and validity of the variables were analyzed and hypotheses were verified through the SEM. Results: Results have shown that activity control has a greater impact on burn-out compared to output control, and output control has a greater impact on job satisfaction compared to activity control. It has been shown that the salesperson's burn-out does not affect sales performance, but that job satisfaction has a positive effect on sales performance. Conclusions: This study examines the effect of sales force management system such as activity control and output control, on the job attitude and sales performance in department stores. According to the results of this research, each of two control systems have a discriminatory effect on the job attitude variables. For the sales managers of department store, it is recommended to increase the efficiency of sales management by increasing the use of outcome control compared to activity control.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate of differences on the viewpoint of value, job aspiration, job attitude between male and female librarians. The objects of survey are 60 librarians at National Assembly Library. The results of the survey are as follows 1) In general, librarians have advanced propensity on viewpoint of value. But female librarians appear more traditional propensity than male librarians 2) Generally, the ranking of core factors in job aspiration appears ① realise professional value, ② self confidence in occupation, ③ recognized by specialist. 요양보호사의 노인에 대한 지식 및 태도가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Care Giver's Knowledge and Attitude toward the Elderly on Job Stress)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the level of care-givers' knowledge, their attitude towards the elderly and their stress levels within the job, and to apprehend the cause which has had an influence on job stress. The research subjects were 230 care-givers who work in a sanitarium for the elderly in the East of Jeollanamdo. The tool used to measure their knowledge of the elderly was FAQ1 and the semantic differential scale was used to determine the attitude. Job stress was measured by the tool which was used by sun-ju Park. The data analysis was carried out by SPSS Win 13.0. The results of this study are as follows; The care-givers' knowledge level point towards the elderly was relatively low at 44.6%. The average point of attitude toward the elderly was 3.91, which is relatively moderate. The percentages of job stress was generally low. The results showed us that there was no correlation with the knowledge level of the elderly, the attitude towards the elderly and job stress. Since the results indicated that care-givers' knowledge level for the elderly was low, we reached the conclusion that further education where care-givers can get general knowledge for the elderly and aging is necessary. Moreover, research for strengthening positive attitudes towards the elderly is also necessary.

  • 빠르게 변화하는 기업환경에서 조직구성원의 성과 향상을 도모할 수 있는 반응행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 조직공정성과 직무태도와 냉소주의로 연구모형을 구성하여서 각 변수들 사이의 관계를 2단계(Two stage) PLS(Partial Least Squares) 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 조직공정성은 분배공정성, 절차공정성, 상호작용공정성의 1차 요인(First order)에 대한 형성적(Formative) 2차요인(Second order)을 구성하고, 직무태도는 직무만족과 조직몰입의 형성적 2차요인으로 구성하여서, 이탈, 발언, 충성, 태만이라는 반응행동에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하였다. 조직의 공정성에 대한 인식이 직무태도와 냉소주의를 매개하여서 반응행동에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 지식경영의 관점에서 기업 내부의 공정성에 대한 인식이 조직원들의 성과향상을 통하여서 기업 전체적인 성과향상에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다.

직업전문학교 청소년의 직업훈련만족도가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향: 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Effect of Job Training Satisfaction on Career Attitude Maturity in Vocational College Youth: Mediating Effects of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 직업훈련만족도가 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 하여 진로태도성숙에 효과가 있는지를 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구대상은 서울시 4개의 직업전문학교에서 편의표집하여 설문조사에 참여한 386명이며, 통계 처리에는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업훈련만족도와 진로태도성숙간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 직업훈련만족도는 진로태도성숙에 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로태도성숙간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로태도성숙에 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 청소년의 직업훈련만족도와 진로태도성숙간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 부분매개의 효과가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 청소년들이 직업전문학교에서 직업훈련만족도가 높아지면 진로결정자기효능감이 높아지고, 진로결정자기효능감이 높아지면 진로태도성숙도 역시 향상되어 진다는 것을 시사한다.

간호사의 근무부서 이동에 대한 태도와 직무만족도와의 관계 (A Study on the Attitude on the Transfer of Duty Post and Job Satisfaction of Nurses)

  • The objective of this research is to explore the attitude on the transfer of duty post and job satisfaction of nurses. The subjects of this study were 512 nurses who have engages in the K-university hospital. The measurement tool consisted of attitude on the transfer of duty post, job satisfaction. The collected data have been processed using SPSS/PC 12.0 program: The results of this study were as follows: 1. The age the subjects was from 21 to 56 and average 32, blow 3 years experience in current duty post occupied most by 37.1%. The experience of the transfer of duty post showed 50.2%. 51.4% of the nurses wanted $3{\sim}5$ years as the suitable periods for the transfer of duty post showing the highest degree of frequency. 2. The positive degree of the attitude on the transfer of duty post of the nurses appeared average (3.36) to maximum evaluation point 5, and when asked about 4 factors the nurses wanted individual development most by (3.72) while administration management was lowest by (2.65). The satisfaction degree on their job appeared to be average (3.06) to the maximum point 5, and when asked about 7 factors, interaction appeared to be the highest by (3.63), here we saw that interaction was the most important elevating factor of the job satisfaction degree. 3. In the relation of the attitude on the transfer of duty post according to general characteristics, there were the significant difference according to whether it is necessary for the current duty post and periodical duty post to be transferred. In the relation between general characteristics and job satisfaction degree there were the significant differences according to age, marital status, education, position of nurse, hospital clinical nursing experiences, satisfaction degree with current post and the hope of the transfer of duty post from current post. 4. The correlation between attitude on the transfer of duty post and job satisfaction degree was positive relation(r=0.137, p=.002), that the higher the degree of positive attitude on the transfer of duty post the higher the degree of job satisfaction.

치과위생사의 전문직 정체성에 관한 연구 (A study on the professional identity of dental hygienists)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine factors affecting the professional identity of dental hygienists in an attempt to raise awareness of the necessity of professional identity building for dental hygienists, to spread awareness of dental hygienist as one of professions, and to boost the pride of dental hygienists. The subjects in this study were 268 dental hygienists in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. After a survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The dental hygienists investigated got a mean of 3.44, 3.81 and 3.46 on professional identity, professional attitude and job satisfaction respectively. 2. In regard to the relationship of the general characteristics to professional identity, those who were older, whose career was longer, who worked in public dental clinics and who were married were statistically significantly ahead of their counterparts in that aspect. 3. Concerning connections between the general characteristics and professional attitude, age, career and marital status made statistically significant differences to that. As to links between the general characteristics and job satisfaction, there were statistically significant intergroup gaps according to age, career, service area, martial status and the field of job. 4. As for the correlation of the variables, better professional identity led to better professional attitude and higher job satisfaction. 5. In relation to factors affecting professional identity, better professional attitude, longer career and higher job satisfaction had a better impact on professional identity. Those factors made a 55% prediction of that.

외식업체 조리사들의 테크놀로지 주방시스템이 지각된 용이성.유용성과 태도 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향연구 (Effects of Culinary Staff's Technology Kitchen System upon Perceived Ease of Use, Usefulness, Attitude, and Job Performance in the Foodservice Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand effects of culinary staff's technology kitchen system upon perceived ease of use, usefulness, attitude, and job performance in the foodservice industry. Based on a total of 387 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of four hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi}^2$=226.501 (df=85), p<.001, CMIN/df 2.665, RMR .066, GFI .927, NFI .926, IFI .952, TLI .941, CFI .952. The results show that culinary staff's perceived ease of use(${\beta}$=.534) had a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. Also, perceived ease of use (${\beta}$=.350) and perceived usefulness (${\beta}$=.297) had a positive significant effect on attitude. Further, attitude (${\beta}$=1.647) had a significant positive effect on job performance. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

남자 대학생의 강인성 및 취업스트레스와 흡연태도와의 관련성 (The Relationship between Hardiness, Job-seeking Stress and Smoking Attitude among Male College Students)

  • 대학생들의 취업난이 심각한 상황에서 대학생들은 취업 스트레스를 많이 받을 것으로 생각되며, 이는 흡연태도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구는 남자 대학생의 강인성 및 취업스트레스와 흡연태도와의 관련성을 확인하고 흡연태도의 영향요인을 확인하기 위하여 시도되었다. 일부 지역의 남자 대학생 145명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하였으며, t-test, ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 현재 흡연자인 남자 대학생은 22.1%였으며, 대상자의 흡연상태에 따라 흡연태도는 유의한 차이를 보였다(H=28.26, p<.001). 대상자의 강인성 점수가 높은 군(t=-3.27, p=.001)과 취업스트레스가 낮은 군(t=4.40, p<.001)에서 흡연태도가 바람직하게 나타났다. 강인성과 흡연태도는 양의 상관관계를 보였으며(r=.18, p=.028), 취업스트레스와 흡연태도는 음의 상관관계를 보였다(r=-.28, p=.001). 또한, 대상자의 흡연태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비흡연자(β=.50, p<.001), 취업스트레스(β=-.23, p=.015), 과거흡연자(β=.22, p=.016)로 나타났으며, 설명력은 24.3%였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 학교와 보건소 등을 통한 상담이나 취업지원 프로그램을 통해 스트레스 상황을 능동적으로 조절하고 대처할 수 있도록 돕는 것이 남자 대학생의 흡연태도를 바람직한 방향으로 변화시킬 수 있을 것이다.

의류제품 판매원 유형 분석(제1보) -대구지역 의류매장을 중심으로- (An Analysis on the Salespeople typed of Apparel Steres in Daegu(Part I))

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the types of salespeople in the apparel stores. A questionnaire was administered to 267 fashion sales related persons in apparel store in downtown, Daegu. Data were analyzed by using frequency, i-test, cluster analysis, MANOVA, ANOVA and Duncan test by using J.M.p(v.2.01) Mac. program and SAS for windows(v. 6.02) PC program. The results of this study were as follows: The types of salespeople were classified into 4 types: "complaining type as a salespeople", "sensitive type for other affairs than their duty", "satisfying as a salespeople" and "performance reaction type". There were significant differences in academic background, selling apparel type/apparel store type, and in all factors in job satisfaction/dissatisfaction, attitude toward working condition, customer type, and selling training by the different types of salespeople. Complaining type as a salespeople were dissatisfied with most items related with job attitude and showed negative response as salespeople. Sensitive type for other affairs than their duty responded more keenly to other affairs than their duty and showed the highest dissatisfaction on the job dissatisfaction factors, and showed the most emotional reaction on attitude toward working condition, customer type, and regulation. Satisfying type as salespeople showed the positive and active attitude for their job. Performance reaction type were satisfied with their job as salespeople only when their performance is tangible as sales increases and showed highest satisfaction only on the job satisfaction factors. The necessity of professional training was shown in all types of salespeople.g was shown in all types of salespeople.
