This study analyzed the intention of continuous use of the electronic attendance-absence system. Perceived ease of use, acceptance attitude, and user satisfaction variables were selected to analyze the factors affecting the intention of continuous use. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted targeting students who had experience in using the electronic attendance-absence system at K University located in Chungcheongbuk-do. The use environment of the electronic attendance-absence system was non-face-to-face, and the questionnaires answered by 921 students were analyzed. The study results are as follows. First, perceived ease of use and acceptance of the electronic attendance-absence system were found to have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Second, it was found that the learner's perceptual ease, acceptance attitude, and user satisfaction for the electronic attendance-absence system had a positive effect on the intention of continuous use. This study is meaningful in that it identified the intention of continuous use based on the experience of the electronic attendance-absence system in a non-face-to-face environment.

현재 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 카드를 이용한 활용분야는 의료, 유통, 군사, 제조, 보안, 등 다양하게 확장되고 있다. RFID 기술은 식별 대상을 원거리에서 무선 주파수를 통해 한꺼번에 많은 정보를 인식할 수 있는 장점으로 인하여, 기존에 사용하던 바코드를 대체할 기술로서 주목받고 있다. 또한, 학교에서도 도서대출 관리 및 학생출석 관리 등의 RFID를 이용한 시스템에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문은 RFID 카드를 이용한 출석관리 시스템을 개발하였으며, 교수들은 출석현황을 모바일로 확인할 수 있도록 하였고, 학생들은 웹을 통해서 언제든지 자신의 출석현황을 조회할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 학생들의 정보는 RFID 태그가 내장된 학생증을 소지하는 것만으로도 RFID 카드 판독기를 통해 정보가 수신된 후 DB에 저장되게 하였으며, 교수와 학생은 각각 관리자 프로그램과 웹 프로그램을 통해 출석부와 시간표를 관리하고 출력할 수 있다.

교육에서 중요한 요소는 신뢰성 있는 교육의 질을 확보하는 문제이다. 교육의 질을 확보하는 기준에는 다양한 방법들이 있다. 노동부의 계좌제교육, 보건의료종사자의 보수교육에서의 질 관리는 출석관리가 중요한 평가기준이기 때문에 신뢰성 높은 출석관리가 요구된다. 노동부에서 교육생의 출석 신뢰도를 높이기 위해서 최근에 신용카드형태의 출석체크 시스템을 도입하였다. 이에 비해 보건의료종사자의 보수교육은 형식적으로 이루어지는 출석관리로 교육의 질 문제가 제기되어왔다. 최근 개발된 USN기반의 출석관리시스템들은 효과는 있지만 적은규모의 교육이 다수의 지역에서 동시에 진행되는 경우에 관리자 측면에서는 비용적인 문제와 이동성 문제 그리고 시스템 운용의 문제 그리고 교육생의 출석관리의 신뢰도 문제가 해결해야 할 과제로 남게 되었다. 이러한 요구를 해결하기 위해서 본 연구는 바코드와 PC카메라 기반의 저비용 출석관리시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 개발된 시스템을 실제 보수교육현장에서 테스트를 실시한 결과 관리자 측면에서는 98%만족도를 보였고 교육생 측면에서도 95%의 만족도를 보였다.

This paper implements an effective attendance management and monitoring system utilizing the RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and Smart phone for student. In this paper, RFID system use 13.56MHz to control the attendance, and we can show that information of RFID and dynamic image through IP camera in Smart phone. We also make up the contents and database utilizing the labview program in computer. Especially, proposed technique can obtain dynamic image by server implementation at real time basis so that it is possible to use simultaneously several Smart phone. From the various and practical experiment, it is confirm that proposed system is useful for attendance management and remotely monitoring.

최근 대학교에서는 출석 처리를 위해 NFC 인증, QR 코드 인증, Sound-QR 인증, 블루투스 BLE 인증, 얼굴 인식 등 다양한 방식의 전자출결 시스템을 사용해왔다. 그러나 기존 방법들은 데이터 변형에 의한 출석 오류, 강의실 밖에서의 오인식 출석, 중도 이탈 처리의 어려움 등 여러 가지 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하며, 보다 정확한 전자출결을 관리하기 위해 고주파 신호 기반 전자출결 시스템을 제안한다. 고주파 신호는 블루투스 신호를 대치하는 것으로 신호의 전달 범위가 강의실 내로 한정되며, 신호의 변화가 필요할 경우 그 값을 즉시 변화할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 제안 시스템의 성능 검증을 위해 블루투스 기반 전자출결 시스템과의 비교 실험을 실시하였고, 그 결과 제안 방법이 높은 정확도를 나타내었다. 즉, 제안 방법은 스마트 기기 기반 전자출결 시스템에 즉시 활용할 수 있는 유용한 서비스가 될 것이다.

교수자가 학생들의 출결을 신속, 정확하게 체크하기 위한 자동화된 출결시스템 구축을 위해 RPID 리더기, 지문인식기 클리커 등 별도의 장비가 요구되어 비용 및 관리의 문제점을 지니고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 벌도의 시스템 구축 및 추가 장비 사용없이 이미 구축된 무선 인터넷과 수강생들의 스마트폰을 활용하여 스마트폰 기반 출석체크시스템을 개발하였다. 수강생들이 출석체크앱을 로그인하면 날짜, 시간, 위치, 강의실 좌석을 인식하며, 강의와 관련된 퀴즈나 설문조사를 통해 강의 피드백 및 수시로 출석점검이 가능하도록 하였다. 적용 결과 강사는 많은 학생들의 출결을 손쉽고 빠르게 확인할 수 있으며, 퀴즈와 설문을 통해 학생들과 상호작용할 수 있고, 특히 출석, 퀴즈, 설문결과를 엑셀파일로 다운로드 받을 수 있어서 편리하다고 하였다.

최근 유연근무제에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있고, 일부 중앙부처와 대기업 등에서 유연근무제를 시행하고 있다. 유연근무제의 도입으로 근무자는 편의를 얻을 수 있게 되었으나, 관리자가 근무자의 근무시간을 관리하는 비용이 증가하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 근무자의 근무시간을 관리하는 비용을 줄이고 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 스마트폰과 Wi-Fi 지문을 통한 실내 위치 추적 기법을 이용하여 근무자의 위치를 정확히 파악하고, 근무자가 지정된 근무지에 위치하고 있는 시간을 근무시간으로 기록한다. 기존의 근태관리 시스템은 대부분 출퇴근 기록 장치가 필요하며, 근무자의 출퇴근 처리를 통해 출퇴근 시간을 기록한다. 본 시스템은 출퇴근 기록 장치가 필요 없고 근무자가 출퇴근을 처리할 필요 없이 자동으로 근무시간을 기록한다. 그리고 기존의 근태관리 시스템은 출퇴근 시간만 기록하였지만 본 시스템은 출퇴근 시간과 근무자가 지정된 근무지에서 근무한 시간을 기록한다. 본 시스템이 기록한 근무자의 근무시간을 이용하여 근무자의 다양한 근무형태에 따라 효율적인 근태관리를 할 수 있다. 실험을 통해 본 시스템이 근무자의 근무시간을 파악하여 평균 98.7%의 정확성을 보여주었다.

기존의 출석 관리 시스템은 비용 측면에서 너무 과도하거나 편의성 측면에서 불편한 점이 많다. 편리하고 실용적인 출석 관리 시스템을 위해 본 논문에서 제안한 출석 관리 시스템은 다음과 같은 기능을 제공한다. 첫째, 출석부 구성이 쉽고 간단하다. 교수가 직접 수십 명이 넘는 학생들의 명단을 화면이 작은 스마트폰을 통해서 일일이 작성하는 것이 아니라 학생 개개인이 각자의 학생앱을 통해서 자신의 정보를 기록하고 교수는 교수앱을 통해 출석부 작성 요청을 승인만 하면 출석부가 구성된다. 둘째, 사진과 같이 학생과의 교감을 높일 수 있는 다른 부가 정보도 학생 이름과 함께 편리하게 수집된다. 셋째, 자동 출석 부르기 기능을 제공하여 교수앱을 통하여 이름을 불러주고 교수는 학생들의 얼굴과 이름을 쉽고 편리하게 확인할 수 있다. 넷째, 출석을 부를 시간이 부족한 경우를 위하여 빠른 출석 검사 기능을 제공한다. 교수앱을 통해 빠른 출석을 실행한 후 학생앱을 통해 학생들이 출석을 동시에 수행할 수 있어 수십 초 안에 출석 검사를 완료할 수 있다. 다섯째, 학생앱과의 거리 정보를 활용하여 쉽게 부정 출석을 확인할 수 있다.

Although individual-level factors (e.g., attitudes, personality) have long been associated with day-to-day attendance decisions, increasingly researchers have recognized "the social nature of attendance dynamics and their susceptibility to social control (Johns, 2008)." Implications of this social approach for research would be to focus attention on the causes and effects of absence culture (i.e., absence-related perceptions, beliefs, values), and the effects of absence culture on individual and group attendance within social units. Construction projects typically require workers to work in teams or crews on highly interdependent projects, and, thus, are particularly relevant contexts to study absence culture. In this paper we apply a system dynamics (SD) model to study absence culture by utilizing the advantages of SD in capturing a feedback process and state changes. We were particularly interested in: (a) the awareness of social norms within construction crews that pertained to attendance, (b) the interplay between formal attendance rules (policy) and these social norms, and (c) how these sources of influence affected the decision-making process of construction crew members. We expect that the results of this work will help construction organizations evaluate (or re-consider) the effects of their attendance control policies (e.g., timing, strength, and frequency) within a social context. Moreover, our findings suggest that the key to reducing excessive absences might be to invest time in influencing absence culture directly rather than imposing frequent and strict regulations - which, in turn, may inadvertently fortify a culture that works against the organization's interests.

Currently, the record of part-timer is mainly written in handwriting or using excel work schedule, paper work recorder, and time attendance program using POS program. And, work table, commute records, paycheck are managed separately. Time-attendance information is not linked and is managed separately, and payment of wages is often not done accurately. And, it is difficult to pay the wages because it is not able to accurately grasp the state of attendance of part-timer. Therefore, it is necessary to have a transparent wage and work management system based on the trust between the owner and the part-timer. In this paper, we design a system that can perform real-time commute check using beacon, transparent wage management, wage calculation by automatic calculation, and smooth communication between owner and the part-timer. We have also implemented a store management mobile application using Android Studio 2.3, Eclipse, Android 5.1 and Beacon devices in a MySQL environment.
