Currently, the record of part-timer is mainly written in handwriting or using excel work schedule, paper work recorder, and time attendance program using POS program. And, work table, commute records, paycheck are managed separately. Time-attendance information is not linked and is managed separately, and payment of wages is often not done accurately. And, it is difficult to pay the wages because it is not able to accurately grasp the state of attendance of part-timer. Therefore, it is necessary to have a transparent wage and work management system based on the trust between the owner and the part-timer. In this paper, we design a system that can perform real-time commute check using beacon, transparent wage management, wage calculation by automatic calculation, and smooth communication between owner and the part-timer. We have also implemented a store management mobile application using Android Studio 2.3, Eclipse, Android 5.1 and Beacon devices in a MySQL environment.

Objectives : The research which sees collected information about dentistry infection management recognition of the patients and the infection management which the medical treatment consumer does in necessity is what, grasped and satisfaction and became the fundamental data which makes the hospital will be able to trust about dentistry image rise and dentistry environment of the medical treatment consumer who assists a dentistry character executed. Methods : From 2009 April 1st until May 28th 233 people common people who have the experience which visits a Gyeongsangnam-do area dentistry the object with the entry question law which sleeps did and the data analysis SPSS, 12.0 For Window under using produced each question item by frequency and a ratio, the analytical degree of infection management One - Way ANOVA stamps and executed t-test. Results : Information experience experienced about dentistry infection of the investigation object person to be, appeared with 74.7% and the after that dentistry assistance at the time of conduct change which experiences the answer back regarding of Former times attentively observes organization disinfecting' was most with 46.6%. The protective equipments wearing goal of the dentistry medical attendance appeared the dentistry medical attendance and patient protection 77.7%, dentistry medical attendance protection 12.9%, by patient protection 9.4% order. Before medical treatment starting of the dentistry medical attendance the hand Does not confirm' appeared 72.1%, with. The hand washing, is whole and the degree which appears is high with 4.11 points the stamp. Is high there was a possibility of knowing the thing about the recording infection where the educational background will be high and considers statistically the difference which was visible Conclusions : The education which is active and continuous is necessary about infection management and sets the guides which are standardized to the patients and about infection management and about infection prevention and exposes from dentistry practices well to emboss the thing is thought that there is a necessity to plant a trust feeling about the dentistry where the patients assist.

기존의 출석 관리 시스템은 비용 측면에서 너무 과도하거나 편의성 측면에서 불편한 점이 많다. 편리하고 실용적인 출석 관리 시스템을 위해 본 논문에서 제안한 출석 관리 시스템은 다음과 같은 기능을 제공한다. 첫째, 출석부 구성이 쉽고 간단하다. 교수가 직접 수십 명이 넘는 학생들의 명단을 화면이 작은 스마트폰을 통해서 일일이 작성하는 것이 아니라 학생 개개인이 각자의 학생앱을 통해서 자신의 정보를 기록하고 교수는 교수앱을 통해 출석부 작성 요청을 승인만 하면 출석부가 구성된다. 둘째, 사진과 같이 학생과의 교감을 높일 수 있는 다른 부가 정보도 학생 이름과 함께 편리하게 수집된다. 셋째, 자동 출석 부르기 기능을 제공하여 교수앱을 통하여 이름을 불러주고 교수는 학생들의 얼굴과 이름을 쉽고 편리하게 확인할 수 있다. 넷째, 출석을 부를 시간이 부족한 경우를 위하여 빠른 출석 검사 기능을 제공한다. 교수앱을 통해 빠른 출석을 실행한 후 학생앱을 통해 학생들이 출석을 동시에 수행할 수 있어 수십 초 안에 출석 검사를 완료할 수 있다. 다섯째, 학생앱과의 거리 정보를 활용하여 쉽게 부정 출석을 확인할 수 있다.

최근 유연근무제에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있고, 일부 중앙부처와 대기업 등에서 유연근무제를 시행하고 있다. 유연근무제의 도입으로 근무자는 편의를 얻을 수 있게 되었으나, 관리자가 근무자의 근무시간을 관리하는 비용이 증가하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 근무자의 근무시간을 관리하는 비용을 줄이고 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 스마트폰과 Wi-Fi 지문을 통한 실내 위치 추적 기법을 이용하여 근무자의 위치를 정확히 파악하고, 근무자가 지정된 근무지에 위치하고 있는 시간을 근무시간으로 기록한다. 기존의 근태관리 시스템은 대부분 출퇴근 기록 장치가 필요하며, 근무자의 출퇴근 처리를 통해 출퇴근 시간을 기록한다. 본 시스템은 출퇴근 기록 장치가 필요 없고 근무자가 출퇴근을 처리할 필요 없이 자동으로 근무시간을 기록한다. 그리고 기존의 근태관리 시스템은 출퇴근 시간만 기록하였지만 본 시스템은 출퇴근 시간과 근무자가 지정된 근무지에서 근무한 시간을 기록한다. 본 시스템이 기록한 근무자의 근무시간을 이용하여 근무자의 다양한 근무형태에 따라 효율적인 근태관리를 할 수 있다. 실험을 통해 본 시스템이 근무자의 근무시간을 파악하여 평균 98.7%의 정확성을 보여주었다.

본 논문에서는 OpenCV와 머신러닝 기술을 이용하여 교실용 자동 출결 관리 시스템을 제안한다. PC용 범용 카메라를 이용하여 교실 입구에서 얼굴사진을 입력하면 이미 저장된 학생의 얼굴과 유사도를 비교하여 출석이 체크되도록 하는 방식이다. 본 연구에서는 머신러닝 라이브러리 Dlib를 사용하여 사용하여 프로토타입을 구현하였으며 10명의 학생에 대하여 실험한 결과 약 70% 정도의 인식률을 보였다.

과거 안전에 대한 인식은 물리적 측면에서만 통용되었지만, 정보통신 기술의 발전으로 정보보안, 관리보안 측면으로 확대되어 다차원적인 보안 요구를 맞추기 위한 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 현실은 수요자의 눈높이도 인력경비에서 기계경비로 바뀌고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 기계 경비로의 전환은 인력 경비 업체의 수익성 문제를 야기 시키고, 현장에서의 신속하고 정확한 대응이 인력 경비에 비해 떨어지는 역부작용을 낳게 됐다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인력에 의한 보안업무를 담당하는 시설경비에서 인력에 대한 수요자의 불신을 해소하고, 보다 높은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 다양한 업무형태 및 위치 정보를 최소화 할 수 있는 근태관리 시스템을 제안한다.

전자출결관리시스템의 경우 일부 대학 및 교육기관에서 시범적으로 도입, 운영하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 관련시스템은 기존의 바코드 및 마그네틱 카드시스템을 설치, 운영하고 있으며, 비접촉식 RF카드를 도입하여 강의실의 출결관리를 하고 있으나 인식거리(5cm이하) 문제, 학생들의 출결을 위한 매번 카드를 리더기에 읽혀야하는 체크과정을 요구함으로 학생들의 강의실 이용의 혼잡 발생 등의 문제점을 야기 시켰다. 또한 한번 체크한 기록을 가지고 한 과목의 강의시간에 활용하므로 중간이석(조퇴, 두 번째 강의시간 결석 등) 상황에 실시간으로 대응 할 수 없다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서 제안된 다양한 모바일 출결 시스템들 또한 스마트폰의 애플리케이션만을 활용하여 출석여부를 확인하기 때문에 중간 이석 및 대리 출석 등과 같은 문제들을 본질적으로 해결하지는 못하는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 가상의 경계로 구분된 영역에 대해서 사람, 사물 등의 진입과 진출을 감지하는 측위 기반 기술인 지오펜싱 기술을 이용하여 수강생이 스마트폰을 가지고 지오펜스로 설정된 강의실을 드나들 때 출입기록을 자동으로 기재하도록 설정하여 중간 이석 및 대리출석 문제를 해결하는 스마트 출결시스템을 제안한다. 그리고, 강의실에 입장할 때 스마트폰의 기능 일부를 제한(무음, 진동, 인터넷 사용)하여 스마트폰을 통해 발생되는 의도하지 않은 실수들을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 기능 또한 제공한다.

우리나라 사교육의 발달과 최근 중소규모의 학원의 수가 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 학원의 형편에 알맞게 학원관리를 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 학원경영관리 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 또한 모바일 환경에서의 학원들간의 경쟁 및 차별화된 학습지도와 체계적이고 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 학원관리 시스템의 필요성이 증대되었다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 환경에서의 학생들의 출결관리와 학부모 학생 학원 강사간의 커뮤니케이션을 지원하여 중소규모 학원의 시간적, 경제적 비용을 해결 할 수 있는 모바일 학원관리 프로토타입 앱을 개발하였다.

A number of organizations have had big interests in studies concerning leadership and in academic areas, in not only management but also psychology. Until now, leadership has been accentuated by managers or team leaders especially. Recently, however, the concept of self-leadership directing one's own activities through self-control or self-management is being focused on in practices and in academia. This study is to investigate the influence between self-leadership strategies and learning performance in IT classes mediated by attitude of attendance focused on the social science students in two universities (Korea (121 samples) and India (106 samples)). And this research tried to compare difference between two university students. Research results can give us direction of task-taking attitudes in firms or learning attitudes in teaching organizations and implications to human resource managers who are in charge of improving learning performance or productivity.

일반 기업의 전산 업무 중 인사\ulcorner급여 관리 업무는 매우 중요하다. 인사.급여 관리 업무 중 사원에 대한 출퇴근 및 외입 \ulcorner외출 관리는 매우 중요한 데이터 요소이다. 일반 중소기업에서 전산 시스템 도입 에는 많은 비용이 들기 때문에 지금까지는 단순히 출근부에 의한 수 작업 데이터를 관리하였다. 한편, 이 비용문제를 해결하기 위해서 P.O.P단말기를 이용한 근태통신관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.
