DASH 식이 교육 프로그램이 중년 여성의 골밀도에 미치는 효과: 예비 조사 결과 (The Effect of the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) Diet Education Program on Bone Mineral Density in the Middle-aged Women: A Pilot Study)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop the dietary approaches to stop hypertension (DASH) diet education program tailored to Korean adults and to examine the effect of the DASH diet education program on bone mineral density in middle aged women. Methods: The subjects of this study were 26 middle aged women, pre and post menopause, who attend a church located in Kyung-In district. The DASH group I (n=13) was provided with the DASH diet education program only, while the DASH group II (n=13) was provided with DASH diet education program along with calcium supplements (1 g/day). The DASH diet education program included one lecture on DASH diet, one face to face counseling, and five telephone counseling sessions during the 8 weeks period. Results: The knowledge and subjective compliance level of DASH diet increased significantly in both groups, at 4 and 8 weeks after the intervention. The level of objective compliance of DASH diet in both groups increased over the study period, but it was not significant as compared to those of the baseline. Bone mineral density of both groups decreased at 8weeks as compared to the baseline after the intervention. Conclusion: Although 8weeks of DASH diet education program increased the knowledge and compliance of DASH diet, it was not effective to bring the changes in bone mineral density among the middle aged women.

여성결혼이민자가 체험한 교육문화와 문화적응에 관한 질적 사례연구 (A Qualitative Case Study on the Educational Culture Experienced by Married Immigrant Women and their Acculturation)

  • This study investigated the educational culture experienced by married immigrant women in their own country, as well as their internalizing process of the educational culture in Korea, using a qualitative case study. The purpose of this study was to help married immigrant women solve the problem of acculturation based on their own educational and cultural experiences and to overcome limitations of previous studies, which dealt with the problem of acculturation superficially. Participants were 17 married immigrant women from eight countries who resided in Jeonnam and Jeonbuk provinces. They were selected by the sampling strategy of maximum variation. Data were collected through archives and in-depth interviews and analyzed using within-case analysis and cross-case analysis. The results showed that married immigrant women had no experience of attending private institutions and had good memories of their school life. Based on these kinds of experiences, they criticized Korean mothers who urged their children to attend private institutions. They respected their children's opinions and allowed their children to select private institutions. Despite married immigrant women apparently suffering from acculturation, they educate their children according to their own philosophy and method of education. That is, they solve the problem of acculturation actively and independently. Consequently, in order to help married immigrant women solve the problem of acculturation, it is necessary to respect the difference in the cultures and frame a system that develops the activity and subjectivity of married immigrant women.

사회복지관 무료급식서비스 이용 노인의 특성 및 만족도에 관한 연구 : 충청북도를 중심으로 (A Study for Food Service Utilization and Service Satisfaction of the Elderly Participants)

  • The purposes of this research were 1) to investigate the characteristics of the meal service participants; 2) to evaluate the food service utilization of the elderly; 3) to identify major factors that affect food service satisfaction of the participants in Chungchongbuk-Do. For doing this, 309 subjects were selected and the survey research method was adopted. The characteristics of the meal service participants were similar to the characteristics of general elderly population in Korea. The public assistant recipients were under representative in this sample, that is, most of elderly people who participated in meal service consisted of non public assistant recipients. It meant that meal service was not provided to low-income elderly people. The health status of the elderly people was stable to be able to attend to the meal service organizations. The most important reason to use a meal service was to see their friends. It showed that meal services played an important role to provide support systems to the elderly people in community. Thus, meal services should be provided to the elderly people with social services. In order to analyze the factors influencing food service satisfaction, multiple regression analysis was employed. The results showed that physical activity, contact with friends who met in meal service program, and the number of social services were the important variables to predict meal service satisfaction in this study. These findings contributed to a better understanding of developing a meal service planning. Several improvement strategies were recommended to provide effective meal services. First, socio-economical characteristics of the elderly should be considered to provide appropriate services. Second, meal services should be provided to the elderly people with social services. Third, home delivery meal services should be available to the home-bound elderly.

온라인 공개 강좌 MOOC의 현황 분석 및 개선안 연구 (A Study on Analysis of Current Status and Improvement Suggestions for Massive Open Online Courses)

  • 최근 미국을 중심으로 MOOC(Massive Open Online Courses) 열풍이 불고 있으며 전세계적으로 확산되고 있다. MOOC는 온라인상에서 누구나 수강할 수 있게 공개된 강의를 의미한다. 우리나라에서도 KERIS(Korea Education & Research Information Service)와 각 대학을 중심으로 많은 강의를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 MOOC의 현황과 개선안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 MOOC의 정의와 역사, 국내외 현황을 소개한다. 또한 개선안으로서 대학의 적극적인 참여와 캠퍼스 가치 창출, MOOC 기관의 수익모델 개발과 수료율 향상, LMS(Learning Management System)의 개발과 우수 강사 확보, 강의 번역 등의 과제와 함께 최종적으로는 MOOC가 제공하는 인증 시스템의 질 확보 문제 등을 다양하게 제시하였다.

온라인 국제 화상회의 개최에 의한 CO2 저감량 산출 (A Calculation of CO2 Reduction from International Virtual Video-conference)

  • 본 논문은 국제 전기 통신연합(ITU)이 온실가스 감축을 고려하여 실시한 온라인 국제 화상회의를 통하여 감축된 CO2량을 오프라인으로 수행되었다고 가정한 경우와 비교하여 산출하였다. 국제전기통신연합(ITU)이 주관하여 2009년 9월 서울에서 실시된 "The Power of ICTs to save The planet" 심포지엄은 CO2 배출 저감을 위하여 참가자들이 온라인을 통하여 원격으로 회의에 참석하도록 권유되었다. 원격 화상회의를 유도한 결과, 해외 참가자 46명과 국내 참가자 170명 중 16명이 원격 화상회의로 참석하였는데 이것은 약 94.7ton의 CO2 배출량 저감에 해당되는 것으로 산출되었다. 이번 국제 심포지엄은 탄소 저감차원에서 온라인과 오프라인으로 병행 실시되어 큰 이슈가 된 국제적인 첫 시도로서, 이러한 ITU의 움직임은 향후 다른 국제 심포지엄과 포럼 개최에 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다.

  • 최근 인터넷 기술 및 멀티미디어 기술의 발전에 따라 인터넷은 많은 영역에서 새로운 응용 분야를 개발해 나가고 있다. 특히 교육 영역에 있어서는 인터넷의 응용으로 획기적인 발전을 이루어 내고 있으며 새로운 패러다임의 교육 방법을 제시하고 있다. 이중 온라인 학습을 이용한 학습은 기존의 전통적인 오프라인 교육에서 벗어난 새로운 방안의 교육 방법이며 이는 기존의 오프라인 학습과는 다르게 시간과 공간에 구애 받지 않고 언제 어디서나 강의를 수강할 수 있다는 점에서는 매우 효율적인 학습이다. 이러한 온라인 강의는 많은 장점에도 불구하고 여러 가지 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 학습의 공간이 온라인상에서 이루어진다는 점에서 학생들의 관리 및 학습효과, 평가의 신뢰도가 많이 부족한 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 여러 가지 문제점중 학습자의 능동적인 학습태도를 유도하고 학습자의 출결에 대한 신뢰도를 높이고자 얼굴검출 시스템을 이용한 학습자 학습 집중도 시스템을 제안하였다.

팀 프로젝트 무임승차 방지 방안에 관한 연구 (A Method to Deal with Free Riding in Team Project)

  • 비즈니스 교육 현장에서 학생들의 팀 활동은 매우 흔한 현상이 되었다. 그러나 팀 활동에 대한 학생들의 사회적 태만과 무임승차 현상은 교수자에게 있어서 해결하기 어려운 문제로 남는다. 이에 본 연구는 '넌 해고야' 방식을 우리 대학의 비즈니스 교육 현장에 해당 방식을 적용해보고, 실질적 효과가 있는지 활용가능성을 검증하였다. '넌 해고야' 방식은 2단계를 거쳐 팀 프로젝트 활동을 실시하는 수업에 간단하게 적용할 수 있다. 팀원들은 팀 활동에 참여하지 않는 무임승차자에 대한 구체적 내용을 이메일로 당사자와 교수자에게 동시에 보내 공식적으로 경고하고, 이후에도 팀 참여 활동이 수정되지 않으면 두 번째 이메일로 팀에서 해고시킬 수 있다. 총 257명의 학부 학생을 대상으로 '넌 해고야' 방식의 실질적 효과를 검증한 결과, 무임승차를 방지하고 팀 활동 참여와 학습 동기를 촉진하는 효과적인 기제로 활용될 수 있음이 밝혀졌다.

노년기 성에 대한 동.서 간호학적 고찰 (Literature View of East-west Nursing on Elderly Sexuality)

  • Today, elderly population have tendency to increasing much fast in the world. As aging. elderly people have been changing more in physical, psychological, mental and there is spring to more concerns of health management on old period. But particularly sexuality have been little viewed in health management of elderly people. This is considered that there is bring on complex issues of mental-social, social. cultural, psychological, physical situation with negligence of sexuality on elderly-selves. This research was attempted to provide as basic data for east-west nursing intervention of elderly sexuality through literature view about east-west nursing view and management on elderly sexuality that we attend yet. Conclusively, oriental nursing management, for sexual management of elderly people, is ; 1. Decrease coitus times as physical conditions. 2. If sexual need is present, it don't inhibit painfully. 3. Somebody who have hepatitis, diabetes, heart disease, poor constitution avoids coitus. And western nursing management, for sexual management of elderly people, is ; 1. There is approaching with psychological, pharmacological, technical, surgical area in healthy sexual rehabilitation by Smith(1999). 2. Psychological-Social approaching method by Hooyman & Kiyalk(1996) can be provided for elderly sexuality. As this, concrete nursing intervention can be applied and additional counsel is needed with professional medical-nursing team. Through there understand and percept importance and need of elderly sexuality management on results of literature view, as above, concrete east-west nursing intervention of elderly sexuality will be researched. And research which confirm the meaning, How elderly people, themselves have been perceived, will be processed. This will have more contribution on elderly-oriented nursing intervention without false viewing of elderly sexuality.

경제적 수준과 교수효능감의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과: 예비유아교사를 중심으로 (The Mediating Effects of Self-esteem on the Relationship between Economic Level and Teaching Efficacy : Focused on Early Childhood Preservice Teacher)

  • 본 연구에서는 예비유아교사의 경제적 수준과 자아존중감 및 교수효능감의 상관관계를 살펴보고, 경제적 수준과 교수효능감의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 인천시에 소재한 2개 대학의 유아교육과 학생 457명이며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 적률상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 주요변수들 간에 모두 정적상관이 있었으며 경제적 수준과 개인적 교수효능감의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과가 나타났다. 연구결과, 주요변수들 간에 모두 정적상관이 있었으며 경제적 수준과 개인적 교수효능감의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과가 나타났다. 경제적 수준과 일반적 교수효능감의 관계에서는 자아존중감의 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구를 통해 예비유아교사의 자아존중감과 교수효능감에 대한 경제적 수준의 영향력을 파악하고 이를 고려하여 예비유아교사의 교수효능감 신장을 위한 교육과정의 개발과 지도가 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

정부출연연구기관 연구원의 안전의식 실태 및 제고방안 (Status of Researchers' Safety Consciousness and It's Improvement Measures in Government-Supported Research Institutes)

  • The statistics of the safety accidents in labs show that the biggest reason for them is researchers' carelessness and insecure actions. In this way, the safety accidents in labs are affected a lot by researchers' safety consciousness. Therefore, in order to prevent the safety accidents in labs, this study aims at measuring the degree of researchers' safety consciousness, grasping the elements affecting their safety consciousness and suggesting the measures to improve the lacking safety consciousness. To accomplish this goal, a survey was conducted and analyzed on the safety consciousness of 1,226 researchers working at 10 government- supported research institutes in Daedeok R&D Complex. As a results, the measures to improve researchers' safety consciousness will be suggested as follows. First, in an environmental aspect, improvement of labs' environment exposed to danger, interest and participation of CEO, regular discussion on the safety in labs, installment of safety equipments in labs, and enlargement of individual labs are necessary. Second, in an educational aspect, the safety education offered by institutes need to be enhanced, experiential safety education fit for the characteristics of research should be applied, the time for safety education must be observed, and the communication among team members through the collective education in department units and safe culture through the campaigns to enhance safety consciousness have to be established. Third, in a systematic aspect, sanctions have to be imposed on the researchers who do not attend safety education, the number of safety supervisors and safety budget of labs should be increased, a safety certification system need to be introduced when a lab is built, the problems in safety have to be open to all departments and rewards for the persons of merit in labs should be extended.
