In this paper we consider the part-machine cell formation decision of the generalized Group Technology(GT) problem in which multiple process routes can be generated for each part. The existing p-median model and similarity coefficient algorithm can solve only small-sized or well-structured cases. We suggest an assignment method for the cell formation problem. This method uses an assignment model which is a simple linear programming. Numerical examples show that our assignment method provides good separable cells formation even for large-sized and ill-structured problems.

Among various export financing, Assignment of Receivables is very important. Various countries make use of this method. But Korean law system had shortage of International legal system. This paper looks into Opposing Rights on Assignment of Receivables relation to legal system. And this paper analyze not only detail Korean civil law system about Opposing rights on Assignment of Receivables but also comparative other International system. There are UNIDROIT Principles and United Nations Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade. Especially, Korean civil law system of Opposing rights on Assignment of Receivables compares UNIDROIT Principles system of Opposing Rights on Assignment of Receivables or United Nations Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade of Opposing Rights on Assignment of Receivables. In the context, This paper compares Korean civil law system about Assignment of Receivables with International standard rule about Assignment of Receivables. This is good for the commercial practice party in terms of financing and receivable assignment. Thus this paper will make direction to International Trade Practicer. There are argument on method of having an action or manual about international trade practice. The purposes of this are to examine revitalizing on Assignment of Receivables. And this paper deals with improvement of International Commercial Activation.

This paper presents global and optimal solution for weapon assignment problems using the Munkres assignment algorithm. We propose a new modeling method of weapon assignment problems concerning some constraints of weapon systems. In this paper, we compares the Munkres weapon assignment algorithm with two other algorithms employing a search tree model in terms of computational complexity and performance. One is an optimal algorithm using exhausted search and the other is a greedy algorithm which selects the first search result as a solution. The experiment results show that the Munkres weapon assignment algorithm has better performance and less computational complexity in comparison with the two other algorithms.

이동 에드 혹 네트워크와 센서 네트워크의 차이 때문에 이동 에드 혹 네트워크를 위한 pre-existing autoconfiguration를 센서 네트워크에 간단히 적용할 수 없다. 그러나, 아직 지역적으로 효과적인 유일한 주소 할당이 필요한 메커니즘이 있다. 본 논문은 지역적인 센서 네트워크의 하이브리드 방식의 아이디 할당 계획안을 제안한다. 이러한 하이브리드 방식은 proactive IDs assignment와 reactive IDs assignment를 결합한 방식이다. 제안된 계획안은 reactive IDs assignment을 사용하여 효율적인 통신을 고려하고, zone-based self-organized clustering with Byzantine Agreement를 사용하여 공격에 대한 안전을 고려한다. 따라서 본 논문은 네트워크 트래픽을 최소화하고 센서 네트워크의 이탈한 노드로부터 네트워크를 회복하는 문제를 해결한다.

In this paper, we propose a novel fault isolation filter design method using the left eigenstructure assignment scheme proposed by Choi et. al., The proposed filter shows good fault isolation performance with exact eigenstructure assignment. An eigenstructure assignment methodology which satisfies the required fault isolation conditions is also proposed. The proposed method guarantees that the corrupted m simultaneous faults can be isolated when the number of available output measurements are (m+1).

To assign the soldiers in the adequate positions I military is almost as important as managing officers because they compose the main part of military structure and equipment operators. The current Military Occupational Specialty(MOS) assignment system lacks the capability to optimize the use of recruit's potential. We suggest an MOS assignment method for enlisted recruits using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method, this method systematically provides a method of calculation of composite relative weights of decision elements to be considered during MOS assignment and a method of quantification for personal quality of new recruits. The quantified value of personal quality, Mission Performance Capability(MPC), in this study means the mission performance capability when a personnel is assigned to a certain MOS. This paper develops a multiple objectives MOS assignment model for enlisted recruits. It uses MPC of personnels, calculated with AHP method and consensus method, as parameters. The goal constraints are assurance of filling requirement, minimization of the number of unassigned personnel to MOS, capability satisfaction of education facility and support facility, assurance of desired MPC value level for MOS assignment, and maximization of total MPC. The objective function is to terminalization of the negative or positive deviation for the above goal constraints.

Eigenstructure assignment is a typical method with the capability of consideration of the time-domain specifications in designing a linear control system. In this paper, we propose a new method for eigenstructure to achieve desired eigenvectors more precisely than with the conventional method. In the proposed method, the conventional eigenstructure assignment problem is interpreted as a constrained optimization one, and it converted into an unconstrained optimization problem to deal with the problem easily. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the proposed flexible eigenstructure assignment method.

For example, It is UN convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade and Principles of International Commercial Contract(PICC). This is good for the commercial party in terms of financing and receivable assignment. Thus this paper will establish Korean legal system direction. There are argument on method of making article and modifing article. The purposes of this paper is to examine revitalizing of Receivable Assignment. And this paper deals with improvement of International Commercial Activation.

The tactical communications network has to be deployed rapidly at military operation area and support the communications between the military command systems and the weapon systems. For that, the frequency assignment is required for backbone wireless links of tactical communications network without frequency interferences. In this paper, we propose a frequency assignment method using net filter discrimination (NFD) and graph coloring to avoid frequency interferences. The proposed method presents frequency assignment problem of tactical communications network as vertex graph coloring problem of a weighted graph. And it makes frequency assignment sequences and assigns center frequencies to communication links according to the priority of communication links and graph coloring. The evaluation shows that this method can assign center frequencies to backbone communication links without frequency interferences. It also shows that the method can improve the frequency utilization in comparison with HTZ-warfare that is currently used by Korean Army.

In this paper, we present a systematic optimization method that has flexibility of exact assignment of eigenstructure with disturbance suppression and fault isolation capability. The eigenstructure for fault isolation is assigned by the inclusion of a eigenstructure assignment problem in the objective function as well as a disturbance suppression term is also included in the objective function enhance the robustness of the control scheme. The proposed scheme is applied to designing asimple system to confirm the usefulness of the scheme.
