Illegal software use have been abroad through online (internet) and offline (CD, DVD, USB, etc.). It infringes intellectual property rights and weakens the will to software development. Also, it generates the software errors and virus intrusion in PC. It hinders national software industry and induces the personal and national trade friction. Many group (company, office, organization, institution, etc.) have been realized the prohibition of illegal software use. But, it is too hard to monitor and control illegal software use. In this paper, we propose a method of software management in a group. A software module of client agency is installed in all PC of the group. A main server of the software management controls the all of the PC through the communication. The server blocks the install of illegal software, permits the install / use of honest goods software, monitors the license (term, amount) in all the PC. The system prevents errors of illegal software use, all cuts the virus intrude through the illegal software, improves the performance of PC relatively.

공공시설물 중 교량은 열악한 환경에 노출되는 특성과 자연재해 및 물동량의 증대와 운송수단의 대형화로 인해 교통량 및 통행하중의 지속적인 증가 등을 통하여 열화가 점차 진행되게 된다. 교량의 파손으로 인한 보수보강 및 교체에 따른 교통통제, 극단적인 경우 갑작스런 붕괴 등이 발생할 경우 사회경제적으로 커다란 손실뿐만 아니라, 다른 도로시설물과는 달리 인명사상의 피해를 직접적으로 유발할 수 있기 때문에 일정 수준 이상의 성능을 반드시 유지하여야 한다. 따라서 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상되는 교량의 유지관리비용의 증가와 적절한 수준의 유지관리 목표를 달성하기 위한 예산의 효율적인 분배 및 최적화를 위하고 이를 통하여 교량의 성능향상 및 사용성을 증대시키기 위하여 자산관리 기법의 도입이 절실히 필요한 실정이다. 자산관리기법의 도입에 있어 교량의 성능을 파악하기 위한 성능평가지수 (Performance measure)를 활용하는데, 이 연구에서는 이러한 성능지수에 대하여 그 기초적 정의 및 역할을 기술하고자 한다.

While conventional business administration-based information technology management methods are applied to the risk analysis of information systems, no security risk analysis techniques have been used in relation to information protection. In particular, given the rapid diffusion of information systems and the demand for information protection, it is vital to develop security risk analysis techniques. Therefore, this paper will suggest an ideal risk analysis process for information systems. To prove the usefulness of this security risk analysis process, this paper will show the results of managed, physical and technical security risk analysis that are derived from investigating and analyzing the conventional information protection items of an information system.

The BIM-based architectural design can be the optimal method to improve all sectors of construction industry and reduce environmental impact through digital technologies. The goals and effects of BIM needs in LH to be newly planned based on the experience of public sectors, which will ultimately contribute to maximization of effectiveness. Referring the excellent case in the UK, the current BIM standards according to maturity level 2 handle the contents related to modeling, collaborative data production, data management and assure BIM data have to be used from building construction to operation and maintenance of buildings. Therefore the strategy for the utilization of BIM for construction projects in LH consisted of three steps; first, the minimization of defects via BIM: second, strengthening the competitiveness of construction and asset management: third, upgrading the system of building production and maintenance control. After this trial, LH can accumulate know-how for building construction to be more costeffective and competitive.

본 연구에서는 우리나라의 현행 합병 세제 및 자산조정계정의 산정방식의 고찰을 통하여 우리나라의 합병에 대한 규정을 살펴보고 향후 기업구조조정 세제가 정비되어야 할 바를 조망하고자 하였다. 특히 2010년 개정된 자산조정계정의 의미 및 사후 관리 규정의 현황과 문제점을 집중적으로 부각하였다. 우리나라의 합병과 관련된 관련 법규 및 세제는 초창기보다는 여러 가지 측면에서 비약적인 발전을 거듭했음에도 불구하고 아직까지 개선의 여지가 있는 부분이 많이 남아있으며, 법 규정이 미비한 부분을 이용한 조세회피가 가능한 부분이 있어 본 연구에서 개선방안을 제시해 보았다. 첫째, 자산조정계정은 실무상의 회계처리 및 세무조정의 복잡성뿐만 아니라 이를 일정 기간 동안 사후관리 해야 한다는 어려움도 있다. 만약 기업회계의 시가승계 방식을 세법도 그대로 준용한다면 복잡한 자산조정계정의 필요성도 사라지게 된다. 둘째, 합병법인이 지배주주 등인 경우에는 2년 내 포합주식을 일정액 이상 초과 취득한 경우에는 주식교부비율 미충족이라는 문제 때문에 과세이연을 받을 수가 없어서 기업구조조정을 2년이 경과한 시점 이후에나 추진해야 한다는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 현실적 문제를 고려하여 포합주식비율을 현재보다 더욱 완화할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로, 합병 후 사후관리 규정을 현행 2년에서 5년으로 강화해야 할 것이다. 이는 법인세법상에서 고유목적사업준비금이나 일시상각충당금의 설정에 대한 사후관리 요건이 5년으로 규정되어 있기 때문이기도 하다. 또한 주식보유요건과 사업의 계속성 요건도 별도의 규정을 마련하여 사후관리의 요건을 강화할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 합병관련 정책입안자들 뿐만 아니라 실무에서 합병 관련 회계 및 세무처리를 하는 실무자들에게도 적격합병의 요건을 갖추어 과세이연을 실현할 수 있는 구체적인 요건을 제시한다는데 연구의 목적 및 필요성을 발견할 수 있다. 또한 현행의 자산조정계정이 앞으로 어떤 방향으로 합리적으로 개선 및 보완이 필요한지에 대한 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 공헌점 및 시사점을 찾을 수 있다.

RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) is one of key technologies in ubiquitous computing. RFID system comprises tag, reader, and computer application. The tag is a small electronic chip, which is attached to a thing such as item, pallet, container. The reader has an tiny antenna obtaining the identification information of the things by radio frequency, and provides the information to the computer application for a business. In this paper we have proposed the military application of RFID and its implementation policy for the Korean armed forces. We believe that The principle application area would be logistics TAV(total asset visibility) and resource management, and the implementation should be achieved step by step considering the advancement of RFID technology and government policy.

Instrumentation and control systems measure and control various variables of nuclear facilities to operate nuclear power plants safely. A diverse protection system, a representative instrumentation and control system, generates a reactor trip and turbine trip signal by high pressure in a pressurizer and containment to satisfy the design requirements 10CFR50.62. Also, it generates an auxiliary feedwater actuation signal by low water levels in steam generators. Cybersecurity has become more critical as digital technology is gradually applied to solve problems such as performance degradation due to aging of analog equipment, increased maintenance costs, and product discontinuation. This paper analyzed possible cybersecurity threat scenarios in the diverse protection system using attack trees. Based on the analyzed cybersecurity threat scenario, we calculated the probability of attack occurrence and confirmed the cybersecurity risk in connection with the asset value.

Recently, knowledge management(KM) has attracted increasing attention from academicians and practitioners alike. Amongst others, technological knowledge(TK) is considered principal asset of KM and R,&D organization of private firms selves as primary actor of KM. It is also noted that the notion of sectoral pattern of innovation highlights idiosyncratic differences across industrial sectors in terms of TK management. That is, knowledge contents, knowledge generation and How pattern are considerably different among industries. This paper first analyzes the correlation between structural of R&D organization and industrial(sectoral) type to identify the dominant structure of R&D organization for each industry. Second, sector-specific architectures of TK management system are proposed. According to structural characteristic of R&D-organization type, test-practice forms of TK management system are suggested in terms of such factors as knowledge contents(technology information), knowledge generation activities, and knowledge storage/retrieval modes.

그동안 기술적으로 관심을 가져온 외부 정보위협의 방지를 위한 방화벽, 침입탐지시스템, 악성코드백신 등의 보안수단은 피해금액이나 사고건수 면에서 다수를 차지하는 내부 정보보안 위협에 대해서는 거의 효과적이지 않다. 본고에서는 컴퓨터를 통한 내부 정보보안 위협을 방지하기 위해 정보시스템사용에 대한 감시와 통제가 가능한 시스템에 대하여 구조와 특징, 세부기능과 개발방식 등을 정리하였다. 그리고 정리한 내용을 바탕으로 실제 개발사례가 되는 시스템을 통해 구현될 수 있는 기능을 설명하였다. 본고에서 제시한 시스템은 개방된 인터넷 환경 또는 모바일(mobile) 컴퓨팅과 같은 정보환경을 위해서는 보다 개선된 형태의 개발이 필요하다.

The systematic management of technology infrastructure increasingly becomes critical as it represents the driving power for creating competitive advantage of nations and enterprises. In this sense, public facility and equipment, which is one major asset of technology infrastructure, should be managed effectively, systematically and efficiently to increase its overall equipment effectiveness. However, the manual and off-line communication was the unique way to communicate between the suppliers who provide facilities in the public sector and the customers who utilize the facilities in the industrial sector. This communication way caused invisibility of available usage time and increase of idle time, thereby decreasing the equipment effectiveness. This paper presents an web-based scheduling system that enables real-time collaboration and information sharing for increasing the equipment effectiveness. The designed system performs scheduling, facility management, order management and customer relationship management in an on-line platform, and carries out the processing and storing of relevant information in an integrated database. The paper includes a development approach to identify business process models and standardized system models by using object-modeling technique. The deliverable of the present work will contribute to increasing the equipment effectiveness by enhancing visibility, transparency and predictability by means of the integration with a legacy Enterprise Resource Planning.
