Objectives The aim of this study is to develop diagnostic and assessable questionnaires for cervical movement system impairment syndromes. Methods We reviewed the previous study and literature, and organized various checkable items for differential diagnosis of four different cervical movement system impairment syndromes. Next, we selected items which can be developed as questionnaire items. Finally, we conducted a face validity study with twelve Korean medical doctors and carried out survey research to evaluate the importance score of the items with three experts. Results We developed a diagnostic and assessable questionnaire as follows: 9 items for cervical extension syndrome; 5 items for cervical flexion syndrome; 9 items for cervical rotation syndrome. By conducting 2 rounds of survey research, we were able to bridge the differences in the importance score of each item. Conclusions A questionnaire for the diagnosis and assessment of movement system impairment syndromes was developed. This questionnaire holds promising applications for objective diagnosis and assessment of cervical movement system impairment syndromes. This tool may also be used for detecting the sub-health status of musculoskeletal systems.

Web sites on the internet are excellent resources for the younger generation to gain information related to sexuality education. The potential benefits of the information of sexuality education on web sites are obvious. But the information of sexuality education on web sites could also result in potentially negative effects. Yet the quality of the information of sexuality education on web sites is variable and difficult to assess. There is no rating criteria for quality assessment of the information on web sites. The rating criteria for quality assessment of information of sexuality education were investigated and reviewed. Among the criteria, best 15 items to evaluate the information of sexuality education on web sites were selected and identified in this study. 15 items were categorized to reliability ( 3 items ), content ( 6 items ), goal ( 2 items ), design & technology ( 4 items ). This 15-items questionnaires is considered as commonly implementable criteria for the information of sexuality education on web sites in Korean. 20 web sites related to sexualtiy education were evaluated and the results were discussed.

지하공간 중 지하가의 사고 ,사례와 문헌 연구 및 실태를 조사, 검토하고, 운영, 관리 단계에서 위험요인을 추출하여 화재 폭발 안전대책의 평가요소 및 위험성 평가수법을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 지하가의 대규모화, 심층화, 복합화에 대한특성 항목을 분류하고 7가지 대책의 중요도를 제시하여 지하가 계획단계의 지표로 삼고자 한다.

It is required that an evaluation method that can present the performance after remodeling to residents objectively as the increase in demand for remodeling. New construction is able to evaluate through housing performance grading indication system. However, there are some parts that are difficult to apply as assessment criteria of new construction in remodeling. The purpose of this study is to establish the assessment criteria direction for each item in remodeling performance evaluation. In conclusion, we set up institutionalized items for remodeling performance evaluation, and propose to assessment criteria direction based on the characteristics of remodeling on extracted items.

This preliminary study aimed to develop 3 assessment scales for self-evaluation by day care directors and teachers. The development of major areas of evaluation and items as well as evaluation criteria for each item was based on the analysis of related research and major evaluation instruments. A panel of experts in early childhood education examined the contents. The 3 preliminary scales were administered in 87 day care centers; data were analyzed by item response distribution, item discrimination, and reliability of the scales. Items indicating low item discrimination were deleted and minor revisions were made to improve psychometric characteristics of each scale. The final version of the 3 scales is valid for use as self-evaluation instruments by day care directors and teachers.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인의 소득보장정책을 포함한 장애인 고용정책으로 전환하기 위한 필수요건인 근로능력평가 척도를 개발하기 위한 것이다. 현행 체계는 장애연금이 의학적 기준에 의해 신체상의 장애상태를 평가하고 있어 근로능력에 대한 강한 예측력을 보여주지 못하고 있는 문제가 있다. 이에 선행연구, 국 내외의 근로능력평가 척도, 국제기능장애건강분류(ICF) 모델의 결과를 토대로 전국 880명의 장애연금 장애인을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 인분석 한 결과 최종적으로 7요인 58문항의 척도를 개발하였다. 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 적합도 지수를 구한 결과 촉도의 개념 구성 타당도가 검증되었다. 개발된 척도의 신뢰도 검증에서 척도 전체의 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$계수가 .94이고 7개요인 각각의 신뢰도는 .74~.90이다. 향후 근로능력평가 척도의 타당도를 높이기 위해서 본 연구에서 제시된 평가척도를 표준화하는 방안, 각 평가에 대한 세부 지침, 다수에 의한 평가 체계 운영 방안의 추후 연구 과제를 제시하였다.

이 연구에서는 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 고등학교 융합형 '과학' 교과에서 사용된 선다형 평가 문항의 특성을 분석하였다. 문항의 출제 경향을 분석하기 위해 융합형 교과에 특이적인 분석틀을 구안하여 분석하였으며, 문항 반응 이론을 적용하여 문항의 특성을 양적으로 분석하였다. 문항의 출제 경향 분석 결과, 문항 출처, 융합 범위, 인지 수준 측면에서 융합형 '과학' 교과의 취지를 제대로 반영하고 있지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며, 기존 교육과정의 과학 교과와 같은 분과적 교수-학습 및 평가가 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 문항 반응 이론을 적용한 분석 결과, 대체로 문항의 난이도는 적절하며, 변별도는 높은 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 분석틀을 구성하는 3개 범주와의 연관성은 나타나지 않았다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 융합형 '과학' 교과의 취지를 반영한 교수-학습과 평가를 위한 개선점을 논의하였다.

The ultimate goal of health promotion programs is to improve the quality of life through promoting community health. Since the performance of health promotion programs are greatly affected by the quality of the planning and implementation process of the programs, the proper quality assessment of the program process is very important. According to existing literature, the tool for assessing the quality of the process and implementation as well as the outcome. However, no assessment tool for the quality of the process of health promotion programs has been developed in Korea. The purpose of the study is to develop a quality assessment tool for the process of health promotion programs being conducted at public health centers in Korea. The quality assessment tool developed in the study consists of the following four domains： strategic planning (14 items), program management (11 items), monitoring and evaluation (13 items), and resources and information (15 items). The strategic planning deals with the function of the planning staff and committees, community data analysis, the feasibility of the program, and the approach methods for attaining the goal of the program. The program management includes items on the qualification and power of the program staff. Monitoring and evaluation deals with the planning and education for monitoring, reporting and communication among program units, and feedback after monitoring. Finally, the resource and information covers the planning and activities for obtaining resources and information, community networking, beneficiaries' response, and consulting activity of the staff.

본 연구는 수질관리 측면에서 주요한 여건 변화 즉 환경오염시설의 통합관리의 도입 시행에 유의하여 수질분야 환경영향평가 개선방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 환경영향평가시 적용되는 배출허용기준, 방류수수질기준, 수질오염총량관리, 수질보전을 위한 토지이용규제를 고찰하였다. 그리고 환경오염시설의 통합관리에 따라 도입된 최대배출기준, 허가배출기준, 한계배출기준 등을 고찰한 후, 최적가용기법과 미국의 최적가용기법 및 관련 제어기술과 비교하며, 수질분야 환경영향평가와 환경오염시설의 통합관리를 비교하였다. 수질분야 환경영향평가 개선방안으로 첫째 영향예측과 평가에 배출영향분석기법과 허가배출기준설정의 반영, 둘째 협의기준에 허가배출기준의 반영으로 강화된 농도규제와 대상 수질항목이 확대된 수질오염 총량관리의 구현, 셋째 저감방안에 통합관리사업장의 배출원 성격과 수질오염물질 특성에 따른 최적가용기법의 다양한 운영, 넷째 저감방안에 영양염류제어를 위한 질산염취약지구와 같은 토지이용규제의 도입, 다섯째 환경영향평가서 수질분야 항목과 토지이용분야 항목간의 연계성 강화 등을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 예비교사들이 수리논술과목을 통해 수학적 과정을 경험하고 평가문항 및 평가기준을 개발하는 교육과정이 예비교사들에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 향후 교사교육에 시사점을 주기 위함이다. 이를 위해 서울 K대학교 수리논술 수업을 수강하는 49명의 예비교사를 대상으로 수리논술 문항개발측면과 그 문항에 대한 평가 기준 설정 과정을 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 예비교사들이 개발한 수리논술 문항은 수학적 과정의 요소를 반영하고 있었고 특히, 그룹토의 및 중 고등학생의 응답을 보고 문항을 수정할 때는 문항의 난이도, 수학적인 추측을 통한 정당화와 문제 해결 과정을 논리적으로 서술하는 것을 고려하여 수정하는 특징을 보였다. 둘째, 예비교사들은 대부분 분석적 평가 기준표를 개발하였고, 문항의 평가 기준표를 만들고 학생의 반응을 통해 수정하는 과정을 거치면서, 결과보다는 문제해결을 중시하고 학생의 예상치 못한 풀이방법을 고려하는 등 수학적 과정을 고려하는 평가기준을 설정하였다고 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 교사양성교육에서 수학적 과정 평가 경험에 도움을 줄 수 있는 수리논술 수업을 계획하고 실행하는데 구체적인 방법론에 시사점을 제시한다.
