수정 BOM 을 이용한 조립제품의 표준시간 산출 (Determining Standard Times of Assembly Products using A Modified BOM)

  • This paper suggests a computer software system which generates standard times for assembly products. The system called "computer aided logical system for standard times(CALS4ST)" incorporates a modified bill of materials, BOM4ST(BOM for standard time) to deal with auxiliary operations which are not directly related to parts and assemblies listed in the standard BOM. Typical examples of the operations include inspection, adjustment, and repairing works to be done before or after assembly operations. Once standard time data bases for both the part assembly operations and the auxiliary operations are set up, the system relates the BOM4ST to the standard time data bases so as to calculate the standard time for a assembly part concerned. According to the structure of parts and auxiliary operations in the BOM4ST, their standard times stored in the data bases are to be sequentially added up considering the specified assembly-operation characteristics. To illustrate the feasibility of the system, the case study of L company is provided.

표준 Limits 및 Fits가 조립 로보트의 생산성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect Of Standard Limits And Fits On The Productivity Of Assembly Robots)

  • This paper presents a methodology to enable the tolerances on mating parts of an assembly to be specified and be compatible to the precision of an assembly robot so as to achieve maximum system performance. The measure of performance is defined as the Probability of Successful Assembly (PSA). A typical loose fastener assembly, usually called peg-in-a-hole is investigated. The Geometric Tolerancing System is adopted to represent position tolerances of mating parts. Two models are presented by considering modifiers on a position tolerance, Regardless of Feature Size (RFS) and Maximum Material Condition (MMC). Using these models, it is analyzed how the Standard Limits and Fits recommended by ANSI influence the performance of an assembly robot. For this analysis, the Standard Limits and Fits are transformed to the representation scheme of the Geometric Tolerancing System. Due to low PSAs when the Standard Limits and Fits are taken into account, the effect of chamfers around a hole is also analyzed.

The global standard realizing process of the Automobile Assembly Facility

  • To realize the global standard of the assembly facility, one of key point is an influence of local characteristic. The global standardized information could be a useful input, especially at the beginning stage of the project. The content should be carefully checked against local requirements, in order to develop an Assembly Facility design to meet local regulations & characteristics. The level of input information required in each step is different depend on regions & countries. At an execution stage of the project, the global standard input needs to be updated as customized final input for the construction. There will be many issues to be clarified and coordinated so that the Assembly facilities meet the final requirements for the production technology. As a result, it is important to understand the timing to use the global standard information and the contents what is needed to adapt to the local characteristics. And close collaboration between production technology team and facility team is always required.

  • Domestic as well as global automobile manufacturers are making greater efforts in cost reduction to strengthen the competitiveness. In this study, we developed a program to effectively manage standard time of automobile assembly line, and confirm based on A-automobile factory data. For the purpose, we develop the system which is possible to manage standard time as well as calculate man-hour for automobile assembly line.

  • 최근, OSC(Off-Site Construction)기반 PC구조의 활성화를 위한 제도적 기반 마련의 일환으로 적정공사비 산정에 필요한 품셈 개발을 요구받고 있다. PC공법의 공사비는 공장제작-운반-현장설치의 단계로 구성된다. 최근 운반과 현장 설치는 부재(subsidiary materials)별 현장실태 조사 결과를 반영한 표준품셈 체계(standard product calculation system)를 제시하는 등 관련 연구가 진행되고 있다(Lee et al., 2021). 반면, 공장 제작 공사비 산정과 관련된 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 PC 공법의 공장제작 공사비 산정기준 마련을 위해 공장 제작 환경에 활용할 수 있는 품셈 체계를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 시공절차에 따른 작업 공종을 도출하였으며, 공종별로 연계된 표준품셈을 분석하여 작업 특성에 적합한 표준 투입인력을 산출하였다. 품셈 체계는 PC부재의 현장설치와 동일하게 기둥, 보, 벽체, 슬래브 부재로 구성하였으며, 공종별 기능공을 기준으로 부재별 기본공수를 제시함으로서 직접노무비의 산출이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한, 개별 부재의 규격(m3)에 따라 생산성이 변화되는 특성을 고려하여 부재 크기를 품의 할증 요소로 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 현재 견적에 의해 재료비료 계상되는 PC공법의 공장제작 비용을 객관적으로 검증할 수 토대 마련에 기여할 수 것이다.

STEP 기반의 조립정보 추출과 코드 생성 알고리즘 (STEP-based Algorithms for Extraction and Code Generation of Assembly Information)

  • The integration of CAD and CAM is critical for computer aided process planning. Recently, STEP has been emerged and utilized as a product data exchange standard format in CAD/CAM areas. The assembly information consists of assembly component relations, assembly features, assembly directions and mating conditions. The purpose of this study is to develop an efficient algorithm to extract assembly information directly from the STEP based files and to generate automatically assembly process plan from the extracted assembly features. The developed algorithms will generate assembly information codes for STEP(AICS). The results from this study can be a reasonable link between design and manufacturing for developing better CAAPP(Computer-Aided Assembly Process Planning) systems.

웹 어셈블리 모듈 안전성 검증을 위한 퍼징 방법 (Fuzzing Method for Web-Assembly Module Safety Validation)

  • 웹 어셈블리는 웹 브라우저 자바스크립트의 성능 향상을 위해 설계된 새로운 바이너리 표준이다. 웹 어셈블리는 효율적인 실행 및 간결한 표현과 여러 언어를 바탕으로 작성된 코드를 네이티브에 가까운 속도로 구동될 수 있는 새로운 웹 표준으로 자리 잡고 있다. 하지만 현재 웹 어셈블리 취약성 검증은 웹 어셈블리 인터프리터 언어에 제한되어 있으며, 웹 어셈블리 바이너리 자체에 대한 취약성 검증은 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 웹 어셈블리의 자체적인 안전성 검증이 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 웹 어셈블리의 구동 방식과 현재 웹 어셈블리의 안전성 검증 방법에 대해서 분석한다. 또한 기존에 발생하였던 웹 어셈블리 안전성 검증 방식에 대해 살펴보고, 이에 따른 기존 안전성 검증 방식의 한계점을 분석한다. 최종적으로 기존 안전성 검증 방법의 한계점을 극복하기 위한 웹 어셈블리 API 기반 퍼징 방법을 소개한다. 이는 기존 안전성 검증 도구로 탐지할 수 없었던 크래시를 탐지함으로써 제안하는 퍼징의 효용성을 검증한다.

자동부품검사를 위한 웨이블렛 변환 기반 영상정합 (Wavelet Transform Based Image Template Matching for Automatic Component Inspection)

  • We propose a template matching method for component inspection of SMD assembly system. To discriminate wrong assembled components, the input image of component is matched with its standard image by template matching algorithm. For a fast inspection system, the calculation time of matching algorithm should be reduced. Since the standard images of all components located in a PCB are stored in computer, it is desirable to reduce the memory size of standard image. We apply the discrete wavelet transformation to reduce the image size as well as the calculation time. Only 7% memory of the BMP image is used to discriminate goodness or badness of components assembly. Comparative results are presented to verify the usefulness of the proposed method.

  • This paper proposes a new DFA methodology that ran estimate the standard assembly time and evaluate the assemblability of parts for small-sized product. We deride some determining and influencing factors related with assembly process and measure the assembly time using notion analysis to estimate of assemblability. We deduce quantitative store of assemblability through analysis of a correlation between determining factors and grade of influencing factors.

  • DFA (Design for assembly) is a design philosophy for improving product designs for simpler or less costly assembly operations. This paper proposes a new DFA methodology that can estimate the standard assembly time and evaluate the assemblablity of parts. We select some determining and influencing factors related with assembly process, and estimate the assembly time using motion analysis. By the levels of the determining and influencing factors, the assemblability is evaluated, and finally, the tables that include the time and score of assembly is suggested.
