There are several Customs Free Zone in Korea. Those are Susan Port, Kwangyang Port, Inchun Port. and International Airport Inchun. And there are several zone which will be appointed soon, Busan Port area, Kwangyang Port area, Inchun Port and International Airport Inchun area. But there are many problems to operate CFZ in Korea. This paper aim at pointing out for the problems and drawing up the plan. The problems are an unreasonable incentive standard, security of the behind site related to CFZ, present customs law not to process and assemble, and several similar system related CFZ. Globalization and regionalization are major trends in the international economic system recently. So we have to make desperate efforts to win the severe competition among many countries in economic aspect and make a good plan to solve the problems related CFZ in future.

Manufacturers collect and analyze field reliability data to enhance the quality and reliability of their products and to improve customer satisfaction. To reduce the data collecting and maintenance costs, the amount of data maintained for evaluating product quality and reliability should be minimized. With this in mind, some industrial companies assemble warranty databases by gathering data from different sources for a particular time period. This “marginal count failure data” does not provide (i) the number of failures by when the product entered service, (ii) the number of failures by product age, or (iii) information about the effects of the operating season or environment. This article describes a method for estimating age-based claim rates from marginal count failure data. It uses covariates to identify variations in claims relative to variables such as manufacturing characteristics, time of manufacture, operating season or environment. A Poisson model is presented, and the method is illustrated using warranty claims data for two electrical products.

Awkward work postures in workshop highly affect on work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs). Especially, in automobiles assembly process, these awkward work postures of workers may cause serious injury and illness. This study is to compare the performance among the evaluation tools which can measure the work-loads caused by the awkward work postures in automobiles assemble process. RULA, REBA and TVAL(Toyota Verification of Assembly Line) are used as the evaluation tools. The 85 jobs selected in the automobiles assembly process are applied to the three tools and their performances are analyzed after the evaluation of the work-load in each job. Through various measures of performance such as statistical test, DUNCAN test, regression test etc., the tendencies and characteristics among them are analyzed in detail.

수심의 변화 또는 흐름의 영향에 의한 파낭 스펙트럼의 변환을 이해하기 위한 노력으로 최근 발표된 연구논문들의 종합 및 분석을 시도하였다. 본 논문의 내용은 파낭 스펙트럼의 일차원 변환에 대한 천수 및 흐름의 영향과 연안역에서의 파낭변환을 위한 수리 및 수치 모형에서 불규칙파를 규칙파로 충약화시키는 문제의 적합성을 검토하는데 국한되어 있다.

A facile one-pot syhthesis of 3-substituted triazolopyridazine and thieno-triazolopyridazine derivatives is described. This protocol involves the preparation of heteroaryl hydrazone from the aldehyde and pyridazinohydrazine derivative followed by subjecting the intermediate directly to oxidative cyclization to assemble the desired 1,2,4-triazloe moiety by employing the mixture of Me4NBr and oxone. This condition is efficient and is able to tolerate wide range of functional groups.

In this work, a novel strategy is provided to prepare silver nanoplates by a fibronectin (Fn) nanofibril template. First, Fn molecules were controlled to assemble into amyloid-like nanofibrils in highly concentrated ethanol aqueous solution. The resultant nanofibrils could serve as a soft template to direct the formation of silver nanoplates. It is worth noting that the silver nanoplates are excellent surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate with 4-aminothiophenol (4-ATP) molecule as a test probe. This high active SERS substrate can also be used to detect drug molecule, 2-thiouracil with high sensitivity.

The Boundary Element Method(BEM) has many advantages. Nevertheless the applicability of BEM to structural analysis is seemed to be behind the other methods. This study presents the application of the BEM for analysis of assembled plate structures which is light weight and has a great loading capacity. Firstly, we formulate the boundary integral equation of the single plate, using the biharmonic fundamental solution for plate bending and internal force problems. Nextly, each plates are assembled on 3-dimensional space. In this process, the boundary conditions on assemble line are used. To verify the objectivity and universal validity of analysis by BEM, the results of BEM was compared to that of SAP90 by using FEM.

This unit - structure of truss stabilized by cable tension is composed of four truss member adding to a central post and eight cables, and is connected by hinge joints and is stabilized by cable tension. As this unit - structures itself is a statically closed and stabilize system individually, it can be employed to assemble a structure with a variety of configuration. In this paper, for determination the shape of the unit - structure of truss stabilized by the cable, characteristics such as the stabilized range of the various geometrical parameter about unit system and the relation of the best governing paramter is demonstrated, and the relation of the results is compared in the range for the stabilization of unit-structure.

We use the millennium simulation for studying the evolution of groups of galaxies over time. We find fossil and non-fossil groups as well as old and young groups at redshift z = 0 and follow them back in time to investigate the evolution of their parameters, such as mass assembly, luminosity gap and halo mass concentration. We find that fossils assemble a larger fraction of their mass at z = 0 than controls. The magnitude gaps between fossil and non-fossil groups are not the same because of major and minor mergers, in old and young groups as well. We also find that WMAP1 and WMAP7 cosmologies lead to the same evolutionary history for fossil and control groups.

This paper provides an iteration approach for the solution of multiple notch problem, which is based on the complex variable boundary integral equation (CVBIE). The contours of notches are applied by some loadings. The source points are assumed on the boundary of individual notch and the displacements along the boundaries become unknowns to be investigated. After discretization of the BIE, many influence matrices are obtained. One does not need to assemble many influence matrices into a larger matrix. This will considerably reduce the work in the program. The displacements along the many boundaries can be obtained from an iteration. There is no limitation for the configuration of notches. Several numerical examples are provided to prove the efficiency of the suggested approach.
