General Local Transformer Network in Weakly-supervised Point Cloud Analysis (약간 감독되는 포인트 클라우드 분석에서 일반 로컬 트랜스포머 네트워크)

  • Due to vast points and irregular structure, labeling full points in large-scale point clouds is highly tedious and time-consuming. To resolve this issue, we propose a novel point-based transformer network in weakly-supervised semantic segmentation, which only needs 0.1% point annotations. Our network introduces general local features, representing global factors from different neighborhoods based on their order positions. Then, we share query point weights to local features through point attention to reinforce impacts, which are essential in determining sparse point labels. Geometric encoding is introduced to balance query point impact and remind point position during training. As a result, one point in specific local areas can obtain global features from corresponding ones in other neighborhoods and reinforce from its query points. Experimental results on benchmark large-scale point clouds demonstrate our proposed network's state-of-the-art performance.

Diabetes prediction mechanism using machine learning model based on patient IQR outlier and correlation coefficient (환자 IQR 이상치와 상관계수 기반의 머신러닝 모델을 이용한 당뇨병 예측 메커니즘)

  • With the recent increase in diabetes incidence worldwide, research has been conducted to predict diabetes through various machine learning and deep learning technologies. In this work, we present a model for predicting diabetes using machine learning techniques with German Frankfurt Hospital data. We apply outlier handling using Interquartile Range (IQR) techniques and Pearson correlation and compare model-specific diabetes prediction performance with Decision Tree, Random Forest, Knn (k-nearest neighbor), SVM (support vector machine), Bayesian Network, ensemble techniques XGBoost, Voting, and Stacking. As a result of the study, the XGBoost technique showed the best performance with 97% accuracy on top of the various scenarios. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that the model can be used to accurately predict and prevent diabetes prevalent in modern society.

  • The study investigates the impact of data quality on the performance of artificial intelligence (AI). To this end, the impact of labeling error levels on the performance of artificial intelligence was compared and analyzed through simulation, taking into account the similarity of data features and the imbalance of class composition. As a result, data with high similarity between characteristic variables were found to be more sensitive to labeling accuracy than data with low similarity between characteristic variables. It was observed that artificial intelligence accuracy tended to decrease rapidly as class imbalance increased. This will serve as the fundamental data for evaluating the quality criteria and conducting related research on artificial intelligence learning data.

  • An implementation of NPC AI(artifical intelligence) is similar with real world's flocking can increase fun factor of game. To this end, we design fish flocking patten of analyzed real world, implement using Ogre engine in this paper. To determine the usefulness of implemented fish flocking, we compare fish flocking in real world with implemented fish flocking. Implemented behavioral patterns of fish flocking show similar behavioral patterns of fish flocking in real world.

  • Recently conventional artificial intelligence(AI) approaches have been employed to build action selectors for the autonomous mobile robot(AMR). However, in these approaches, the decision making process to choose an action from multiple competence modules is still an open question. Many researches have been focused on the reactive planning systems such as the biological immune system. In this paper, we attempt to construct an action selector for an AMR based on the artificial immune network and internet. The information from vision sensors is used for antibody. We propose a learning method for artificial immune network using evolutionary algorithm to produce antibody automatically. The internet environment for an AMR action selector shows the usefulness of the proposed learning artificial immune network application.

  • This study described a method of designing and implementing an artificial intelligence-based learning model for predicting the usage of building members. Artificial intelligence (AI) is widely used in various fields thanks to the development of technology, but in the field of building information management (BIM), the case of utilizing AI technology is very low due to the specificity of the data in the field and the difficulty of collecting big data. Therefore, AI problems for BIM were discovered, and a new preprocessing technique was devised to solve the specificity of data in the field. An artificial intelligence model was implemented based on the designed preprocessing technique, and it was confirmed that the accuracy of predicting the construction component usage of the implemented artificial intelligence model is at a level that can be used in the actual industry.

  • This Paper proposed the development of new magnetic sensor and recognition system to expendite pattern recognition of a handwriting character. Received character graphics should be performed the session and balancing and no extraction of end points, bend points and juntions separately. The Artifical intelligence algorithm is adapted to structure snalysis and recognition process by individual basic letter dictionary except for the handwriing character graphic dictionaryimproving error of recognition algorithm and enomous dictionary for generalization. In this Paper, recognition rate of the received character are compared with pre registered character at letter dictionary for performance test of magnetic ball sensor. As a result of unicode conversion and eomparison, the artificial intelligence study have recognition rate more than 95% at initial recognition rate of 70%.
