  • In this article, the dynamic parameters (frequencies, mode shapes, damping ratios) of the scaled concrete structure and the dynamic parameters (frequencies, mode shapes, damping ratios) of the entire outer surface of titanium dioxide, 80 micron in thickness are compared using operational modal analysis method. Ambient excitation was provided from micro tremor ambient vibration data on ground level. Enhanced Frequency Domain Decomposition (EFDD) was used for the output only modal identification. From this study, a good correlation between mode shapes was found. Titanium dioxide applied to the entire outer surface of the scaled concrete structure has an average of 11.78% difference in frequency values and 10.15% in damping ratios, proving that nanomaterials can be used to increase rigidity in structures, in other words, for reinforcement. Another important result determined in the study was the observation of the adherence of titanium dioxide and similar nanomaterials mentioned in the introduction to concrete structure surfaces was at the highest level.

  • This article a little bit lack of elements for the basis of study of health care in the respect of taking a certain expert group as the sample. However researcher chose people who is in same situation with himself and tried to make clear how to do for their behavior of health care to know that how the experts groups are taking care of their health. For the study, the main aim of this article is studying the health care situation of experts group which is taking crucial role in the economy, society and cultural field. When it comes to the experts group's health care by eating habits and exercise related program is, first, it indicates that most people are eating for their health, lives and work through the analysis of responds; they eat food for their health and their health, lives or task.(Surely they family-centered structure. Third, 78% of 40s group responded that they enjoy finding good restaurants while 20s to 30s are enjoying fastfood and instant food instead of Korean traditional foods. fourth, health care by the exercise is done in one or half one hour and the dependant exercises like jogging or swimming which can be done whenever they have time are perferred to group exercise. It's desirable that one has to take care of himself with systematic and effective way. But it's very difficult and care for most people to take care of themselves, so they have to make the program and practice it systematically. The result from this study shows that practicing the health related program rationally, at the same time increasing leisure time and doing dependant or group exercise, taking a walk, and various kind of exercise considered spending money are more common than eating foods for health care. These are regarded as a desirable phenomenon in terms of the health care.

  • Child labor is being recognized as the key issue of human rights, and the International Labor Organization and the Convention on the Rights of the Child emphasize that children are individuals with dignity and rights. Male and female child actors belong to a profession with wide public exposure and there is a potential danger of invading classes and roles not matching the developmental stage of the child. In this study, we would like to discuss international and domestic laws and future complementary measures surrounding legal and institutional issues that need to be considered for child actors. Although the basic rights for child workers are stated in the Constitution Article 32 Paragraph 5 and Labor Standards Act Articles 64 through 70, they are insufficient. Following the revised broadcasting deliberation regulations by the Korea Communication Commission and amendment of the Juvenile Protection Law, several changes are taking place in the working environment. In certain foreign places such as California, United States, the economic and educational rights of male and female child actors are being protected. Although legal and institutional frameworks for the male and female child actors are being reinforced, more consistent devices are needed. Consideration for working hours, regulations to keep up with learning while working, and preparation for physical and emotional influences are required to keep up with international changes.

  • Power Transformers with more than one secondary winding are not uncommon in industrial applications. But new classes of applications where very large number of independent secondaries are used are becoming popular in controlled converters for medium and high voltage applications. Cascade H-bridge medium voltage drives and Pulse Step Modulation (PSM) based high voltage power supplies are such applications. Regulated high voltage power supplies (Fig. 1) with 35-100 kV, 5-10 MW output range with very fast dynamics (${\mu}S$ order) uses such transformers. Such power supplies are widely used in fusion research. Here series connection of isolated voltage sources with conventional switching semiconductor devices is achieved by large number of separate transformers or by single unit of multi-secondary transformer. Naturally, a transformer having numbers of secondary windings (~40) on single core is the preferred solution due to space and cost considerations. For design and simulation analysis of such a power supply, the model of a multi-secondary transformer poses special problem to any circuit analysis software as many simulation softwares provide transformer models with limited number (3-6) of secondary windings. Multi-Secondary transformer models with 3 different schemes are available. A comparison of test results from a practical Multi-secondary transformer with a simulation model using magnetic component is found to describe the behavior closer to observed test results. Earlier models assumed magnetising inductance in a linear loss less core model although in actual it is saturable core made-up of CRGO steel laminations. This article discusses a more detailed representation of flux coupled magnetic model with saturable core properties to simulate actual transformers very close to its observed parameters in test and actual usage.

  • This paper performs analysis the load patterns for the all the special days and studies the change of the load patterns for the last 15 years using Expert system based on the load record and the weather condition record. The Expert system is one of the four major load forecasting methods of the power system And it is used for forecasting. loads of the special days based on the Know-how of the load forecasting Experts. After the author simulates the load forecasting using hourly relative factors of the load patterns based on the past load records, there is considerable improved effect. The average errors of past 5 days load forecasting of lunar New Year's Day (year 2002 and 2003) is $3.23{[\%]}$. Using the new method the author forecast loads of the lunar new year's days (the year 2005) and it shows only $1.78{[\%]}$ error. A field manual for the load forecast can be made using proposed method. The authors expect this article could give a guidance to those who wish to be load forecast expert.

  • The optical signal injected into an end-fire optical phased array propagates along the waveguides inside the device and is emitted from the edge of the antenna. In general, reflection and scattering occur at the boundary, thereby reducing the emission efficiency of the optical signal. In this article, we propose a silicon nitride (Si3N4) tapered waveguide antenna structure whose width is tapered toward the emitting edge, achieving high emission efficiency operating at the 1,550 nm wavelength. The Si3N4 tapered waveguide antenna was numerically designed using the 3D finite-difference time-domain method. The optical signal emission efficiency increased from 78% to 96.3%, while reflectance decreased from 22% to 3.7% compared with the untapered waveguide antenna counterpart. This result will not only boost the optical signal intensity but also mitigate optical noise resulting from back reflection along the waveguide in the end-fire optical phased array device.
