미용관련학과 학생들의 교육과정 주요요인과 교육만족도 (A Study of Student Satisfaction from Beauty Art-Related Departments on Educational Assessments)

  • This study is aimed to improve future-oriented curriculum by investigating the satisfaction of students from beauty art-related departments on their curriculum and major courses and proposing their basic direction and improvement plan. For this, a survey was conducted against students from beauty art-related departments in Busan (5 junior colleges and 1 four-year university). The following results were obtained: First, according to a correlation analysis on major questionnaire items on the curriculum in beauty art-related departments, statistical significance was observed in 'curriculum development', 'facility and administrative & financial supports', 'instructor/teacher activities', 'educational evaluation activities', 'academia-industry cooperation activities' and 'output evaluation'. In terms of educational satisfaction, statistical significance was observed in all positive relations. Second, according to regression analysis on the evaluation of curriculum output factors in beauty art-related departments, output factor levels were high as 'academia-industry cooperation activities', 'age', 'teacher/instructor activities', curriculum requirement analysis' and 'curriculum development' were high. In overall, relatively good results (69.0%) were observed. A further study needs to be performed for improvement of satisfaction of students majoring in beauty art on their curriculum in educating students from beauty art-related departments by applying their educational evaluation to optimum standards.

Research on Influencing Factors of Continuous Learning Willingness in Online Art Education Based on the UTAUT Model

  • As the Internet rapidly evolves, online learning has emerged as the third largest scenario in the field of education. Online education, different from the two traditional learning scenarios of the school and society, is characterized with broader learning types and higher freedom. In today's post-pandemic era, art education, which relies on face-to-face teaching, is of particular significance to expand online education methods. Based on the UTAUT model, this paper posits seven hypotheses about the willingness to continue learning in online art education. After collecting valid data through a questionnaire, a detailed empirical analysis was conducted via SPSS and AMOS. The results of empirical analysis show that less than half of the respondents had experienced the online art education, mirroring that this is a market worth developing. Based on the findings, learning habit does not significantly impact art learners' willingness to continue learning online. This result and other verified hypotheses are detailed in the discussion part of this paper. This study proves that UTAUT can better explain user behavior than the traditional information system model prior to the improvement, and also has strong explanatory power in the field of art education. The conclusion also posits some operational suggestions from the perspective of practitioners in this field, thereby providing a theoretical basis for art education practitioners.

  • 본 논문은 비대면 미술감상 교육을 위해 사용자의 상황 정보 및 취향에 맞는 태그가 융합된 융·복합 예술 플레이리스트 콘텐츠를 사용자에게 추천하는 기술을 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 기술의 구현을 위해 예술 작품의 특성을 분석하고, 분석된 작품들의 태그를 기반으로 관련된 음악과 미술작품을 매칭한다. 또한 매칭된 작품을 활용해 융·복합 예술 관람 플레이리스트 콘텐츠를 자동으로 생성하는 기술을 제안하고자 한다.

  • Automation and robotic technology (ART) has been successfully applied in the manufacturing and allied industries to achieve on-time delivery of quality products at increasingly reduced costs. Meeting time, quality and cost targets still remains a big challenge in the global construction industry with prevalence of time and cost overruns. Application of ART in the construction industry could contribute to significant improvement in the efficient and effective delivery of projects to meet and exceed client expectations. However, the uptake of ART is still low in the construction industry. This study investigates the various ways in which ART could be applied to improve construction project delivery, potential areas of applications, and constraints to the uptake of the technology in the construction industry. Recommendations are made for improving the uptake of ART in the construction industry.

현대미술에서의 아카이브 담론과 '아카이브 아트'의 재고찰 (Archival Discourse in Contemporary Art and the Rethinking of "Archival Art")

  • 본 연구는 현대미술의 아카이브 담론으로서 '아트 아카이브'와 '아카이브 아트'의 기초 개념을 정리하고, 아카이브적 특성에도 불구하고 미술작품이라는 매체적 특수성으로 인해 기록학에서는 크게 주목하지 않았던 아카이브 아트를 새롭게 고찰한다. 동시대 미술의 새로운 경향으로 받아들여지고 있는 아카이브 아트는 '아카이브 구조나 방법론을 활용하는 미술작품이나 미술실천'을 의미한다. 지금까지 아카이브 아트 관련 연구의 주된 특징은 권력자에 의해 평가 및 선별되었기에 아카이브를 신뢰할 수 없는 대상으로 평가하고, 미술가가 공적 영역에서 소외되고 결락된 역사를 새롭게 구축한다는 점에서 대항서사로 평가하는 것이다. 이러한 접근은 반아카이브적 관점으로 현대 아카이브를 비판하면서도 아카이브를 작품의 핵심적인 정체성으로 내세우는 모순적 특성을 드러낸다. 따라서 지금까지 전개된 주요 논의들은 기록의 진본성을 존중하고 기록 정보를 활용해 자신의 논리를 강화하는 사례를 포괄하지 못하고, 심지어 이들과 대치된다는 점에서 한계를 드러낸다. 본 연구에서는 기록학의 측면으로 아카이브 아트를 재정리해 유형을 분류하고, 각각의 특성을 분석할 것이다. 미술가가 활용한 아카이브 개념을 전통적인 기록학의 측면에서 접근하려는 시도는 미술작품이 지닌 본래의 미적 가치를 인정하면서도 이를 기록학의 연구 대상으로서 확대한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

  • We tried new interpreting about the work of art in this paper. The work of art respects the intention of the artist to make it and interprets intention until now. After critics distinguish by a period, an area that they set to philosophical thought which is the timex and interpreted. We set to each one subjectivity and interpreted between artist to make the work of art and appreciator. But in this paper, we tied various criteria which appreciates the work of art. We tried so that we presented the intimacy each other newly. Otherwise we tied with the subjectivity of the Individual and are the try to be an objectification low through statistical technique. We looked into the culture and art in the introduction and explain the discussion about the work of art interpreting which the main subject. We set the category 6 area, and explain an each criteria explanation and assessment method. We tried to propose new interpreting as the intimacy to be statistical technique result of the assessment analysis.

베이커리 경영상의 애로사항이 영업과 직무 불만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 제주 지역 자영 베이커리 경영자를 대상으로 - (A Study of the Effect of Bottleneck in Bakery Management on Sales and Job Satisfaction - Focusing on Bakery Owners in Jeju -)

  • This paper aims to improve management and make the bakery business stable by investigating the difficulties in bakery management and the current management conditions of bakery businesses. Using Windows SPSS 11.0, the bottleneck in bakery management and its influence on sales and job satisfaction were analyzed. Besides, a regression analysis was conducted to investigate the effect of difficulties in bakery management on sales and job satisfaction. According to the analysis, a total of 44 variables were observed as the difficulties in bakery management. Among them, 34 variables were caused by 7 factors: facility, product, employee, finance, production, external advertisement. In the regression analysis, it has turned out that the difficulties in management had influence on sales dissatisfaction in facility, product, employee, finance, production, and external factors. Especially, employee factor turned out the most influential one on sales dissatisfaction. Furthermore, it has turned out that the bottleneck in management had influence on job dissatisfaction in all 7 factors. Above all, the external factor turned out the most influential one.

  • 본 연구는 온라인 미술품 거래 플랫폼을 통한 신진미술가의 작품 가치화 과정에 관한 이해를 목적으로 한다. 본 논문은 부르디외의 문화자본론에 대한 이론적 탐구를 토대로, 사치아트란 온라인 미술품 거래 플랫폼의 사례연구를 진행했다. 본 연구는 사치아트에 의해 선별된 국내 작가 7인과의 인터뷰 내용을 주요 자료로 삼고, 해당 플랫폼에 대한 직접 관찰 및 다양한 이차자료의 문헌검토를 통해 부가적인 자료를 수집했다. 분석 결과, 사치아트는 큐레이션을 통해 선별된 작가의 작품 가치를 암묵적으로 보증하고 인정함으로써, 해당 작가의 상징자본 형성에 기여하고 있음을 포착했다. 또한, 본고는 이 같은 작가의 상징자본 형성의 기저에는 해당 플랫폼의 창립자와 큐레이터가 축적한 상징자본의 보증이 위치함을 논하였다. 본 연구는 오프라인 미술계 기반의 미술품 가치에 관한 기존 예술경영학적 논의를 온라인으로 확장하는 것에 의의가 있다.

사용자의 지속적이며 자발적인 참여를 위한 게임화 기반의 콘텐츠 관리 시스템 설계 (Gamified Contents Management System design for continuous and voluntary participation of Users)

  • 콘텐츠에서 자발적인 사용자 참여를 유도하고 유지하는 것은 매우 어렵지만 중요한 일이다. 그 예로 많은 인터넷 콘텐츠 등에서 사용자들의 참여와 그 유지를 위해 금전적 보상을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 금전적 보상처럼 외재적 동기만을 자극하는 등의 방식으로는 한계가 있으며, 콘텐츠의 대한 지속적이고 자발적인 사용자 참여를 얻기 위해서는 정교한 설계와 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위해, Gamified Learning Management System의 예를 참고하여, 기존의 Contents Management System(CMS)을 확장한 게임화 기반의 CMS(Gamified CMS)를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 궁극적으로 사용자의 콘텐츠에 대한 참여와 몰입을 증대시키고자 한다.

서울시 대학생의 소비가치 유형과 예술상품 소비 -공연예술 및 미술전시회 관람을 중심으로 (Types of Consumption Values and Art Appreciation of University Students in Seoul)

  • The purposes of this study were to classify types of consumption values and to examine 5 types of art appreciation of university students in Seoul. Five types of art appreciation included fine art exhibition(including photographs, architects, calligraphy works), classical and opera performance, traditional Korean music performance, drama and musical performance, dance performance. The sample for this study consisted of 422 university students of five universities in Seoul. The data were collected using the structured questionnaires. The statistical methods used for the analysis were descriptive statistics, chi-square, factor analysis, and cluster analysis. The major findings are as follows. 1. The result of factors for consumption values of students emerged four factors. These were called as 'materialism', 'honor centered', 'family centered', 'hedonism' value. 2. The cluster analysis was conducted based on these four factors. The result showed 3 groups of consumption value which were called as 'material' honor value group', 'family value group', 'hedonic value group'. 3. The consumption value of university students did not significantly differ according to their demographic variables. 4. The behavior of art appreciation of university students significantly differed by their demographic characteristics and consumption value. The material' honor valued group showed the least chances to make decisions on art appreciation for one's own, which reflected that this group appreciate art to satisfy their honors rather than to enjoy art itself. They also showed the most chances to consider the renownedness of the art work or artists among three groups. And they showed the least chances to pay for the tickets for art appreciation, all of those meant that they appreciate arts unvoluntarily in situational condition. The family valued group showed the most chances to pay for the tickets when they appreciate arts. And therefore they were most susceptible for the prices. The hedonic valued group showed the most interests in art. They decided to appreciate art for their own, and they considered the contents and the highness in the level of the art the most when they appreciate art. And they show the most intention of participation in drama/musical performances, which reflect their interests in hedonic values. Based on these results of this study concluded that the consumption values of university students affected their behavior of art appreciation. Thus, university students' behavior on art appreciation can be effectively developed by education according to their consumption values.
