Operating Mode and Management System of Dance Troupes from the Perspective of Cultural and Artistic Management

  • In the study, the operating mode and management system of dance troupes are aimed to analyze from the perspective of cultural and artistic management. The study focuses the Shanxi Huajin Dance Troup using case study method and provide a theoretical and practical reference for other literary communication forms in the literary industry. At the same time, the study provides a useful reference for how the cultural industry, with theatrical troupes as the main body, can operate and manage better in a "self-sufficient" market environment.

  • As international construction market increases, the importance of risk management in international construction project is emphasized. Unfortunately, current risk management practice does not sufficiently deal with project risks. Although a lot of risk analysis techniques have been introduced, most of them focus on project's external unexpected risks such as country conditions and owner's financial standing. However, because those external risks are difficult to manage and take preemptive action, we need to concentrate on project inherent risks. Based on this premise, this paper proposes a project-oriented risk mining approach which could detect and extract project risk factors automatically before they are materialized. This study presents a methodology regarding how to extract potential risks which exist in owner's project requirements and project tender documents using state of the art data analysis method such as text mining. The project-oriented risk mining approach is expected to effectively reflect project characteristics to the project risk management and could provide construction firms with valuable business intelligence.

  • Recently, U-Construction is a topic word of construction industry. U-construction is construction with IT technology that is ubiquitous. That will help that domestic construction industry which is lower technology than developed countries overcomes the competition. RFID technology which can be transmission of massage and the receipt of a massage with non touch is core of U-construction. The RFID technology has a big range of application. Man ${\cdot}$ Quality ${\cdot}$ Process ${\cdot}$ Safety ${\cdot}$ Distribution management is already applied to construction industry and especially, The Man ${\cdot}$ Safety management are spreaded widely. This thesis analyzes that the State of Art of RFID Technology to Construction in Korea through the survey and RFID Technology becoming wider by construction scale and period. Process' Distribution management show the trend which becomes wider by construction scale and period.

  • The purpose of this paper is to provide a review of the literature on the role of end-user intermediary systems in information retrieval. The paper starts with an introduction pointing out the problems involved in conventional retrieval system. The next section covers the major developments in the field of intermediary systems including natural language processing, automatic query formulation, relevance feedback, and automatic query refinement. The paper concludes with a general overview of the current state of the art and its future implications in information retrieval.

  • The quality assurance activities are important to obtain the safety and reliability in decommissioning of research reactor. It is essential to establish and implement effective quality assurance program. Foreign state-of-the-art standards and practices of quality assurance are investigated and analyzed to select quality assurance requirements. In this paper, guidelines are offered a suggestion to establish optimal the technology standard and lay out the managerial control scheme of quality assurance for decommissioning on research reactor.

  • The observational method using field measurement technique have contributed significantly to advancements in the state-of-the art of geotechnical engineering in the 20th century. Due to the rapid development in computer technology, Internet and GIS have become an integral part of civil engineering project management. This paper presents new technologies and development in observational method which have valuable implication on field measurement in geotechnical engineering. Systematic approach to planning monitoring program in geotechnical instrumentation is also presented. Finally, research needs in development and application of integrated design/construction management system in geotechnical engineering projects are discussed.

  • 생산공정중에서 검사공정이 비교적 늦게 자동화되어 왔으나 Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM)과 computer의 결합을 통하여 Computer-Aided Testing(CAT)이 실현되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 CAT에 대한 전반적인 개념을 설명하였으며, CAD 및 CAM과 CAT의 결합, expert system을 이용한 측정계획의 수립, vision을 이용한 측정자동화의 경향을 설명하고 있다. 또한 CAD와 Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM)의 결합에 필요한 data교환 format을 소개한다. 그리고 현재 상용화 되어있는 CAT software들의 기능을 소개한다.

  • The purpose of this parer is to provide a survey of the state of the art of routing methods in store-and-forward computer networks. The survey is carried out in line with a new taxonomy: heuristic methods, user-optimization methods, and system-optimization methods. This taxonomy on routing algorithms is based on two viewpoints: the level of optimization and the relative difficulty for the implementation in real computer networks. Some actual methods implemented in real computer networks are surveyed as well as the theoretical studies in the literature. This paper concludes with some points in need of further researches.

  • During the construction period of submarine shield tunnel, which is built firstly in very soft marine clay layer 40m deep in Korea, wide range problems were encountered such as safe launching against high earth pressure at shield entrance, technique of shield face pressure control when passing through complex multi-layered soils This paper introduces successful construction practice through development of state-of-the-art construction method and field monitoring.

  • Estimation of warranty costs is an important application area of reliability engineering. On the manufacturer's point of view, exact estimation of warranty costs helps decisions on budgeting, product pricing, and A/S capacity planning, etc. We reviewed the state-of-the-art of existing models on warranty policies and suggested some future research directions.
