The authors are using Qi-diagnosis (integrated diagnosis by bio-energy) that is a method of diagnosis and treatment. We applied Qi-diagnosis to the main study to lay the foundation and framework for research and education about the Korean Medicine. The authors try to describe systemically and specifically the Qi-diagnosis that the authors are using in clinical diagnosis ane treatment so that anyone can use it. The authors have been able to grasp the flow of human bio-energy through years of training. It has had many effects by applying the Qi-diagnosis to patients. The steps of the bio-energy flow have become objective. And the authors have been applied to acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, bruising treatment and anthrax anesthesia in clinical through the Qi-diagnosis. Also, it is applied to the life management of patients. It is applied to arts such as music therapy and art therapy. The deeper the depth of the Qi-diagnosis, the greater the opportunity to utilize the Qi-diagnosis. The Qi-diagnosis is the origin of the korean medicine. It was able to make diagnosis and treatment correct and to establish clues that the medical problems would be solved through the Qi-diagnosis. In order to do so, the diagnostician must be able to feel the auricular flow of the body accurately and objectively. In addition, he must have a comprehensive understanding of the overall framework of medicine. As a result, diagnosis and treatment of the patient as well as general problems of the patient can be identified and advised, so comprehensive treatment is possible. And it is not only a specific person can do it, but it is a diagnostic method that anyone can take if they take the basic steps step by step.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to present implications by analyzing research trends on CSR, CSV and ESG by text analysis and visual analysis(Comprehensive/ Fields / Years-based) which are big data analyses, by collecting data based on previous studies on CSR, CSV and ESG. Methods: For the collection of analysis data, deep learning was used in the integrated search on the Academic Research Information Service (www.riss.kr) to search for "CSR", "CSV" and "ESG" as search terms, and the Korean abstracts and keyword were scrapped out of the extracted paper and they are organize into EXCEL. For the final step, CSR 2,847 papers, CSV 395 papers, ESG 555 papers derived were analyzed using the Rx64 4.0.2 program and Rstudio using text mining, one of the big data analysis techniques, and Word Cloud for visualization. Results: The results of this study are as follows; CSR, CSV, and ESG studies showed that research slowed down somewhat before 2010, but research increased rapidly until recently in 2019. Research have been found to be heavily researched in the fields of social science, art and physical education, and engineering. As a result of the study, there were many keyword of 'corporate', 'social', and 'responsibility', which were similar in the word cloud analysis. Looking at the frequent keyword and word cloud analysis by field and year, overall keyword were derived similar to all keyword by year. However, some differences appeared in each field. Conclusion: Government support and expert support for CSR, CSV and ESG should be activated, and researches on technology-based strategies are needed. In the future, it is necessary to take various approaches to them. If researches are conducted in consideration of the environment or energy, it is judged that bigger implications can be presented.

Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication provides each component (machine) with access to Internet, evolving into the IoT technology. IoT is a trend where numbers of devices provide the communication service, using the Internet protocol. As spreading the concept of IoT(Internet of Things), various objects become home information sources. According to the wide spread of various devices, it is difficult to access data on the devices with unified manners. Under this environment, security is a critical element to create various types of application and service. In this paper propose the inter-device authentication and Centralized Remote Security Provisioning framework in Open M2M environment. The results of previous studies in this task is carried out by protecting it with the latest information on M2M / IoT and designed to provide the ultimate goal of future M2M / IoT optimized platform that can be integrated M2M / IoT service security and security model presents the information.

The purpose of this study is to develop a personality education program that can enhance the virtues of elementary school students, self-esteem, Consideration communication, self-control, honesty courage by using coaching methodologically, To improve the personality virtue. The subjects of this study were 31 students from 4th grade of U elementary school in S Gu, Seoul. The experimental group was divided into 16 sessions, weekly from March 5, 2018 to June 30, 2018, 1 hour (40 minutes). The program consisted of items such as self-esteem, Consideration communication, self-control, honesty courage among the personality virtues of KEDI personality test, Each activity used a tough coaching model developed by combining the GROW model with the Empowering model and considering the developmental level of elementary school students. As a result, all four virtues of personality were significantly improved, model with the Empowering model and considering the developmental level of elementary school students. We compared pre and post test result with paired t-test. As a results, the experimental group showed improvement in all four virtues of personality at 0.05 significance level, whereas the control group did not. This suggests that the program can be usefully used as a tool to improve four virtues of personality of elementary school students. For further research, we expect that the program would be integrated with state-of-art technology such as online program or CBI(Computer-Based Instruction).

Cartoons and Animation are convergent arts created with a composite application of language arts described in the form of literary texts and sounds, plastic arts visualized in the form of artistic paintings, and film arts produced in the form of moving pictures. An academic university major in cartoons and animation studies established in late 20th century however, did not satisfactorily meet the needs in academic research and development and the free expression of artistic creation was limited. In order to systematize the major in cartoons and animation studies, an convergent approach to establish and clarify following are in demand : the terms and definitions, the historical developments, the research areas and methods, the major education and related jobs and start-ups. New culture and arts industries including cartoons, animation, moving images, and games contents are not yet listed in the industries listing service jointly provided online by the portal site Naver.com and Hyung-Seol publishing company. Above all, cartoons and animation are inseparably related to each other that even if one uses the term separately and independently, the meaning may not be complete. So a new combined term "Animatoon" can be established for the major in cartoons and animation studies and also used for its degree with concentrations of cartoons, animation, moving images, games, and etc. In the Introduction, a new combined term Animatoon is defined and explained the use of this term as the name of the major and degree in cartoons and animation studies. In the body, first, the Historical Developments classified Animatoon in the ancient times, the medieval times, and the modern times and they are analyzed with the help of esthetics and arts using examples of mural frescos, animal painting, religion cartoons, caricatures, cartoons, satire cartoons, comics, animation, 2 or 3 dimensional webtoons, and K-toons. Second, the Research Areas of Animatoon reviewed the theories, genres, artworks, and artists and the Research Methods of Animatoon presented the curriculum that integrated the courses in humanities, science technologies, culture and arts, and etc. Third, the Major Education considered Animatoon education in children, young adults, students of the major and the Related Jobs and Start-Ups explored various jobs relating to personal creation of artwork and collective production of business-oriented artwork. In the Conclusion, the current challenges of Animatoon considered personalization of the artists, specialization of the contents, diversification of the types, and liberalization of the art creation. And the direction of improvement advocated Animatoon to be an academic field of study, to be an art, to be a culture, and to be an industry. The importance of cartoons and animation along with videos and games rose in the 21st century. In order for cartoons and animation to take a leading role, make efforts in studying Animatoon academically and also in developing Animatoon as good contents in the cultural industries.

This study aims to investigate the current status of the operation system of the curriculum support extra-curricular program, focusing on the extra-curricular program operation system of other universities, and suggest the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra-curricular program in cultural education. To this end, the analysis of the extra-curricular program operation system of eight four-year universities in the Seoul metropolitan area was conducted on the existence of core competencies, computer systems and extra curricula program guides, credit-linked and mileage scholarship programs, and the analysis focused on the characteristics, merits and demerits of each university's operating system. It was also intended to propose the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra curricula program in liberal arts education, focusing on the operation system of the extra curricula program of E University and the corresponding performance management. Conclusion To operate the extra curricula program efficiently, the computer system and the extra curricula program guide, credit link and mileage scholarship system should be introduced. In addition, the analysis of the operation system of the curriculum support program of E University shows that E University operates systematically with the direction of operation of the core competency-based curriculum support extra-curricular program, and the performance management of the extra curricula program of E University is carried out through the EU-TQM System Integrated Management System.

In this paper, we propose a pioneering concept of DPD(Disaster Prevention Design) to realize a securable society in the future. Features of danger in the future society are expected to be diverse, abrupt occurring, large scale, and complicated ways. Due to increment of dangers with their features of uncertainty, interactivity, complexity, and accumulation, human-oriented design concept naturally participates in activities to prevent our society against disasters effectively. We presented DPD is an essential design activity in order to cope with dangers expected in the future societies as well as realize securable environments. DPD is also an integrated design aids including preemptive protections, rapid preparing, recovery, and interactive cooperation. We also expect these activities of DPD is effective for generation of new values in the market, satisfaction of social needs, expansion of design industry, and a novel chance for development in the future society. Throughout this paper, we submit various aspects of DPD concepts including definition, classification, scope, necessity, strategy, influencing elements, process, and its principle. We expect these concepts will be the seed and/or basement of DPD research for the future works. For the direction of study for DPD in the future, we emphasize alarm system for preemptive protection rather than recovery strategy for the damage occurred. We also need to research about progressive prevention techniques and convergence with other areas of design. In order to transfer the concept of product design from facility-oriented mechanism to human-oriented one, we should develop new kinds of city basis facilities, public-sense design concepts referred to social weak-party, e-Learning content design preparing disasters, and virtual simulation design etc. On the other hand, we have to establish laws and regulations to force central and/or provincial governments to have these DPD strategies applying their regional properties. Modern design activities are expanding to UI(user interface) content design area overcoming the conventional design concept of product and/or service. In addition, designers are recognized as art directors or life stylists who will change the human life and create the social value. DPD can be divided into prevention design, preparedness design, response design, and recovery design. Five strategies for successful DPD are Precaution-oriented, Human-oriented, Sense-oriented, Legislation, and Environment Friendly Strategies.

Task of circling the pagoda of Waljeongsa(Woljeongsa Tabdori) is the major intangible cultural heritage with representativeness and historical meaning as a Buddhism culture, one of the Buddhism folk plays, which was firstly played after the liberation. Woljeongsa Tabdori holds significant designation importance in terms of Buddhism folklore heritage with Korean unique tradition and identity of Gangwon-do province. Temples are demonstrating Tabdori nationwide but Woljeongsa Tabdori is the unique case that systematically inherits the culture based on the designation of being intangible cultural heritage. That is why it is needed to focus on the cultural and internal value of Woljeongsa Tabdori. Tabdori is the integrated symbol of Buddhism respect and worship to the Buddha and pagoda. It is hard to presume the originality of Woljeongsa Tabdori: given the history of Woljeonsa temple, it lies into Goguryeo traditional play and Bokhui(Pagoda circling folk play) in Silla era. It fits into the courtesy of Circumambulating Stupa considering Moon in Goguryo mural, background of Odaesan Hwaeom thought/tripitaka and essence of Octagonal 9-story stone pagoda. At the first stage of Tabdori, Buddhist musical instruments such as Buddhism temple bell, singing bowl, cloud-shaped gong and wooden-fish. However, later, Samhyeon Yukgak has been added and then, Boyeom and Bakpaljeongjinga were singing: it could be interpreted that it was a pure Buddhist ceremony but it has become to have traditional aspect and been spread to the public. The origin of Woljeongsa Tabdori is related to the explanation of Circumambulating Stupa that experiences the glory of the ending ceremony. When a temple has a rite, the Buddhists make an offering to the Buddha. At that time, Buddhist prayer, sermon and chant are followed. After the rite, the Buddhists are circling the pagoda with the monks while praying for Buddhist charity and making their own wishes. It prays not only going after death to Nirvana of the one but also national prosperity and the welfare of the people for peaceful reign. As the temple holds bigger rites, many Buddhists gather and the Tabdori was a success. The scene of circling the pagoda and making own wishes in line with the Buddhist sermon was solemn. The idea on changes and convergence of Woljeongsa Tabdori requires strategic inheritance to promote the transmission while maintaining the paragon and purpose of designating the cultural heritage and reviving its identity. Korean Tabdori was held in Buddha's birthday in April and the mid-autumn day. Tabdori is a memorial service type Buddhist ceremony that once the monk holds the Buddhist rosary, circles the pagoda and sings the great mind and charity of the Buddha, Buddhists follow the step, lighting the lantern, circling the pagoda and praying for the gentle and easy death. Transmission education of the successor, diversified approach of the expert's advice and discourse on the revival of the origin should be reinforced in phases.
