The Korean wine market is growing year by year recently especially in Off-trade market. It shows not just a part of the very few consumer-driven trend. The purchases of wine is always not so easy because the risk factors and failure points occur when buying wines. Most of wine consumers feel difficulties when buying wines at phase of previous step, buying step and after buying step. Wine consumers can be divided into the wine experts, wine lovers, novices, outsiders. To guide an wine buying with less failures to each representative of wine consumer characteristics and needs, user persona and scenario for the reduced failure were derived.

이 논문에서는 곤충 발자국의 패턴을 인식하기 위해, 인식의 기본 단위인 세그먼트를 자동 추출하는 기법과 Trace transform을 이용하여 발자국 인식에 필요한 특징을 추출하는 기법을 제안하였다. Trace transform 방법을 이용하면 패턴의 크기, 이동, 회전, 반사에 불변하는 특징값을 얻을 수 있다. 이러한 특징값들은 곤충 발자국과 같이 다양한 변형이 존재하는 패턴을 인식하는 데에 적합하다. 특징값을 도출하기 위한 첫 번째 단계로는 추출된 세그먼트에 대한 Trace transform을 통해 새로운 Trace 이미지를 생성시킨다. 그런 다음 병렬로 표현되는 trace-line을 따라 특성 함수에 의해 특징들이 일차적으로 도출되고, 또 다시 도출된 특징들은 diametric, circus 단계의 함수를 거치면서 새로운 특징값으로 재구성된다. 2가지 서로 다른 곤충의 발자국 패턴을 이용하여 실험한 결과 곤충 발자국의 크기, 이동, 회전, 반사에 관계없이 인식에 적합한 특징값들이 추출됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

Recently, As a part of NGIS project, cultural-assets digital map is produced by cultural properties administration and local autonomous entities. Cultural-assets unified GIS(Geographical Information System) is essential to cultural properties managers and other organizations which is executing land related business for appling it at planning stage. With explosive national land developments, it has been obligated to implement surface survey by the cultural properties protection Art(clause 2, Atr 74). In this paper, the author used the district of Sachon city and made 3D terrain model using digital map which is made of It5000 scale. moreover, the author improved to RDBMS(Relational Database Management System) structure and remodeled the existing DB design in detail. The author suggest to realize shape and kind of remains which have 3D information of accuracy and actualization from surface survey to excavation.

Product Liability(PL) is a legal policy to deal with global competition by improving domestic industrial competitive power and to reduce the cost of defect products. The purpose of this paper is to address the state of the art solutions to dispute on PL, in reality of a frequent occurrence of global product exchange focussing on product safety that is one of the most important functions of PL and to improve solution of the product safety and reliability responsive to PL. To minimize PL exposure, manufacturers should reflect comprehensive product safety and reliability concepts in establishing PL prevention policies. PL prevention policies are composed of administration system, product safety management system, and total quality management system in respect of prevention, safety, and defence.

Thesedays more collaboration is required of scholars than before, because some complex problems are beyond the individuals' research capability. Traditional print-based journal systems have been playing a role of supporting scientific collaboration, in that they provide the state-of-the-art knowledge. Those journal systems, however, are known to have some problems. To cope with some of those problems of the print-based journal systems, electronic journal systems have been suggested and implemented. Investigation shows us that electronic journal systems still have some problems. This paper proposes a new form of electronic journal system, structured electronic journal system, which is believed to better support the scientific collaboration. It is designed so that it is easier to figure out the synopsis of an article and so that authors and referees of a submitted paper can participate in the discussion for verifying the significance of the paper. Object-oriented design of a structured electronic journal system which is to be built on top of a object-oriented database system is explained with example structures.

Metal complex dyes are usually used to dye amide fiber such as wool, silk and nylon to achieve high concentrated color and excellent color fastness. However, metal complex dyes that contain various heavy metal components cause not only serious environmental problem but also human health. In this study the ordinary 1:2 metal acid dyes and the modified 1:2 metal dyes, which are environmental friendly, are compared and analyzed in existing dyes investigated the trends in the evaluation system of their harmfulness, containing heavy metals and examined exhaustion rates and dyeing characteristics.

This paper deals with how Korea Post establishes a nation wide network of the parcel warehouse & distribution centers(PWDC). The state-of-the-art of the parcel service business in Japan and U.S. are introduced for benchmarking purpose. Potential customers of the PWDC and their major goods are identified. Current major customers of the Korea Post were interviewed to figure out the potential demand of the PWDC service. Five-year volume estimation of the Korea Parcel Service(KPS) is presented based on the past 30-month B-C volume of the four major door-to-door delivery service companies in Korea. Yearly construction plan of the PWDCs is proposed; and the networking strategy of PWDC is discussed.

Coronary artery diseases are very important agenda in the insurance medicine. Insurance medicine is defined as using medical knowledge for insurance administration such as underwriting, claims, and customer satisfaction. This review article contains review of coronary artery disease in terms of insurance medicine. Estimation of extra-risks for acute myocardial infarction are MR of 349% and EDR of 41‰. In medical underwriting, individual life applicants can be assessed by Framingham's CHD risk assessment model. In claims, medical claims review is a useful method of consulting for claims staffs. Several diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction are introduced in time. The universal definition of myocardial infarction by ESC/ACCF/WHF was demonstrated the most valuable predictor of 10-year mortality. Contents for State-Of-The-Art of the coronary artery disease are current antithrombotics. There are many novel anti-thrombotic agents such as ticagrelol, dabigatran, rivaroxaban, and pegnivacogin.

A satisfiability problem in propositional logic is the problem of checking for the existence of a set of truth values of atomic prepositions that renders an input propositional formula true. This paper describes an empirical investigation of a particular integer programming approach, using the set covering model, to solve satisfiability problems. Our satisfiability engine, SETSAT, is a fully integrated, linear programming based, branch and bound method using various symbolic routines for the reduction of the logic formulas. SETSAT has been implemented in the integer programming shell MINTO which, in turn, uses the CPLEX linear programming system. The logic processing routines were written in C and integrated into the MINTO functions. The experiments were conducted on a benchmark set of satisfiability problems that were compiled at the University of Ulm in Germany. The computational results indicate that our approach is competitive with the state of the art.

The purpose of this paper is to describe the brief history of VTS in Korea including traffic separation scheme(TSS) and vessel movement reporting scheme(VMRS) in earlier time. The effectiveness of existing traffic services in Korean waters in mentioned in comparison with the results of other countries. Advanced VTS has been introduced in 1993 at the port of Pohang and thereafter a national VTS programme is developing to introduce the state-of-the-art system into major ports and their approaches including Yosu/Kwangyang Inchon and Pusan. This paper introduces the future expanding VTS programme is Some recommendations are made to enhance the traffic safety in Korean waters and to increase the effectiveness of the advanced VTS.
