As the great catastrophe in the modern and contemporary history of China, the Cultural Revolution(CR) is an object, which must have sutured the past of darkness. At the same time it is a continuous event and also a scar of memory. In other words, for history is "a dialog between the past and the reality"(E.H.Kar), CR intervenes in the reality and, on the contrary, the reality recomposes CR. From this point of view, CR is a historical event, which so far is not ended, and it is an object of memory, which is still being composed at the moment. As the saying: "Poetry is greater than history"(Aristoteles), artistic works more intensively reflect the past. The works related to CR can not be an exception. And CR is endlessly exposed in the contemporary Chinese fine arts and the works of the contemporary Chinese artists-Wang Guangyi, Yue Minjun, Zhang Xiaogang and others are proved to be those who suffer from the trauma of CR and who feel no liberty from CR. For example, CR probably is a symbol showing the "identity" of the Chinese artists. And the diversity of the symbol is the experience and pattern of the dialog between artistic works and CR (i.e., intervention in reality). For example, with withering of grand-narrative and appearance of micro-narrative, the CR critical works of Guan Zhoudao were the root of the Chinese fine arts in the late 70s and early 80s. In the contemporary cultural situation, the literary works about CR actively analyzed the history (CR) from the personal point of views and explained in the way of monolog and micro-method led the 1990s' works. In this way they tried to recompose the history "randomly", like looking at reality with their own eyes. In this process, CR is continuously exposing new features and the real facts are appearing before us as unfamiliar phenomena. This is a way of combination and "reappearance" of contemporary arts and reality. In conclusion, the purpose of this article is to make it possible to see a section of the contemporary Chinese fine arts through the study of the icon image of CR and to analyze the way of fine arts recomposing the history and the intervening in the reality. In this sense, the author has entitled the article "Icon and Form". It means how to reshape (the present) the typically formed icon of the CR (the past).

Basically, modern architect's translation of relations between architectural space and human beings is focused upon the space and the way the space is experienced. Thus, the architecture is construed not as the finalized and fixed structure but as something undetermined and In progress. Here, we can identify the similarity between current trend and theory on process. Experience argument in this study is based upon such a similarity. And for your understanding of the spatial concept broached in the following experience argument, I've presented the analysis of Ben van Berkel's and Kazuyo Sejima's works that represent user's experiences in discussing art works. Taking a step further, I'll try to provide the true definition of being in progress and the potential of the architecture, thereby seeking the value and meaning of trends in modern architecture. In this regard, this study is aimed to analyze the attributes of experiences in progress identified in the art works of Ben van Berkel and Kazuyo Sejima and to extract and analyze the architectural concepts therein.

This study aimed to develop an optimal model of transportation for people with disabilities. To achieve this goal, powers of research and design should be involved, including CAD software. This paper investigates both: the concept of optimal model of transportation for people with disabilities (functional, ergonomic, constructive, technological and aesthetic solutions included); and its implementation as a fully-fledged 3D-model designed in SolidWorks environment. The optimal model of transportation is complex and consists of two objects. The first object is for indoors that is a wheelchair, the second one is for street driving that is an individual vehicle. The optimal model of transportation is universal and multifunctional, which have become possible with parametric feature-based approach utilized in SolidWorks.

Picasso and Chanel were the most famous artists of modern art & fashion area in 20th century. It is well known that they have deeply influenced to the current fashion and art. This study is aimed to analyze Channel's works based on the aspects of Picasso's from 1900's to 1930's. There are five common, distinct and formative aspects - flatness, geometry, transparency based on multi-perspective, volume, variety of objects. Their works are based on the simplicity which is expressed by the analyzation, organization, deconstruction influenced by cubism. It is reconfirmed that they gave the general public the new value-functionality-by using the ready-made materials. Nowadays artists model themselves after Picasso and Chanel who made attempt to conversion of ideas, the steady style, the long view, the interchange of other fields and popularization.

새로운 재료의 연구는 20세기 초 부터 현대미술의 여러 분야에서 꾸준히 계속되어 왔으며 현대미술의 발전에 지대한 공헌을 하였다. 재료에 대한 도전적이리만큼 새롭고 끈질긴 탐구를 계속하고 있는 섬유미술에서도 전통적 재료가 아닌 산업용 재료의 사용은 이런 의미로 주목된다. 산업용 재료는 우리가 살고 있는 테크놀로지 세계를 대변해 주고 있으며 우리로 하여금 이 시대의 시대적 배경과 사회적 배경을 토대로 한 예술관을 형성하도록 도와주고 있다. 섬유미술에 사용된 산업용 재료는 미술 재료로서의 미적 가치와 함께 이들이 제시하는 새로운 사상과 가능성을 통해 섬유미술의 표현 방식과 추구 방식의 다양화에 직접적으로 관계되었다. 산업용 재료의 사용은 섬유미술이 전통적으로 중요시하여 온 직조의 테크닉 추구에 대한 관심에서 재질감의 개념을 중심으로 발전하게 하였으며, 섬유미술의 표현 방식이 보다 입체적, 공간적, 환경 적으로 확대되는 데 기여하였다. 섬유미술은 이제 테크닉의 한계에서 벗어나 작가의 이념이나 사회의식의 반영, 새로운 재료에로의 추구 등 다양한 방향으로 발전하고 있으며 이는 현대미술에서 나타나는 전반적 경향과 그 맥을 같이 하고 있다.

세컨드라이프는 온라인 멀티유저 가상공간으로, 3차원 가상공간에서 사용자는 목소리와 텍스트를 통해 사용자간의 대화를 하며, 다양한 사회 활동을 하고, 새로운 형식의 가상물건을 만들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 평면 회화, 퍼포먼스, 설치 예술, 미디어아트 등 다양한 형태의 작품을 가상미술전시를 구축하는 과정을 설명한다. 이를 통해 세 컨드라이프에서 컨템포러리아트 전시를 만들 때의 기술적인 한계와 가상화된 작품과 인간과의 인식관계에 대해 논의한다.

This study deals with the expressive characteristics of Installation Art and their applicability to environmental design, and as such, aims to specify a artistic methods from the contemporary art. What Installation Art is search of in their works is "the state of relationships" which is "to replace the concept of form with that of structure, and the concept of space with that of the environment" that is, the terms of relations in the overall environment of time and space. Installation Art essentially relies on a multiplicity of forms and attitudes leading to projects which positively make use of "spatial-temporal process" to reaffirm and "problematise" their open-endedness manifest in complex contextuality and shifting temporality. This study presents a new interpretation of spatial-temporal dimension, site-specificity, and intermedia art that we find in Installation Art and tries to combine that new artistic insight a with environmental design to provide a basis for integrated art. This study places a great emphasis on the interdisciplinary approaches to the environment we inhabit, which I hope will contribute to generating a greater number of creative possibilities for environmental design.

본 연구는 연구자 자신의 경험 가운데 의미 있게 느껴지는 사건의 순간을 감각적 지각을 통해 반추하는 방법적 과정을 통해 추출하고 파악함으로써 직관적 통찰을 행하고 그를 통해 화예 작품 창작을 시도한 연구이다. 구체적으로는 경험의 서사화와 시각화를 시도하였는데 경험의 서사화 단계에서는 무의식 상태의 느낌을 포착하는 수단으로서 감각적으로 지각되는 느낌과 주관적 인상, 정서, 의식의 흐름을 기술하는 느낌의 글쓰기 방법을 '경험의 탐색', '경험의 구체화', '경험의 의미 생성'의 세 단계로 실행, 적용하였고, 경험의 시각화 단계에서는 이미지리서치를 통한 이미지의 수집, 선택, 분류 및 해석을 가지고 '이미지 형성하기', '직관활용하기', '기억작용으로 지각하기'의 세 방법을 실행, 적용하였다. 최종적으로 이들 방법의 통합과 추가적인 보완 리서치 및 글쓰기를 통하여 '해먹은 좋다', '햇볕이 따듯했던 옥상', '홀로 물가에 서다', '뜨거운 모래밭과 혼미함', '멋진 식물원에서의 한때'의 5개 작품의 창작이 이루어졌다. 종합하면 경험의 서사화와 시각화 방법을 결합 후 적용하여 작품 창작 과정의 방법적 접근을 시도한 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다 하겠다.

국내 미술시장 규모는 2018년 기준으로 최근 5년간 매년 21.9%씩 증가하는 성장세를 유지하고 있다. 미술품 유통 플랫폼은 화랑과 오프라인 경매 방식, 그리고 온라인 경매로 다양해지고 있다. 미술시장은 작품의 제작(창작), 유통(무역), 소비(매수) 등 3개 분야로 구성되어 있으며, 경제적 가치는 물론 예술적 가치에 대한 인식이 확산되면서 투자 수단으로써 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 작품을 재테크 수단으로 생각하는 소비자는 작품의 객관적 정보에 대한 욕구가 높아지지만, 예술시장 유통 분야의 정보 제공이 폐쇄적이고 불균형해 객관적이고 신뢰할 수 있는 통계를 수집·분석하는 데 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 예술시장 유통 분야에 대한 빅데이터 수집과 정형·비구조적 데이터 분석을 통해 객관적이고 신뢰할 수 있는 미술품 유통 현황을 파악한다. 이를 통해 현재 시장에서 저자의 분석을 객관적으로 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 미술품 유통 사이트에서 저자 정보를 수집하고 일간지 매일경제에서 저자의 기사를 수집·분석해 작가별 연관 단어의 빈도를 산출했다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 소비자에게 객관적이고 신뢰할 수 있는 정보를 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.

Beauty Art is an act which makes a face beautiful using various methods such as permanent, manicure and make-up. Recently, Beauty Art is recognized as the personal culture expressing the value of beauty and spirit. Therefore, there are growing interests in the comprehensive study of Beauty Art nor only from the beauty industries but also from academia, because Beauty Art is the high value-added field and Is recognized as a style of the dress. The purpose of this study is to open a new view to understand the Nail Art as a fold of experimental plastic art. The arctic expression is added to Beauty Art to develop it from the routine technique of the make-up and hairstyling to creative art. Assemblage is adopted to provide Beauty Art with fine harmonious expression which develop Nail Art into interesting and unique art area. Assemblage meaning compounding or collection is a technique through which three-dimension is added to two-dimension paintings, and which is an expression of an art work by recollection of miscellaneous articles or waste materials. Assemblage is a term which Jean Dubuffet coioned first in order to differentiate collage used by Picaso or Braque. Here, I present Nail Art Designs which applied Jean Dubuffet's works focusing on Automaticity and Happenstantial phenomena of materials, Materialization, and Directness. These features are characteristics of Assemblage which basic frameworks are fantastic collection, accumulation, constructive collection, and object collection.
