Purpose - The competitiveness of logistics in the 21st century rests on ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of its local hub. While considering entry into a niche market in local logistics, it is pertinent to note that Budapest is emerging as a hub in EU enlargement in Eastern Europe. Big, small, and medium-sized businesses in Korea entered Hungary in the early 1990s since then, there has been a significant increase in Korean presence, of approximately 130 times. This study aimed to identify the key distribution issues that have emerged in relation to Eastern Europe. Research design, data, and methodology - This study indicates that 33 major Korean companies were located in Hungary, which serves as an out post to enter the European marketplace. However, Korea's exports to Hungary have declined (-32.0% in 2012) because of a loss of competitiveness against multinational corporations, due to factors such as the rise in current local distribution costs and wages. Hungary, on the other hand, through diversification and expansion of foreign trade with the non-EU markets, including Korea, is increasing its exports. Strategies of emerging countries are compared and reviewed in this study, by examining the vicissitudes of Hungary's distribution methods. Results - There are issues regarding Hungary's innovative ability. Hungary has a history of low wages and high skilled labor. However, the outflow of high-quality human resources for high-wages has become more extensive, and this underlines concerns that the CEE's trade hub is moving to neighboring countries. After the European financial crisis in 2010, the Hungarian economy is now developing, because of the IMF's measures, and it is being transformed into a trade surplus nation, while regaining distribution volumes rapidly. However, if there is continued lack of investment, the supply chain is weakened and exports decline amidst competition with TNCs or with China's distribution networks. Conclusions - It is necessary to create a new logistics approach for increasing trade between Korea and Hungary. First, Korean small and medium enterprises (SMEs) should build trust by working with advanced Hungarian talent, and they should expand into state-of-the-art fields instead of being confined to traditional sectors. Second, this study focuses on limiting and lowering their high expectations for success according to foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows and the role in the CEE distribution hub Korea should try to strengthen the distribution hub with its centralized population, using better, more highly educated human resources, thereby sustaining more innovative ability. Further, the positive effects of these measures are manifested in enhanced business on both sides of Hungary, namely, the EU and non-EU nations such as Turkey and emerging markets around Europe, and a better engagement in the core placement of culture and industry. For this, Korea can contribute to, and benefit from, a Hungarian logistics center, for adopting the high-tech cluster systems and commercializing distribution technology such as RFID·USN.

[ $OntoFrame^{(R)}$ ] system provides information dissemination service and inference service, based on Semantic Web framework to fully support R&D activities. Although it is one of state-of-the-art systems in the viewpoint of functionality, we are not able to declare whether it has satisfiable usability because of the omission of usability test in development process. Thus, this research tries to reveal the usability level of the $OntoFrame^{(R)}$, and further to find ways to achieve a user-center system. Both 'theory-based assessment' by a software ergonomics expert and 'user test' by four users are used for evaluating the usability of the $OntoFrame^{(R)}$. We look forward this research to being a basic reference for practical systems aiming at satisfiable usability.

Physicochemical properties of hydroxypropylated rice starches were investigated. Swelling power of hydroxypropylated rice starch increased at relatively lower temperature than native rice starch. Solubility of hydroxypropylated rice starch was lower (1.9-13.4%) than that of native rice starch (2.2-13.8%), and increased with increasing amount of propylene oxide. Pasting temperature ($66.2-70.8^{\circ}C$) and peak viscosity (2,843-3,395cp) of hydroxypropylated rice starch were lower than those of native starch ($71.6^{\circ}C,\;3,976\;cp$) and decreased with increasing amount of propylene oxide, regardless of reaction time. DSC thermal transitions of hydroxypropylated rice starches shifted toward lower temperature. Amylopectin-melting enthalpy of hydroxypropylated rice starch decreased (11.8-9.8J/g) with increasing amount of propylene oxide and was lower than that of native starch (11.9 J/g). These results indicate hydroxypropylation lowered swelling power and gelatinization temperatures of rice starch, because internal bonds of rice starch molecules were sterically weaken by substituted hydroxypropyl groups.

Objective: While one of the most prevailing motivations for seeking orthodontic treatment is to achieve good facial esthetics, understanding the level of a person's perception to the changes that have occurred on the face after orthodontic treatment is critical to the process of orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning. Methods: 40 students attending art school participated in determining the level of their perception of changed lip position and facial asymmetry. Computer-graphic frontal face and facial profile photographs with balanced proportions were used to evaluate the level of a participant's perception of the changes in facia! asymmetry and in lip position. Results: Change of lip position over 2 mm and over a 3 mm change of facial asymmetry was perceived significantly. Conclusion: The results indicated that at least a 2 mm change of lip position was needed to be perceived after orthodontic treatment. The level of perception of the change in facial asymmetry was lower than that of the change in lip position. Information about facial changes given prior to the evaluation enhanced the level of perception.

Objective : The purpose of this research is to choose scissoring, handling chopsticks, wearing a jacket with buttons as a significant subject in order to understand relations between writing ability of a preschool child and functional achievement ability. Methods : The subjects are 66 preschool children under the age of 5. The research has conducted for 1 week by using writing test, scissoring, handling chopsticks, wearing a jacket with buttons as an indicator of valuation. We collected statistics by using program called SPSS WIN 14.0 for the process of analysis. Results : The score of writing ability which is one of the common characteristic of subject has a significant difference in terms of statistics according to the gender. the score of girls are higher($13.33{\pm}2.55$) than boys($11.92{\pm}2.52$). Writing ability has a significant relativity with the achievement ability of scissoring(r=0.244, p=0.048),handling chopsticks(r=0.403, p=0.001), achievement ability in terms of statistics. Conclusion : A significant difference between writing ability according common characteristics of children is showed based on the gender. writing ability has a significant relativity with the achievement ability of scissoring, handling chopsticks, achievement ability.

Jigangkooksa's Monument at Beopchonsa is a monument representing the Goryeo Era, registered as the National Treasure No. 59. Haerin was a descent of a small regional clan, who overcame a number of challenges to become the leader of the nation at the age of 75. The tower and monument built after his death are among the finest works of the Goryeo Era. The Yongwha-world of the Jigangkooksa's Monument is the expression of a new utopia, which cannot be found in numerous Buddhist arts including Buddhist holy picture's art or other Codex. After passing through the pillar of cloud where 4 heavenly birds play, the new world of vault unfolds. Below are the 13 mountains which stand for 13th Heaven. In the center stands Tusita, the sky. On the top of Tusita is a Nagapuspa. The Nagapuspa in general has wooden pillars of treasure dragon patterns with dragonhead-shaped flowers on top. On the bottom, indrajala hang down. The Yongwha-world of the Jigangkooksa's Monument is carved with patterns related to Maitreya entering Nirvana. Jigangkooksa was active in the Moonjong Kingdom, the most prosperous times of the Goryeo Era, and led the publication of the Buddhism's Collection of Sacred Writings, the holiest work of the Goryeo people. At the time, people have offered on his tower a picture of him as the owner of Yongwha-world, with the utmost respect. This was the ideal utopia perceived by the people of Goryeo.
