노년여성을 위한 재킷패턴 연구 (A Study on the Jacket Pattern for Elderly Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an appropriate jacket pattern for elderly women over sixty years old, providing a good fit and appearance. Results were as follows: The length of the jacket was made long enough to cover the area 22.0cm below the waistline. The waist back length was made 1.7cm longer than the actual size of the waist back length. The armhole length was made 0.5cm longer than B/4, enhacing the appearance and functionality while allowing freer movement of the arms. As for the front and back interscye breadths, the front interscye breadth was made 1.7cm larger than the actual size while the back interscye breadth was only 1.0cm larger, providing the front interscye breadth more space. The bust breadth was made 10.0cm larger than the bust circumference measure(B/4+2.5cm), the waist breadth was made 6.0cm larger than the waist circumference measure(W/4+1.5cm), The hip breadth was made 12.0cm larger than the him circumference measure(H/4+3.0cm). The sleeve length was made 3.0cm larger than the arm length measure, as the sleeve length of a jacket is usually long enough to cover the ulnar styloid. The sleeve width was made 5.0cm larger than the upper arm circumference measure, as the upper arm circumference measure of the model pattern was too large than necessary, worsening the overall appearance. The sleeve cap height was set at AH/4+4.7cm. The wrist circumference of 27.0cm was set, allowing 2/3 and 1/3 for the large sleeve and small sleeve respectively.

절단장애 휠체어 탁구 스트로크의 운동학적 분석 (The Kinematics Analysis of Abscission Handicap Wheelchair Table Tennis)

  • 본 연구는 국가대표 절단장애 휠체어 탁구선수를 대상으로 절단장애 휠체어 탁구의 일반적 스트로크 운동형태를 알아보기 위해 실행되었다. 연구대상은 절단장애 1명을 선발하여 10회에 걸쳐 스트로크 하는 영상을 수집하였다. 그 중 대상자와 코치가 지정하는 3개의 영상을 연구대상으로 정하였다. 스트로크 하는 팔의 팔꿈치의 굴곡신전, 어깨의 굴곡신전, 어깨의 회전, 그리고 허리의 회전을 분석하였다. 포핸드 스트로크는 일반적으로 치는 듯한 동작을 나타낼 것으로 예상했으나 오른팔의 외측회전으로 만들어진 백스윙과 내측회전으로 만들어지는 회전에 의지하여 스트로크하고 있었다. 백핸드 스트로크는 예상대로 기시부인 몸통이 스트로크에 관여하지 않고 말초부인 오른팔이 내측회전 백스윙을 이루고 외측회전으로 임팩트를 이루는 미는 듯한 동작을 나타내고 있었다. 포핸드 스트로크 일반적인 스윙동작을 나타내는 다중분절시스템의 원리에 의해 치는 듯한 동작을 보일 것으로 예상했지만 절단장애인인 대상자는 기시부와 말초부로 이어지는 연결구조가 명확하게 나타나지 않았다. 다만 어깨의 회전폭이 스트로크 성공여부를 결정지었다.

Shoulder Arthrokinematics of Collegiate Ice Hockey Athletes Based on the 3D-2D Model Registration Technique

  • Objective: There is a lack of studies using the 3D-2D image registration techniques on the mechanism of a shoulder injury for ice hockey players. This study aimed to analyze in vivo 3D glenohumeral joint arthrokinematics in collegiate ice hockey athletes and compare shoulder scaption with or without a hockey stick using the 3D-2D image registration technique. Method: We recruited 12 male elite ice hockey players (age, 19.88 ± 0.65 years). For arthrokinematic analysis of the common shoulder abduction movements of the injury pathogenesis of ice hockey players, participants abducted their dominant arm along the scapular plane and then grabbed a stick using the same motion under C-arm fluoroscopy with 16 frames per second. Computed tomography (CT) scans of the shoulder complex were obtained with a 0.6-mm slice pitch. Data from the humerus translation distances, scapula upward rotation, anterior-posterior tilt, internal to external rotation angles, and scapulohumeral rhythm (SHR) ratio on glenohumeral (GH) joint kinematics were outputted using a MATLAB customized code. Results: The humeral translation in the stick hand compared to the bare hand moved more anterior and more superior until the abduction angle reached 40°. When the GH joint in the stick hand was at the maximal abduction of the scapula, the scapula was externally rotated 2~5° relative to 0°. The SHR ratio relative to the abduction along the scapular plane at 40° indicated a statistically significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). Conclusion: With arm loading with the stick, the humeral and scapular kinematics showed a significant correlation in the initial section of the SHR. Although these correlations might be difficult in clinical settings, ice hockey athletes can lead to the movement difference of the scapulohumeral joints with inherent instability.

A Study on Sensor-Based Upper Full-Body Motion Tracking on HoloLens

  • 본 논문에서는 혼합현실에서 산업 현장에서 필요한 동작 인식 방법에 대한 방법을 제안한다. 산업 현장에서는 몸통 움직임부터 팔 동작에 이르기까지 상체 전역의 동작(잡고, 들어올리고, 나르는 작업)이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 무거운 모션 캡처 장비를 사용하지 않으면서 키넥트와 같은 비전 기반이 아닌 센서와 웨어러블 디바이스로 구성된 방법을 사용하고 있다. 몸통 동작과 어깨 동작은 2개의 IMU 센서를 사용하고 있으며, 팔 동작은 마이오 암 밴드를 사용하였다. 총 4개로부터 들어오는 실시간 데이터를 퓨전하여 상체 전 영역에 대한 모션 인식이 가능하도록 하였다. 실험 방법으로서는 실제 옷에 센서를 부착하였고 동기화 작업을 통해 물체 조작을 하였다. 그 결과 동기화 방법을 사용한 방식은 큰 동작과 작은 동작에 있어서 오류가 없었다. 마지막으로 성능 평가를 통해 홀로렌즈 상에서 한손 조작일 경우 평균적으로 50 프레임, 양 손 조작일 경우 60 프레임을 보이는 결과를 나타 내였다.

Quality of Life and Anorectal Malformations: A Single-Center Experience

  • Purpose: The treatment and long term clinical outcomes of anorectal malformations (ARM) in children have always been the focus of pediatric surgeons. This study aimed at reporting our experience as far as long-term follow-up of ARM in children is concern. Methods: We enrolled patients treated between 1999 and 2019, and established selection criteria to choose appropriate subjects. A validated questionnaire was used to determine long-term quality of life outcomes. Results: Out of a total of 48 patients treated within the study period, 28 were enrolled in this study. Among the latter, more than 35% had at least one long-time complication, and more than 90% had a good lifestyle. Urinary and fecal continence was achieved in more than 95% of the patients using medical devices. Conclusion: This study aimed to bring up new concepts; taking into consideration all aspects of life in patients with ARM, from school life to sexuality, while evaluating fecal and urinary continence. This is essential for the improvement of the skills of the different specialists involved in the management of these patients, and for the implementation of strategies that can improve postoperative function. Most especially, it will also help improve communication between doctors to ensure an adequate transition of these children into adult life.

Comparison of the Effects of Sling Exercise and Total Body Resistance Exercise on Physical Functional Performance and Postural Balance : A preliminary study

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise using a suspension device (sling and total body resistance exercise; TRX) on physical functional performance and postural balance. Methods : An experimental study comparing 2 different suspension exercise was conducted on 16 healthy college students. 16 subjects were assigned to two groups. They were classified into 8 sling group and 8 TRX group. Miniplus was used to evaluate physical functional performance. In this study, isokinetic resistance mode was used to compare and analyze seven movement patterns. Biorescue was used to evaluate postural balance. The intervention exercises in this study are as follows. Standing lean forward (SLF) using a sling and TRX was performed 3 times a week for 3 weeks. The SLF was held for 10 seconds and then rested for 15 seconds, repeated a total of 10 times for 3 sets. Results : In the TRX group, significant increases were observed in physical functional performance (p<.05). Among the differences between groups, significant differences were confirmed on the front of the right arm, the back of the left arm, and the back of the right arm. In the sling group, significant increases were observed in left, right, front, and overall dynamic balance (p<.05). A significant increase in posterior dynamic balance was confirmed in the TRX group (p<.05). There was no significant difference between groups. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, TRX was effective in improving physical functional performance, while the sling was effective in enhancing postural balance. However, confirming the effectiveness of slings and TRX in the relationship between physical functional performance and postural balance proved inadequate. Therefore, additional research should be conducted to verify the effects of suspension.

중년 여성을 위한 냉감기능성 댄스스포츠 상의 개발 (Development of Cool-touch Functional Dancesport Top for Middle-aged Women)

  • This study develops a cool-touch functional Dancesport top for middle-aged women by using cool-touch materials in areas where surface temperature becomes high after exercise. The post-exercise surface temperature of the developed research product was compared and analyzed. In addition, subjective evaluation of cool-touch as well as appearance and movement evaluations were performed. The results are as follows. In designing the research product, a detachable neckband was made using highly-preferred hydrated polymer crystals. A material with high moisture absorption speed was also used in F1, S1, under arm and B5, while a material with good thermal conductivity was used in other parts of the bodice. Deodorant tape with antibacterial and deodorant effects was incorporated in the armpit for additional comfort. As for wear evaluation of the research product, significant differences were found in 10 areas using a material with high moisture absorption speed to compare and analyze the post-exercise surface temperatures of the clothing. The temperature difference between the compared top and the research product in the neckband area was 9.16℃, demonstrating clear cool-touch function in using cool-touch material. In the subjective evaluation of cool-touch function, the results showed high scores when asked about the efficiency of the detachable neckband and the ease of movement when wearing the product. In the appearance evaluation, significant differences were found in 11 items, including redundant folds, tightfit, fit, and design line. The overall mean score of the movement evaluation was 4.6, indicating excellent function for movement.

등속운동을 이용한 경직성 관절장애 정량화 (Identification of Spastic Joint Pathologies using Isokinetic Movement)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 관절계 댐핑특성을 상용 에르고미터(BIODEX)의 등속운동을 이용하여 파악할 수 있는지를 평가하는 것이다. 제안된 방법은 등속운동을 유지하기 위해 인가한 외부토크와 하퇴의 관성토크의 차로부터 슬관절의 댐핑토크를 계산하는 것이다. 댐핑토크는 여러 가지 관절각속도에서 산출되었고, 이로부터 댐핑특성을 유도하였다. 실험장치는 BIODEX 시스템과 별도의 힘센서 및 Labview 시스템으로 구성되었다. 댐핑특성의 해석에는 Matlab을 사용하였다. 실험결과로부터 등속운동의 기동 및 종료를 위한 크랭크 암의 가속 및 감속으로 인한 미세한 각속도의 변화가 댐핑토크의 영향보다 큰 관성토크를 유발하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 현재의 등속운동장비로는 댐핑특성을 추정하기가 어렵다고 보여진다.

동작 모니터링 스마트 의류를 위한 직물 센서의 성능 평가: 더미 실험을 중심으로 (Performance Evaluation of Fabric Sensors for Movement-monitoring Smart Clothing: Based on the Experiment on a Dummy)

  • 본 연구에서는 전도성 직물을 기반으로 동작 센서로 구현하여 팔의 굽힘, 폄 동작에 따른 센서의 전기저항의 변화를 측정, 분석함으로써 관절 동작을 효과적으로 측정 할 수 있는 직물 센서의 요건을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 두 가지 편직물인 'L'직물과 'W'직물 양면에 Single Wall Carbon Nano-Tube(SWCNT) 코팅을 한 후 이를 다양한 형태로 후가공하여 직물 센서를 개발하고 암 밴드에 부착하였다. 직물 센서는 코팅용 바탕 직물의 종류(2가지), 센서의 부착 방법(2가지), 센서의 layer 수(2가지), 센서의 길이(3가지), 센서의 너비(2가지)의 총 48개로 구성되었다. Con-Trex MJ에 48개의 암 밴드를 입힌 인체 모형 팔을 대상으로 직물 동작 센서의 성능을 평가하였다. 인체 모형 팔에 입혀진 총 48개의 암 밴드 각각에 대해서 frequency: 0.5Hz, ROM: $20^{\circ}{\sim}120^{\circ}$ 에서 굽힘과 폄 동작을 반복하도록 조정하였고, 48개 각 사례 당 세 세트(set)씩 반복 측정한 전압값을 기록하였다. 전압값을 peak-to-peak voltage(Vp-p)의 base line의 균일성, 동일 세트 내 Vp-p의 균일성, 세 세트 간의 Vp-p의 균일성을 기준으로 평가하고 분석한 결과, SWCNT 코팅된 'L' 직물을 두 겹으로 구성하여 열고정 방식으로 부착한 $50{\times}5mm$, $50{\times}10mm$, $100{\times}10mm$ 크기의 직물 센서와, SWCNT 코팅된 'W' 직물을 두 겹으로 구성하고 열고정 방식으로 부착한 $50{\times}10mm$ 크기의 직물 센서가 전체 변화율 5%이내의 가장 균일하고 안정적인 신호값을 나타내었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통해 SWCNT 코팅 소재를 다양한 형태로 가공해 직물 센서로 구현했을 때 인체의 사지 동작을 측정할 수 있는 센서로서 적합함을 확인하였고, 최적의 센서 형태를 규명하였다.

기능적 발목 불안정성 축구 선수에 대한 움직임을 동반한 가동술과 테이핑 적용이 균형과 점프 수행력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of MWM and Taping on Balance and Jump Performance in Soccer Player with Functional Ankle Instability)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on balance and Jump performance in soccer player with functional ankle instability of Movement with mobilization (MWM) and taping. Methods: In 30 male college soccer player with functional ankle instability subjects of this study randomization, fibular reposition taping (FRT) group (n=10), kinesio taping (KT) group (n=10), control group (n=10) that included in the MWM and taping was classified group.Before and after intervention, measured in surface area ellipse and countermovement jump with arm swing. Results: Showed a significant balance and jump performance from the FRT group and KT group compared to the control group. Showed a significant improvement in balance from the FRT group compared to the KT group. Conclusions: MMW and taping showed the increased balance and Jump performance in soccer player with functional ankle instability.
