In this study, it was analyzed by a numerical analysis that plan/design considerations for ensuring the spectator safety of large arena audiences in a fire emergency evacuation plan. The latest issue, the 'performance-based design', fire and evacuation plan is important. But nowadays 'Specification-based design' is in common. In evacuation simulation, congestion of exit and aisle is ignored because only evacuation time of large-space is mainly analyzed. In smoke flow,'smoke filling effect' tends to be overrated. From now on, when design a field house, it is needed not 'smoke filling effect' and 'large-space evacuation' analysis, but analyzing 'whole building evacuation time' for ensuring fire evacuation safety of spectator.

Considering the supply system and operating cost of enterprises which are in the supply chain as the main index, this paper establishes a supply chain evaluation model, and utilizes Arena building stimulation model of the supply chain which considers manufacturing enterprises as the core of supply chain. This model designs a generic simulation model of the supply chain including multi-level distributors and suppliers. And the model analyzes a representative example of business process, one of the enterprises in Shandong.

Simulation plays an important role for system analysis. In this study, a manufacturing system has been analyzed through computer simulation. We first briefly explain the considered system with prevailing problems. We then build a simulation model using ARENA simulation language. Based on two selected performance measures, material transporter load and hourly throughput, explicit system analyses have been performed. We addressed four parameters - variation of the processing time, number of raw material transporters, quality failure rate, and machine failures - as the input parameters affecting the output measures selected. We adopted Taguchi's orthogonal array in statistical experimental design and drew meaningful results from the analysis. The results given in the study may provide a good guidance for practical applications.

The analysis method of stabilizing process and its program regarding large spatial structural systems are described in this paper. In this paper, the analysis of stabilizing process of the example structures, namely Olympic Fencing Arena, is performed and the jacking force of stabilizing process is proposed, and the characteristics of structural behavior is investigated. This result of research is applied to the design and construction of the actual structures and the reliability of the analysis is verified through comparison of the analysis results and the measured results in the field. When the analytical results is compared with the actual structural behavior, there is a little difference, but it is thought that the analysis results are quite reliable because it is very similar to the measured values in spite of construction and measurement errors.

Nafion supported catalytic membranes were found to be active, stable and selective in th partial oxidation of propane to oxygenates with H2O2 under mild condition. Addition of Fe2+ in liquid phase enhances the reaction rate. Reaction proceeds according to a radical mechanism based on th electrophilic activation of propane on superacid sites and subsequent reaction of the activated paraffin with OH radicals. The use of a catalytic membrane, which allow separation of the intermediate products from the liquid phase containing the oxidant, was found to be effective to perform selective partial oxidation of propane with high yields to oxygenated products.

본 논문에서는 LED 생산 조립 공정에서의 시뮬레이션 분석모델을 제안한다. 모델의 목적은 LED 공정설계에 있어서의 여러 대안의 성능에 대해 평가하는 것이다. 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하기 위하여 먼저 시간연구가 수행되었다. 동시에 ARENA 시뮬레이션 도구를 이용하여 공정분석을 수행하였다. 이 결과 LED 공정에 있어서의 문제점이 적시되었고 이를 개선하기 위한 대안이 논의되었다.

The purposes of this research are to modelize test system of SM TESTING by ARENA, software, input several items of specimen's testing process, resources of system and transfer loop, etc, give a hypothesis and then, obtain results reducing the efficiency of the whole system finally by overload of specific facilities in the testing system through the simulation so as to obtain several materials such as specimen and testing facility, transfer loop, etc. by simple and various forms without any necessity of numerical modelization. It will add facilities of over load and reduce facilities with low operation rate, so increase the efficiency of the system.
