구역혼잡통행료와 진입통행료의 비교 (Comparison of Area Pricing and Cordon Pricing in General Equilibrium Models)

  • 본 연구는 구역혼잡통행료(Area pricing)와 진입통행료(Cordon pricing)의 최적 부과경계와 요금수준을 탐색하고 이들 두 방식이 차선정책수단으로서 최선의 정책수단인 이론적 혼잡통행료에 비해 교통혼잡의 완화와 후생상 어떤 차별적 효과가 있는지를 보여준다. 본 연구는 장기적으로 혼잡통행료가 생산 및 소비시장과 토지시장의 균형을 변화시킴에 따라 이들을 고려하기 위해 일반균형조건 아래 단핵도시에서 징수방식들을 비교하고 있다. 연구결과 구역혼잡통행료와 진입통행료의 최적 부과경계는 도시반경이 22km인 경우 도시 중심으로부터 3km 떨어진 구역경계에 동일하게 위치하며 최적 부과경계 아래 최적 요금은 구역혼잡통행료가 진입통행료에 비하여 약간 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이론적 혼잡통행료에 가장 근접한 사회적 효용 개선효과를 발생시키는 징수방식은 구역혼잡통행료이며 진입통행료가 구역혼잡통행료 보다 낮은 개선효과를 발생시키는 것으로 평가되었다. 교통환경 개선효과 역시 사회적 효용개선효과와 동일하게 통행속도와 일일 평균통행시간에서 구역혼잡통행료가 진입통행료에 비하여 높은 개선효과를 가져오는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 국내 컨테이너 육상운송은 행정구역을 기준으로 요금이 산정되고 있으나 실제 차량이 이동하는 거리에 의거하여 요금이 결정되지 않아 화주와 운송인 모두에게 합리적이지 못한 방법이다. 본 연구는 GIS의 네트워크 분석 기법의 하나인 서비스 권역 분석을 이용하여 보완된 육상운송운임 산정 방안을 제시하고 현행 행정구역 기준 육상운송운임체계와 비교하여 현행 체계의 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 대안을 도출하고자 출발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 컨테이너 육상운송운임 권역은 현행 행정구역 기준 컨테이너 육상운송운임 방식과 비교하여 운송거리를 반영하는 요금의 형평성이나 행정적 편의성 측면에서 더욱 개선되었다고 판단된다. 본 연구가 GIS를 활용하지 않고 컨테이너 육상운송 운임을 산정하는 관행을 개선될 수 있는 계기가 되어 객관적인 데이터에 의거하여 합리적으로 운임을 결정하기 위한 중요한 참고 자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

An Empirical Testing of a House Pricing Model in the Indian Market

  • The main aim of the study is to test a house pricing model by combining hedonic and asset-based pricing models. An understanding of the relationship between house pricing and its return (the rental income) helps to establish houses as a significant asset class. The model tested the relationship between house pricing (dependent variable) and the house attributes (independent variables) derived from Freeman's framework of housing attributes. This study uses a large data-set of 1,899 sample of new, high-end houses purchased between 2016 and 2019 collected from the national capital region of India (Delhi-NCR). The algorithm was built in R-Script, and stepwise multiple linear regression was used to analyze the model. The analysis of the model proves that the three significant variables, namely, carpet area, pay-off, and annual maintenance charges explain the price function. Further, the model is statistically fit. The major contribution of the study is to understand the key factors and their influence on the house pricing. The model will be helpful in risk assessment in the housing investment and enhance the chances of investment. Policy-makers can use information about the underlying valuation drivers of the house prices to stabilize the market and also in framing the tax policies.

The Effect of Ownership Structure on Transfer Pricing Decisions: Evidence from Foreign Direct Investments in Vietnam

  • Transfer pricing is a matter of concern for countries. It affects the interests of the parties involved in the commercial transaction. Through manipulation of prices in transactions, businesses take advantage of tax rates in a country to adjust profits for economic gain. This affects the fairness and rationality of economic transactions between related parties. The article uses a two-year time series from 2018 to 2019 of 50 foreign direct investment enterprises in Vietnam. The article uses ordinary least squares to test the hypotheses of the research model. The article uses four independent variables related to ownership structure affecting transfer pricing decisions including total ownership, organization ownership, concentration ownership, and area ownership. Research results show that two variables have a positive influence on transfer pricing decisions including total ownership and organization ownership. Organization ownership has a higher degree of influence than total ownership. To be able to control transaction activities related to transfer pricing, Vietnam's state management agencies need to pay attention to perfecting the legal framework based on supplementing and amending regulations related to transfer pricing. Legal regulations need to be regulated based on international common practices to ensure uniformity on a global scale.

지역기반의 비가산성 도로통행료 부과에 따른 교통망 균형모형 (A Traffic Equilibrium Model with Area-Based Non Additive Road Pricing Schemes)

  • 비가산경로비용(Non Additive Path Cost)에서 경로를 구성하는 링크통행비용의 합이 경로통행비용과 일치하지 않는다. 비가산성 비용의 적지 않은 사례가 교통부문에 존재하고 있으나 교통망 균형모형은 대부분 가산경로비용 가정에 의존하고 있다. 이 경우 교통망모형은 경로에 속해있는 링크의 통행비용에 선형적으로 증가한다는 경우에 한정된다. 비가산경로비용 대표적인 예로서 특정지역을 출입하는 통행료 체계를 들 수 있다. 이 체계는 차량이 진입(Entry)하면서 인식되고 진출(Exit)하면서 통행료가 정산되므로 링크의 요금이 경로에 선형적으로 반영되지 않는다. 본 연구는 지역기반 통행료 부과체계를 중심으로 새로운 Wordrop 균형모형을 제안한다. 제안된 모형은 비가산경로비용을 가산경로비용으로 전환되기 위해 이진표식변수를 도입한다. 제안된 모형은 경로를 열거하지 않고, 기존의 최적경로탐색기법과 비선형알고리즘이 적용이 가능하며, 수식과 해법에서 네트워크의 변형이 요구되지 않는다는 측면에서 기존에 제안된 모형보다 일반화되었다고 할 수 있다. 증명과 사례연구를 통하여 모형을 검증한다.

차등서비스를 위한 혼잡요금부과의 타당성 검토와 로지스틱 회귀모형을 이용한 인터넷 접속 확률 예측 (An Idea, Strategy of Congestion Pricing for Differentiated Services and Forecasting Probability of Access using Logistic Regression Model)

  • 관련 기업 및 ISP 업체에게는 투자의 매력을 부여하며 인터넷의 사용시간대 및 사용량에 따라 빈약한 사용자, 건강한 사용자, 과다한 사용자 등으로 구분하여 차등요금을 부여하는 합리적인 전략이 필요하다. 이 논문에서 차등요금부과의 타당성을 검토한다. 그리고 로지스틱 회귀모형을 이용하여 혼잡에 따른 차등요금, 지연시간, 접속만족도 등에 따라 실제적으로 인터넷 사용자들이 인터넷 접속을 얼마나 유지하는 지를 측정할 수 있는 관련 예측모델을 제시한다. 이러한 예측모델을 이용하여 인터넷 접속 또는 비접속 확률을 예측하는 분석률은 $69.5\%$이었음을 확인하였다.

  • 다양한 응용 서비스의 특성, 마케팅과 규제등으로 인하여 네트워크 서비스에 대한 공정요금을 결정하기란 매우 힘들다. 그러나 사항들을 네크워크의 운용에만 한정되는 것이 아니라 QoS 보장을 위한 기술적 제약과 관련이 있다. 본 논문에서는 P-MMBBP에 근거한 MPEG 비디오 모형에서 전력 스펙트럼 분석 기법을 사용하여 패킷의 지연 특성과 비디오 화질 저하를 평가하였다. 이를 바탕으로 QoS를 고려한 효율적 요금 기법을 도출하기 위하여 할인율을 적용한 새로운 공정요금 기법을 제안하였다. 그 결과, 제안된 요금 기법은 광역 네트워크에서 요금의 공정성을 보장할 수 있는 특성을 보였다.

상품라인별 가격결정이 적재효율 및 물류비에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on the Effect of Product Line Pricing on Loading Efficiency and Logistics Cost)

  • Purpose - Despite the importance of price, many companies do not implement pricing policies smoothly, because typical price management strategies insufficiently consider logistics efficiency and an increase in logistics costs due to logistics waste. This study attempts to examine the effect of product line pricing, which corresponds to product mix pricing, on logistics efficiency in the case of manufacturer A, and analyzes how logistics performance changes in response to these variables. Research design, data, and methodology - This study, based on the case of manufacturer A, involved research through understanding the current status, analyses, and then proposing improvement measures. Among all the products of manufacturer A, product group B was selected as the research object, and its distribution channel and line pricing were examined. As a result of simulation, for products with low loading efficiency, improvement measures such as changing the number of bags in the box were suggested, and a quantitative analysis was conducted on how these measures influence logistics costs. The TOPS program was used for the Pallet loading efficiency simulation tool in this study. To prevent products from protruding out of the pallet, the maximum measurement was set as 0.0mm, and loading efficiency was based on the pallet area, and not volume. In other words, its size (length x width) was focused upon, following the purpose of this study and, then, the results were obtained. Results - As a result of the loading efficiency simulation, when the number of bags in the box was changed for 36 products with low average loading efficiency of 73.7%, as shown in

    , loading efficiency improved to 89.9%. Further, from calculating logistics cost based on the cost calculation standard of manufacturer A, the amount of annual logistics cost reduction amounted to 101,458,084 KRW. Given that the sum of the logistics cost of the product group B of manufacturing enterprises A is 400,340,850 KRW, it can be reduced by 25%, to 298,882,766 KRW. Although many methods improve loading efficiency, this study proved that logistics cost could be reduced by changing the number of bags within boxes. If this measure is applied to other items, visible logistics cost reduction effects will be realized through improvements in loading efficiency. Conclusions - Future pricing policies should consider their correlation with quality, loading efficiency, product specifications, and logistics standardization to prevent logistics waste, enabling management to improve earnings for companies. Thus, when companies decide pricing policies for new products, the aspects of merchandising and marketing should take priority; however, the aspect of logistics also needs to be considered as significant. Measures revealed by the study results are not only the responsibilities of manufacturing enterprises. Pricing policy agreements between manufacturing enterprises and distribution companies, and logistics factors related to price determination should be considered; further, governments should also support them for their collaborations. This will enable consumers to purchase quality products with low prices.

    • Purpose. This research is implemented to identify the status of educations about the pricing standard, status of the cognition of the pricing standard, and the solutions to the questions on the pricing standard of the oral health professionals. it will provide the easier accessibility to the annual changes in Dental Health Insurance Standards to the oral health professionals. Methods. The research subjects are the total 204 oral health professionals in limited area, and it was analyzed with structured questionnaires. The collected data is analyzed by IBM SPSS ver. 19.0, a statistical program (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA) for the frequency and percentage, and ANOVA. The result is as following Results. The awareness of dental health insurance standard was statistically significant differences by age (p<0.01), career (p<0.001), the prime task (p<0.01), and dental insurance claimants (p<0.05). The awareness of the standard was statistically significant differences by educational training within last 6 months (p<0.05), the cognition of the standard (p<0.001), and solutions for the questions (p<0.05). Conclusions. As the results of the research, it is necessary to develop the educational program under condition of age, career, main task, and better understanding in Dental Health Insurance Standard for oral health professional.

    An Optimal Power Scheduling Method Applied in Home Energy Management System Based on Demand Response

    • In this paper, we first introduce a general architecture of an energy management system in a home area network based on a smart grid. Then, we propose an efficient scheduling method for home power usage. The home gateway (HG) receives the demand response (DR) information indicating the real-time electricity price, which is transferred to an energy management controller (EMC). Referring to the DR, the EMC achieves an optimal power scheduling scheme, which is delivered to each electric appliance by the HG. Accordingly, all appliances in the home operate automatically in the most cost-effective way possible. In our research, to avoid the high peak-to-average ratio (PAR) of power, we combine the real-time pricing model with the inclining block rate model. By adopting this combined pricing model, our proposed power scheduling method effectively reduces both the electricity cost and the PAR, ultimately strengthening the stability of the entire electricity system.
