본 연구는 최근에 적용되고 있는 다양한 설계 기법과 최근의 동향을 행정중심도시 설계안들을 통해 조명해보고자 한다. 왜냐하면 행정중심도시가 가장 최근에 실시된 주거단지 현상설계이며, 우리나라 주거단지 계획을 선도하는 대표적인 설계사무소와 건설 회사들이 참여했기 때문이다. 따라서 이 공모안들에 다양한 계획 개념들이 사용되었을 것이라 여겨지며, 이러한 분석과 평가는 향후 공동 주택의 설계 향상을 위해서도 도움이 될 것이다.

Since the Japanese colonization,\ulcornerThe Architectural Association of Chosun(AAC)\ulcornerwas founded by the Japanese architects residing in Chosun. It is necessary to study the house related activities of this AAC as the process of modernization of Korean houses. As research materials,\ulcorner Chosun and Architecture\ulcornerwas used and the main concern of this research was based on competition of house design which were published in the magazines. There were four competitions which reflected the activity background of AAC with the social circumstances at that time and the research was done especially on the definite situation of the competition of house design. Also, the prize winning works were analyzed accordingly.

Nursery is a very important space for the development and growth of children. Domestic national nurseries mostly have uniform space composition, and there is no significant difference from the general architecture. Therefore, this study focused on presuming the cause of uniformity in domestic nursery space configuration through analysing the competition guidelines. For this purpose, we reviewed the procedure of the competitions and collected 57 competition guidelines for the last 10 years. The competition guideline was divided into design guidelines and evaluation items, and each of them were analysed focused on the contents of the items and the changes over time. The derived results suggested the problems which seem to affect the uniformity of the domestic nursery in three aspects: design guidelines, evaluation items, and the current procedure of nursery competitions.

본 연구의 목적은 행정중심도시 현상설계안들을 통해 최근에 적용된 다양한 주동 계획 요소들을 분석해 보는 것이다. 이러한 분석을 통해 우리나라 주거단지에 적용되고 있는 다양한 설계 기법과 최근의 설계 동향을 파악해 볼 수 있을 것이다. 왜냐하면 행정중심도시가 비교적 최근에 실시된 주거단지 현상 설계이며, 우리나라의 주요 설계사무소와 건설 회사들이 참여하였기 때문이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. : (1) 판상형 주동은 8가지 유형(ㄱ자형 주동이 가장 많이 적용됨)으로 탑상형 주동은 9가지 유형(일자형, L자형, ㅁ자형 주동이 가장 많이 적용됨)으로 분류되었다. (2) 코어 형태는 대응형이 6가지 유형으로 병렬형이 3가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 두 유형 모두 필로티와 연계된 유형들이 가장 많이 적용된 것으로 나타났다. (3) 지붕 형식은 4가지 유형으로 구분되었는데, 평지붕이 전체 단지의 95%에서 적용된 것으로 나타났다. (4) 주동 매스 형식은 5가지 유형으로(일반형과 보이드형이 가장 많이 적용됨) 분류되었으며 입면 구성은 3가지 유형으로(수평분할형이 가장 많이 적용됨) 분류되었다.

It was the purpose of this study that propose architectural design process through analysis of concepts considering regional characteristics. The procedure of this study was as follows : First, classifying design process through investigating paper-survey and case studies. And We would investigate representation process of design concepts applied to design competitions entries. Finally, we would investigate design process applied to buildings in various districts. In the results, we could find that domestic architects were applying to site plan, floor plan, elevation plan, section plan and mass plan-led design process to express design concepts. And according to survey on buildings in various districts, we could verify that architects were applying various design process to express design concepts according to site characteristics. These results could help architects to design appropriately, according to site characteristics.

This study compared and analyzed middle and high school's homebase and media space which are installed along with the introduction of subject classroom system operation method, with regard to the position of arrangement, the type of arrangement, and the change of area, etc. which were changed and applied per the phase of project. For this, design competitions were implemented since 2006 targeting the cases which participated in design directly-indirectly in the researcher's architectural firm, present construction documents among the selected BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) were completed, and the examples of 10 schools(design competitions 2 schools, BTL selected plans 8 schools) were analyzed, which were operating variation type.
