전기철도 집전장치의 아크량에 따른 비디오 이미지 분석 (Video Image Analysis in Accordance with Power Density of Arcing for Current Collection System in Electric Railway)

  • This paper presents an analysis methods for current collection quality in catenary system by means of video image based monitoring system. Arcing is the sparking at the interface point between pantograph and contact wire when the electric trains have traction current values at speed. Percentage of arcing at maximum line speed is measurable parameters for compliance with the requirements on dynamic behaviour of the interface between pantograph and contact wire in accordance with requirement of IEC and EN standards. The arc detector and video is installed on a train aim at the trailing contact strip according to the travel direction. The arc detector presented and measured verity of value such as the duration and power density of each arc and the video image is measured a image when the arc is occurred in pantograph. In this paper we analysis of video image in accordance with power density of arcing from arc detector and compared with video image and power density of arcing so as to produce quality of arcing from image.

화상처리에 의한 Gas Tungsten Arc 용접에서의 용융지폭제어에 관한 연구 (A Study of Weld Pool width Control in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Using the Digital Image Processing)

  • The feedback control systems of welding process using visual information can improve weld qualities. However, it is very difficult to get the visual information of weld pool since the light intensity of welding arc is much stronger than that of the weld pool. To explore the possibility of extending the capability of automatic welding machines, a study of a closed loop controlled welding system consisted of a GTA welding machine, a vision system, a stepping motor system and a digital computer was undertaken. Particularly, in this system, a CCD camera with a long wavelength pass filter was used to get a better weld pool image. Subsequently, an image analysis technique has been developed to measure the weld pool width. Using this weld pool width measurement, a colsed loop control system adjusted welding speed to maintain a constant weld pool width.

위성영상을 이용한 난대림 식생 분류와 관리 시스템 (Classification of Warm Temperate Vegetation Using Satellite Data and Management System)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 1991년 위성 데이터와 2002년의 위성 데이터의 비교 분석을 통한 전남 완도의 난대림 식생 변화추이를 밝히는데 있다. 이를 위해 1991년 Landsat TM영상과 2002년 Landsat ETM 영상이 이용되었으며, 이미지 프로세싱은 ENVI를 이용하였다. GIS를 이용한 난대림 관리 시스템 개발은 Arc/Info와 ArcView를 이용하여 완성되었다. 영상 데이터의 촬영시기 차이와 TM 영상의 해상도(Resolution)가 정밀하지 못해 복잡한 지형특성을 지닌 곳에서는 정확한 변화추이를 파악하기는 불가능하였으나, 2002년 영상을 이용하여 분석된 완도의 상록활엽수림 면적은 약 2,027ha로 산출되었다. 상록활엽수림과 상록침엽수림은 11년 전에 비해 소폭으로 증가하였으나 낙엽활엽수림은 큰 폭으로 감소하였다. 식생분류를 위한 기준은 상록활엽수림, 상록침엽수림, 낙엽활엽수림, 기타로 구분하였으며 감독분류기법을 통해 식생이 분류되었다. 완도의 공간 데이터는 녹지자연도, 현존식생도, 산림토양도, 훼손유형도, 지형도, 토지소유현황도로 분류되었고, 이에 대한 속성 데이터 베이스는 Arc/Info와 ArcView를 이용하여 완성되었다. 데이터를 관리하고 필요한 정보를 색인 분석하는 사용자 GUI(Graphic User Interface)는 Avenue를 이용하여 개발되었다.

  • In this paper arc behavior in spiral type vacuum interrupter(VI) was analyzed by means of arc images, arc voltages and finite element method(FEM). As a result of experiment, the difference of arc voltage was observed under different twisting angles. It was found that the reason of the difference was the difference of arc resistance from simultaneous analysis of arc images and arc voltages. and the difference of arc resistance was explained by Lorentz force calculation with FEM. And the results of calculation were sufficient to explain the experimental results.

  • 본 논문은 2D 영상에서 겹쳐진 물체를 분리하기 위한 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 겹쳐진 물체를 분리하는 보편적인 기법으로서의 매칭 알고리즘이 가지는 계산상의 부담을 줄이고자 하였다. 영상에서의 물체의 표현은 attributed graph를 사용하며, 각 node와 arc는 물체의 면과 면간의 관계에 각각 대응시킨다 또한, 각 arc는 그 parameter로서 관계계수를 가지며 이는 arc를 중심으로 양 끝에 존재하는 임의의 node의 상대 node에 대한 가려짐 상태에 의해 정의된다. 각 node는 이웃 node와의 관계에 의해 다양한 패턴으로 분류되며, 제안된 패턴을 이용하여 node들의 homogeneity를 검사한다. 끝으로, Homogeneity를 만족하는 node들을 하나의 집합(node set)으로 grouping함으로써, 가려진 물체와 가리는 물체를 분리하게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘은 임의의 형태로 놓여있는 겹쳐진 물체를 효율적으로 분리하고 있으며, 매칭단계 이전에 물체를 분리함으로써 매칭에 필요한 시간부담을 크게 줄일 수 있음을 실험을 통해 보여주고 있다.

  • This paper proposes a new algorithm that detects and separates the occluding and occluded objects in a 2D image. An input image is represented by the attributed graph where a node corresponds to a surface and an arc connecting two nodes describes the adjacency of the nodes in the image. Each end of arc is weighted by relation value which tells the number of edges connected to the surface represented by the node in the opposite side of the arc. In attributed graph homogeneous nodes pertained to the same object always construct one of three special patterns which can be simply classified by comparison of relation values of the arcs.   • In this paper, the coaxial monitoring system to capture image of weld pool was developed in laser-arc hybrid welding. In order to obtain the reliable image, green laser was used as a illumination system and measuring components such as band pass filter, ND (Neutral Density) filter and shutter speed was designed and optimized. Using this monitoring system, weld pool images were captured according to laser power, welding speed, welding current and interspace between laser and arc through the experiment. ANOVA (Analysis of Variation) was carried out to identify the influence of process variables on bead widths extracted from captured images of monitoring system. Welding speed and current were major factor to affect weld pool.

슬릿광 투영법을 이용한 곡면과 평면의 식별에 의한 대상물체의 계측 (Measurement of Target Objects Based on Recognition of Curvature and Plane Surfaces using a Single Slit Beam Projection)

  • Using a laser sheet beam projector combined with a CCD-Camera, an efficient technique to recognize complex surface of curvature and lane has been demonstrated for the purpose of mobile robot navigation. In general, obstacles of indoor environments in the field of SLIT-RAY plane are captured as segments of an elliptical arc and a line in the camera image. The robot has been capable of moving along around the obstacle in front of it, by recognizing the original shape of each segment with the differential coefficient by means of least squares method. In this technique, the imaged pixels of each segment, particularly elliptical arc, have been converted into a corresponding circular arc in the real-world coordinates so as to make more feasible the image processing for the position and radius measurement than conventional way based on direct elliptical are analyses. Advantages over direct elliptical cases include 1) higher measurement accuracy and shorter processing time because the circular arc process can reduce the shape-specifying parameters, 2) no complicated factor such as the tilt of elliptical arc axis in the image plane, which produces the capability to find column position and radiua regardless of the camera location . These are essentially required for a mobile robot application. This technique yields an accuracy less than 2cm for a 28.5cm radius column located in the range of 70-250cm distance from the robot. The accuracy obtained in this study is sufficient enough to navigate a cleaning robot which operates in indoor environments.

  • Most of past image processing systems have been designed independent of image contents. Now, evolving computation power is making the "image-dependent" elegant algorithms possible to get the better image renditions on display. This paper introduces our recent approaches to quality and pleasant imaging based on image-dependent. Three typical approaches to comfortable "Sharpness", "Lightness", and "Color" renditions on display image arc presented.

파이프의 가스메탈아크 용접에 있어 센서 시스템을 이용한 용융지 제어 및 용접선 추적에 관한 연구 (A Study on control of weld pool and torch position in GMA welding of steel pipe by using sensing systems)

  • To implement full automation in pipe welding, it si most important to develop special sensors and their related systems which act like human operator when detecting irregular groove conditions. In this study, an automatic pipe Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) system was proposed to full control pipe welding procedure with intelligent sensor systems. A five-axes manipulator was proposed for welding torch to automatically access to exact welding position when pipe size and welding angle were given. Pool status and torch position were measured by using a weld-pool image monitoring and processing technique in root-pass welding for weld seam tracking and weld pool control. To overcome the intensive arc light, pool image was captured at the instance of short circuit of welding power loop. Captured image was processed to determine weld pool shape. For weld seam tracking, the relative distance of a torch position from the pool center was calculated in the extracted pool shape to move torch just onto the groove center. To control penetration of root pas, gap was calculated in the extracted pool image, and then weld conditions were controlled for obtaining appropriate penetration. welding speed was determined with a fuzzy logic, and welding current and voltage were determined from a data base to correspond to the gap. For automatic fill-pass welding, the function of human operator of real time weld seam control can be substituted by a sensor system. In this study, an arc sensor system was proposed based on a fuzzy control logic. Using the proposed automatic system, root-pass welding of pipe which had gap variation was assured to be appropriately controlled in welding conditions and in torch position by showing sound welding result and good seam tracking capability. Fill-pass welding by the proposed system also showed very successful result by tracking along the offset welding line without any control of human operator.
