The recent increase in preference for teacher jobs has led to a rise in preference for education colleges. Not all students can enter teachers, but they must pass the test called the competitive examination for teacher appointment candidates after graduation. However, due to the declining population, the and employment T.O.s are decreasing every year and the competition rate is rising steeply. Therefore, in order to concentrate on the recruitment exam upon entering the university, the university is becoming a huge academy for the exam, not a place to study and learn. We found a connection between students' overall school life and their use of study groups as well as their grades and whether they passed the competition test for teachers using deep running. The academic activities did not significantly affect the acceptance process, and the accuracy of the prediction of the acceptance rate was generally 70% accurate.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the customs clearance and arbitration systems of Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand, from among ASEAN countries, and to present the practical implications. This paper analyzes the customs and arbitration systems through a literature review by collecting data from papers, research reports, and laws and regulations related to Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand. There are significant differences between these countries in relation to customs and payment of customs duties. Also, they have different procedures for the appointment of arbitrators if there is no agreement by the parties as to the number of arbitrators. Therefore, a comparison of the arbitration system and customs clearance procedures in ASEAN countries is timely and necessary, and there is a need for more research to be conducted in the future.

Recently, in Korea, if a very large forest fire occurs due to the people's carelessness, it is of great interest because it spreads into a large forest fire. If a wildfire spreads and becomes large, it will inflict great damage (appointment and property), and the damage is irreversible. The best way to extinguish a wildfire is to prevent it before it occurs. If a forest fire occurs due to a failure in prevention, the early firefighting activities to prevent the progress of the forest fire by promptly dispatching it by reporting it and approaching the site as soon as possible should now be managed with a systematic integrated management system. To do so, it is necessary to prepare a preventive system, such as issuing warnings for each weather condition by the Korea Forest Service, consisting of cooperation (support) activities for forest fire prevention by related organizations, etc. In order to minimize the loss of precious lives and forests, measures have been taken to establish a system, to establish a prompt and accurate situation reporting system, and to establish an integrated command system (ICS) for on-site commanders.

The system needs to be modified to improve the performance of the aircraft in operation or to satisfy the requirements of related laws. Appropriate standards are required for the technical skills for remodeling the aircraft system, design verification for airworthiness of the aircraft, and supplemental type certification (STC) certification procedures for type certification. This study analyzes the current status and demand of domestic aircraft remodeling, examines the current supplementary type certification procedure, and diagnoses the problem. In addition, as a result of researching measures to improve remodeling technology and certification capabilities to extend the life of the aircraft, improvements in the education system were derived to improve the domestic additional type certification process, such as approval of remodeling agencies and appointment of qualifications for each professional technician.

Application of CAD/CAM is changing the way partial or full veneer all ceramic restoration is made. CAD/CAM systems, which were used mainly in other industries, have been developed and introduced for the dental purposes recently. It produced a flood of information on the CAD/CAM systems. It also influenced the development of restorative materials and all ceramic is substituting the traditional restorative materials of gold, composite resin and metal. Price increase of gold and other raw materials made the all ceramic more appealing. The introduction of a CEREC 3D system was innovative in several ways. Image of the prepared tooth is captured by camera and impression taking is unnecessary. Restoration can be delivered to the patient on one appointment and it will satisfy the demand of busy patients. One-day treatment with direct CAD/CAM system saves time compared to indirect CAD/CAM system. More superior restoration can be produced if lab work such as the adaptability check and shade selection is cooperated with lab technician. Short working time and comparably superior shade compatibility of color block was close to ideal. In the future, restorations with better quality can be fabricated in less time to busy patients thanks to the development of CAD/CAM system and dental materials.

In this paper the patterns of information system is reduced so that control rules can guarantee fast response of queries in database. Generally an information system includes many kinds of necessary and unnecessary attribute. In particular, inconsistent information system is less likely to acquire the accuracy of response. Hence we are interested in the simple and understandable rules that can represent useful patterns by means of rough entropy and Bayesian posterior probability. We propose an algorithm which can reduce control rules to a minimum without inadequate patterns such that the implication between condition attributes and decision attributes is measured through the framework of rough entropy. Subsequently the validation of the proposed algorithm is showed through test information system of new employees appointment.

This study examined the effects of neoliberal educational policy on the appointment system of teachers to assess the impacts of this neoliberal education policy. Neoliberal education policy has led to increased private education cost, and strengthened the function of social stratum reproduction in the education system despite increasing the efficiency and flexibility. Since contracted employment was applied to the educational field, the number of regular teachers began to decrease, while that of contracted teachers increased. For example, the number of contracted teachers was 300 in the 1990, which increased to 42,042 in 2015. Neoliberal education policy contributed to teacher's quantitative demand; however, the increase in the number of contracted teachers is ultimately degrading the education quality. In an education market, the issues of balancing between supply and demand often occur. Therefore, it is necessary to strongly control the number of contracted teachers by limiting their contract period. Furthermore, an institutional device that can convert a contracted teacher to a regular one must be established.

Localization trends in Korea and trade liberalization in the world are the important challenges to agricultural extension services in Korea, and strategic directions in terms of system, organization, programs and conciousness would be necessary for adapting to the new circunstances. Some of the measures to improve and activate agricultural extension services in Korea should include the following: 1) Modification of extension personnel appointment regulations to secure specialized extension agents by the provincial administrators and county directors at the provincial and county level rural extension services. 2) Flexible organization and operation of county level rural guidance offices to meet the specific needs of local areas. 3) Strenghening the central government's financial support for effective local extension services in terms of facility and manpower. 4) Expansion of agricultural extension programs for women and urban people and quality inservice training for extension personnel.

An Arbitration agreement is one kind of contracts between two or more contracting parties; any possible disputes that arise concerning a contract will be settled by arbitration. The parties are free to agree on the number of arbitrators. The role of the arbitrator is so significant in the arbitration system that its success or failure may depend on the credibility of the arbitrator. The purpose of this paper is to examine the specific elements of the Arbitration Clause through arbitration laws, arbitration rules and the related cases, to introduce the standard clause which are recommended by the international institution and the individual countries, and to make the parties of international commercial contracts reflect them in their contracts. Thus this author would like to recommend the famous and well known the Standard Clause which were drafted by international institution such as ICC and UNCITRAL or individual countries.(LCIA, AAA, CIETAC, KCAB)

컴포넌트 기반 개발은 재사용성의 극대화로 개발시간의 단축과 비용 감소 등의 장점을 제공하고 있다. 특히, 기업의 빈번한 요구사항의 변경과 빠르게 진행되는 비즈니스 영역에 대해서 유연하게 대처하기 위해 많이 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 교육에 새로운 파라다임으로 주목받고 있는 자택수업 도메인에서 학부모와 관리하는 교사간의 정형화된 예약이 가능한 시스템에 컴포넌트 기반 개발을 적용해 보았다. 웹 상에서 학부모에게 교육적인 지원과 학생의 학습과정을 체크하기 위해 일정한 스케줄에 따라 교사의 스케줄을 확인하고 가능한 시간대에 협의할 수 있도록 도와준다. 이러한, 개발은 자택 교육뿐만 아니라, 이와 유사한 예약 시스템의 개발에 사용가능하며, 개발에 대한 부담을 줄일 수 있다. 또한, 웹을 기반으로 하는 구현에도 폭넓게 재사용될 수 있으며, 구현에 대한 가이드라인으로 제시될 수 있다.
