This study presents an intelligent CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application methodology for supplier companies in Business-to-Business environments. The intelligent methodology proposed in this study consists of three-stage-procedures such as static CRM application stage, adaptive CRM application stage and external CRM application stage.

When producing a business card, there is always a risk for exposing personal information as the information from the business card application is saved in the computer of the printing agency. The information that goes into the business card application file, such as name, mobile phone number, and e-mail address is not encrypted, which makes it easy to access. This study was conducted in order to find a way to automatize the business card application process by encrypting the information entered into the business card application file, simplifying the business card application process, minimizing the workload and by directly linking to the print shop to remove the print file after completing the printing of the business card.

A denial-of-service (DoS) attack is a serious attack that targets web applications. According to Imperva, DoS attacks in the application layer comprise 60% of all the DoS attacks. Nowadays, attacks have grown into application- and business-layer attacks, and vulnerability-analysis tools are unable to detect business-layer vulnerabilities (logic-related vulnerabilities). This paper presents the business-layer dynamic application security tester (BLDAST) as a dynamic, black-box vulnerability-analysis approach to identify the business-logic vulnerabilities of a web application against DoS attacks. BLDAST evaluates the resiliency of web applications by detecting vulnerable business processes. The evaluation of six widely used web applications shows that BLDAST can detect the vulnerabilities with 100% accuracy. BLDAST detected 30 vulnerabilities in the selected web applications; more than half of the detected vulnerabilities were new and unknown. Furthermore, the precision of BLDAST for detecting the business processes is shown to be 94%, while the generated user navigation graph is improved by 62.8% because of the detection of similar web pages.

To transform the enterprise system into the 'Real Time Enterprise' with respect to IT, I suggest the conceptual application model which is composed of pieces(components) extracted from different packaged applications working in a heterogeneous environment based on the 'business activity' in other words, business services provided by internal (inter-enterprise) and external (extended enterprise) application to support a business activity within in an enterprise and the design mechanism focusing service tier which acts as intermediate tier within application architecture.

Adoption and practical application of BPM yet remains at a theoretic and methodological level for many industrial sectors. As for construction industry, adapting BPM into enterprise resource across all business processes could cause problems due to rapid change in corporate operation systems. Furthermore, it is unable to predict potential risks of business process while BPM are being applied. Therefore, applying BPM model to core strategy and individual task seems more effective than applying BPM model to the entire enterprise resource planning. In this paper, we define BPM and suggest a BPM model by analyzing each business unit in order to evaluate each business unit which is included in the business process architecture based on quantitative standards. This paper also presents a sequential application plan for business process model. Finally, a case study is demonstrated for the application of BPM system, focusing on cost management business, which turned out to be a top priority in the aspect of efficiency and ease based on priority analysis.

Recently, it has been known that it need to be solved export marketing on expanding export of Small Business Commodity. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyse on expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0. This study deals with the terms of three connection success factors on expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0 which are a firm's subjective factors, a industrial environment factors, and a governmental policy factors. According to analysis results of the three success factors, a firm's subjective factors(4.13 score) are scored at the most ones of the three success factors, to be compared with a industrial environment factors(3.89 score), with a government policy factors(3.72 score). Therefore, first of all, it is important to expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0 through as follows, a firm's subjective factors : (1) to procure concentrated market strategy and real market capacity, (2) to procure speedy satisfaction of customer needs and confidence, (3) to procure ability of export marketing through e-Trading Application, (4) to enhance export expanding strategy coincided in Industrie 4.0. And, the next, we have to expanding export of Small Business Commodity through e-Trading Application in Industrie 4.0 through considering a industrial environment factors and a government policy factors.

Modern enterprise may be in need of developing the right application programs under rapidly changing business environment in fast time-to-market. But Most of enterprise without business process mechanism are very hard to develop the application needed in time when it will be changing their business. To solve this problem, we propose the business process framework based on the closed architecture. This approach is to develop the right application with reusing software modules in time and easily under rapid business process changing/improving through mapping BPM(Business Process Model), SOA(Service Oriented Architecture), and CBD(Component Based Development). we also define 5-Layers of BPF(Business Process Framework), and BNF(Backus Naur Form) for structuring BPF.

This study treats Company S as the subject and tries to find the factors of big data application in enterprises by a modified Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and perceived benefits - perceived barriers relation matrix as reference for big data application and management of managers or marketing personnel in other organizations or related industry.

When we conduct development of a large-size SI project, it is highly necessary to utilize an appropriate application framework which helps to build a qualified software with high productivity in a short period of time. In this paper, we propose the architecture of a dynamically reconfigurable CBD application integration framework that has been used for developing large-scale e-business applications to achieve high development productivity and maintainability. This Integration framework can easily extend its functionalities, and dynamically change its configuration during run time according to the business category, such as applying interaction patterns among main components in software architecture, rules, policies, and environmental parameters. Dynamic reconfiguration has the feature to make applications be easily customized for changeable requirements. Through our application integration framework, huge sizes of contents can be managed according to the business category as well, by keeping configuration informations and huge volumes of source codes. In order to evaluate out application integration framework in terms of performance criteria, we present experimental results of throughputs from the framework by yielding dynamic configuration without any performance degradation.

This study investigates the factors influencing the usage of PSAU Mobile Application by the students at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU). This study used Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a framework to predict the factors influencing 67 students' usage of PSAU M-Application. The results of this study were consistent with the TAM framework in predicting the actual usage of the PSAU mobile application for academic activities. The results indicated a significantly positive association of the perceived ease-to-use with perceived usefulness, significantly positive associations of the perceived ease-to-use and the perceived usefulness with the attitude toward the usage of the PSAU's mobile application, a significantly positive association of the perceived usefulness with the behavioral intention toward the usage of the PSAU's mobile application, a significantly positive association of the students' attitude toward the usage of the PSAU's mobile application with the behavioral intention of using the application, and a significantly positive association of the behavioral intention with the actual usage of the PSAU's mobile application. The results of this study should be useful to educational policymakers at PSAU University and elsewhere, as there is an opportunity to enhance the existing technology or adopt new technologies for academic activities.
