Seventy four microorganisms, which have antagonistic activity against to Fusarium culmorum, were tested for their inhibitory effect on colony development of obligate biotroph Erysiphe graminis f. sp. hordei Marchal, the causal agent of powdery mildew on barley plants. Of these, 13 actinomycetes isolates were shown to reduce the colony development of mildew completely by application of their 10% cell-free culture filtrates on barley leaves. An Isolate, A252, was the most powerful antagonist and its antifungal activity was further assessed. The colony development of mildew was significantly reduced by application of the 1% cell-free culture filtrate of isolate A252. In comparison to the control, the protective and curative application of 10% cell-free culture filtrate from A252 showed 88.5% and 96.1% reduction of colony numbers respectively. By the protective application, 68.3% of the inhibition was observed after 9 days of treatment, thus showed prolonged inhibitory effect. In vitro test, complete inhibition of the mycelial growth of Microdochium nivale was achieved by the treatment of 1% A252 culture filtrate and 80.2% of inhibition was observed by the 0.1% treatment.

무선인터넷을 개발하는 방법은 여러 가지 개발방법이 있다. 그 중 대표적인 것으로 WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) 기반 서비스와 자바 기반 서비스가 있다. WAP 기반은 사용자에게 한정된 편이성을 제공하지만 자바 기반의 무선 인터넷은 사용자에게 많은 편이성과 GUI(Graphic User Interface)를 지원하여 쉽게 접근 할 수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서는 WAP 기반 애플리케이션 개발방법과 자바 기반 애플리케이션 개발 방법을 제시하며, 실험을 통해 두 시스템간의 성능을 비교한다.

Maximum short circuit current of modern power system is becoming so large that the current should transmission capability. Although there are various kinds of method to solve this, approached from super conductivity Fault Current Limiter application viewpoint among them. High Temperature Superconductor-Fault Current Limiter (HTS-FCL) development is progressing according to HTS technology development, and system application is tried. For actual system application of such super conductivity FCL, an more efficient method was developed to find suitable FCL application locations using sensitivity factor comparing previous paper.

This thesis is the study about application development for management obesity and personal health matters systematically based on Android smart phone system. Growing obesity problem for students organized by the lack of a device or program to manage at home has been favored as a serious problem. Currently developed smart phones has come into wide use by portable features and many applications. And to support populations of these features smart phones will be available for obesity management in your home without any equipment using. Accordingly, this paper is the study about application development for management obesity for growing students at home based on the latest smart phone platform Android.

In recent years, ultrasonic technics has been widely applied to industrial fields and its application range has been expanded as a result of continuous research and development. This paper is concerned with development of post-processor program for ultrasonic test and two-axis automatic ultrasonic system for application of industrial fields. Test results of ultrasonic test post-processor program and two-axis auto- matic ultrasonic system have a good agreement with results of ultrasonic evaluation for defect detection in industrial fields. Therefore we think that the developed ultrasonic test post-processor program and two- axis automatic ultrasonic system in this work is very useful for application of industrial fields.

With the diversified development of modern art, the application of mixed media in painting has become increasingly prominent, which not only provides artistic creators with new creative ideas, but also magnifies the creators' emotions and re endows the media with meaning and value. This paper systematically introduces the definition, features and connotation of mixed media painting, and expounds three aspects of the aesthetic function of multimedia in oil painting creation, the embodiment of painting individuality, and the combination and application of materials and technique to demonstrate that mixed media presents different understanding and expression in Chinese oil painting, no longer constrained by traditional oil painting materials, which promotes more development possibilities of the art expression form of Chinese oil painting, enhances its international influence, and bring new vitality to the creation and development of Chinese oil painting.

Within physical therapy education, there has been increased attention to curricula and course that emphasize problem solving, clinical reasoning, and synthesis of information across traditional discipline-specific boundaries. This article describes the development implementation, and outcomes of a problem-based learning course in Physical therapy. The course was designed to help students to integrate the various elements of a physical therapy curriculum and to enhance their abilities to respond to an ever-changing health care environment. An evaluation of the course by the first 50 students who completed it revealed both strengths and weaknesses. Students responded that the course enhanced their professional behavior, including interpersonal communication skills, team work, and follow-through with professional responsibilities. The learning package was developed by the authors and implemented to a college students during three weeks of the first semester of 2001. Most studies which conducted PBL module development were short period or temporary PBL package application and evaluation rather than a whole semester's. While, this study carried on partial integrated PBL curriculum development and application with recomposing content of the two subjects to one subject Physical therapy which includes four PBL packages. This package was developed from a simple concept to complex and partial integrated PBL curriculum application systematically variable learning methods such as discussion, practice, lecture, video. There are 2 classes, each class has 25 students, in the college. Each class has 5 small groups consisting 5 students. Two tutors proceeded discussion charging each class also, they used multiple methods and materials like tutorials, self-directed learning, lecture, and video. The package is 5 grades and 5 hours per week and the rate of discussion, lecture is 4, 1 respectively. One of the most change is the increase of interaction between students and tutors. Whenever students need information and suggestion, they can visit tutors who provide reading materials and guide for the direction of self learning. Therefore, this study describes the PBL package development process and application during one semester recomposing contents of two subjects to Physical therapy concepts. Besides, it will contribute to active application of existing each subject to tutors who intend to convert as PBL methods. The study has significant meaning to show potentiality of partially integrated PBL application, using systematic PBL package development from two subjects contents. However, when students' need of yearning is over the extent of Introduction of Physical therapy and Rehabilitation medicine, tutors should set learning extent. So, there is limitation to attain completely integrated PBL education within one subject, therefore, it is high lighted to proceed development of integrated curriculum to maximize learning effects of PBL. It is exected that partial integrated PBL package development and application will distribute to prosper excellent physiotherapist in practice.

Although the STEP modularization is the major development methodology for STEP Application Protocol, there have been few studies on the STEP Modularization in Korea. The necessity of STEP Modularization research has been raised continuously. In addition, the importance became larger and larger because most of newly developing APs, including AP241, are developed using modularization approach. The object of this study is to investigate the basic structure and contents of AEC facilities related Application Modules using STEP Modularization. This study examines 1) the technical analysis regarding STEP Modularization, 2) application modules development regarding civil engineering elements of AP241; Aec_faciliteis_classification", "Aec_civil_item", and "Aec_civil_componet", 3) the developed application modules verification, and 4) the implementation methodology suggestion for application modules and modular AP.
