XML DataSet DB를 연동한 조류계산용 XML Web Service의 개발 (Development of XML Web Service for Load Flow by Using XML Dataset DB)

  • XML Web Service based on internet can cause problems on transmission speed and data error. Also system analysis results simulated by several different research groups can hardly have reliability because of error data that come from improperly managed files. In order to solve this problems, algorithm sever using XML Web Service is shared on the internet so widely that various application programs based on basic analysis module with a united IO can be developed. And also XML Dataset DB is interacted with XML Web Service, which prevents propagation of error data. It causes to improve reliabilityon the load flow analysis result and solve the problems on data error or transmission speed that can possibly come from internet.

  • Low-cost solid-state inertial sensors of three rate Gyroscopes and a triaxial Accelerometer are evaluated in static and dynamic environments. As a interim result, error models of each inertial sensors are generated. Model parameters with respect to temperature are acquired in static environment. These error models are included in an Extended Kalman Filter(EKF) to compensate bias error due to temperature variation. Experimental results in dynamic environment are included to show the validity of the each error model and the performance improvement of a compensated low cost inertial sensors for a navigational application

  • Image interpolation is a technique that pervades many an application. Interpolation is almost never the goal in itself, yet it affects both the desired results and the ways to obtain them. In this paper, we proposed a technique that is capable to find out the error when the common two methods (bilinear and nearest neighbor interpolation) are applied on an image for rotation. The proposed technique also includes the comparison results of bilinear interpolation and nearest neighbor interpolation. Among them nearest neighbor interpolation gives us a better result regarding to the enhancement and due to least error. The error is found by using Mean Square Error (MSE).

  • Standard current transformer(CT) with the nominal ratio errors in the range of - 10 % to + 10 % has been developed. Linearity of the CT ratio error measuring system (CT comparator) has been tested by using wide ratio error standard current transformer(WRE CT). The developed WRE CT can be used to evaluate the linearity of the CT comparator by comparing both the theoretical values and experimental values of the WRE CT. The developed method has been successfully applied for calibration and correction in the CT comparator belonging to industry.

  • For human error analysis, the structure and situation of a task should be analyzed in advance. The paper introduces Structured Information Analysis (SIA) as a task analysis method for error analysis, and delineates the result of application on the emergency procedure of Korean Standard Nuclear Plants (KSNPs). From the task analysis about emergency procedure of KSNP, total 72 specific task goals were identified in the level of system function, and 86 generic tasks were classified from the viewpoint of physical sameness of the task description. Human errors are dependent on task types so that the result of task analysis would be used as a basis for the error analysis on the emergency tasks in nuclear power plants.

의사소통 분석 및 인적오류 연구 추이 (Research Trend of Communication Analysis and Human Error)

  • Method: We reviewed the papers of communication analysis studies in various fields and summarized communication error researches. Results: We proposed perspectives for communication error analysis and explained the need for extended analysis framework using advanced human-machine interfaces, which will cause the change of communication between operation team, including shifted abstraction phenomena. And we describe main concepts and the case study of H-H-S framework and finally introduce current studies of communication analysis in nuclear domain. Conclusion: The goal of communication analysis is common in all industries. We have to share and co-work for event prevention. Application: The results of the communication analysis might help to facilitate the understanding for interested researchers.

  • This study aims to apply the Generalizability Theory (G-theory) for estimation of reliability of evaluation scores between raters on Patient Dentist Interaction. Selecting a number of raters as multiple error sources, this study was analyzed the error sources caused by relative magnitude of error variances of interaction between the factors and proceeded with D-study based on the results of G-study for optimal determination of measurement condition. The estimated outcomes of variance component for accuracy among the Patient Dentist Interaction evaluation with G-theory showed that impact of error was the biggest influence factor in students. The second influence was the item effect, and the rater effect was relatively small. The Generalizability coefficients for case1 and case2 which were estimated through the D- study were calculated relatively low.

  • In this paper, we proposed covariance weight matrix using SPT matrix in order to accurate target estimation. We have estimated a target using modified covariance matrix and beam steering error method. We have minimized beam steering error in order to estimation desired a target. This method obtain optimum covariance weight using modified SPT matrix. This paper of proposal method is showed good performance than general method. We updated a weight of covariance matrix using modified SPT matrix. We obtain optimum covariance matrix weight to application beam steering error method in order to beam steering toward desired target. Through simulation, we showed that compare proposal method with general method. It have improved resolution of estimation target to good performance more proposed method than general method.

미디어 객체 공유를 위한 디지털 캐로절 시스템에서의 오류 제어 (An Error Control running on Digital Carousel System for Media Object Sharing)

  • 디지털 캐로절은 사용자들에게 미디어 동기화 메카니즘을 통하여 미디어 객체 공유를 가능하게 한다. 본 시스템은 공동 작업에 참여한 사용자들이 다른 참여자들에게 같은 뷰로써 공유된 미디어 또는 오류 객체들을 참조할 수 있도록 구축하였다. 본 논문은 EC_DCS의 설계와 구축을 설명한다. EC_DCS는 멀티미디어 협동 작업 환경에서 소프트웨어 오류를 감지, 공유, 복구하기에 적합한 시스템이다. 이 시스템에 의해서 오류를 공유할 수 있다. 멀티미디어 공동 작업 환경의 관점에서 오류 공유는 협동 작업에 참가하는 참가자에게 상호작용적으로 오류를 공유한다.

신뢰타원에 의한 삼변망의 오차해석 (Error Analysis of Trilateration Network by Confidence Ellipse)

  • 수평위치 결정에서 오차해석은 중요하다. 오차해석의 경우 표준오차타원이 정밀도의 척도로써 사용되나, 오차한계의 설정이나 측정치의 합격기준과 상대오차를 비교하는데 한계가 있어, 캐나다나 미국에서는 작업규정 에 95%신뢰타원을 오차한계로 설정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수평위치 결정시 신뢰타원을 오차해석에 적용하여 분석하였다. 최소제곱법과 오차해석이론에 대해 검토하였으며 , 컴퓨터 프로그램으로 E.D.M 삼변망에 대해 오차분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과 오차한계의 설정 , 측정치의 합격기준, 상대오차를 비교할 때 95%신뢰타원이 합리적이므로 작업규정에 95%신뢰타원을 도입하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 경제성있는 최적망 설계를 위해 측량망의 예비분석에도 95%신뢰타원이 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다고 사료된다.
