건설 산업은 다른 산업에 비하여 많은 참여자가 있으며, 타 산업에 비하여 생산성이 많이 떨어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 BIM(Building Information Modeling)이 건설 산업의 생산성 향상에 큰 효과가 있을 것으로 파악하고, 건설산업에 적합한 BIM 적용 프로세스를 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 BIM에 대한 이론고찰과 기존 건설프로세스의 특성 분석을 통하여 개선사항들을 도출하였고, 개선사항을 해결하기 위한 BIM 적용 프로세스를 제시하였다. 그리고 개선 프로세스의 적용성 평가를 위하여 상용화된 BIM 관련 소프트웨어를 활용하여 Case Study를 수행하였다. Case Study 수행 결과 BIM Model의 건설 산업 적용 가능성과 BIM 적용 시 파급효과와 국내 적용을 위한 해결과제를 확인 할 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 국내 건설 산업의 BIM 적용에 이바지하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

연구결과 도입측면의 연구는 RPA 도입의 방향, 성과기대, 비용, 규제, 리스크에 초점을 맞추어 진행되어 왔다. 향후 도입측면의 연구는 조직적 측면 연구 외에도 기술적, 환경적 측면의 연구 활성화가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 적용사례 측면의 연구는 실제 기업, 적용업무, 적용직업을 대상으로 이루어져왔음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 적용사례 측면의 연구는 실제 기업, 적용업무, 적용직업을 대상으로 RPA 기술적용 후 성과에 대한 연구가 필요해 보인다. 시장분석 측면의 연구는 시장의 형성단계, 그리고 미래시장 예측으로 이루어져왔음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 연구는 AI, 4차 산업혁명과 연계되어 미래의 시장이 어떻게 전개될지에 대한 연구는 가능하리라 본다. 수용의도 측면의 연구는 타 주제에 비하여 연구가 상대적으로 미진한 연구 분야라고 할 수 있다. 앞으로 수용의도 측면의 연구가 더욱 활성화된다면 신기술수용 이론의 발전에도 기여하고 RPA도입, RPA적용, RPA시장 활성화에도 시사점을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide information on building's energy consumption and efficiency for general building users through a mobile application. Method: This paper presents a mobile application process and building energy assessment models for general users to understand easily. There are two assessment models, one is based on the energy consumption. The other is based on the architectural planning factors of a building. The assessment models are proposed to understand buildings' energy efficiency and to compare the energy consumption level for general users. The applicability of proposed application has been evaluated by conducting a case study. The case study is targeting university buildings. Result: Energy efficiency potentials were proposed using weighting factor which was calculated by the impact on energy consumption of a building according to parameters. The mobile application used the simple energy assessment model by energy efficiency potentials and was developed for a smartphone By using the mobile application, numerous general users of smartphones can easily and conveniently access information pertaining to buildings, energy consumption, and reductions in energy consumption. The proposed application enables user to find more energy efficient buildings by comparing energy status and energy efficiency potential by given information.

The purpose of this case study is to find out current issue and improvement directions of the application of 3D and 4D to the construction project including building, highway and railway projects. For the study, the main functions of the 3D and 4D simulation of current system are analyzed and proposed improvement directions for 3D CAD utilization in 4D environment. Case studies of CAD application include land development for housing complex, highway project and express railway project.

The purpose of this research is to perform a case study for verifying problems of BIM application to the building construction project using Fast Track method. The object of case study is an actual construction project completed in 2013. As a result, some problems and solutions for those were extracted. The result of this study will contribute revitalization to the BIM application in the project using Fast Track method.

Application software is delivered to customers as a form of service at cloud environment. A cloud service provider is a marketplace between supply side (application providers) and demand side (customers). Cloud service providers have to validate applications to be included in their service portfolio. Not only performance, security, networking, compliances should be checked but also business contract, authentication should be provided. Organization customers are more sensitive to these validation criteria and process. We study the Internet2 NET+, which is a successful cloud marketplace of applications for research and education organizations. This case study shows us three things : (i) a cloud marketplace's application management process : selection, validation, transition to service, customization of applications (ii) what a cloud marketplace has for its infrastructure like authentication, security, access control etc. (iii) what a cloud marketplace has as its governance structure. This case study will provide informative analysis of Internet2 NET, a profit-making vertical and buyer's marketplace (education industry). And we will get some strategic implications for planning and implementing cloud marketplaces.

The rapid development of Kuala Lumpur has seen numerous new and high-rise buildings introducing Building Automation System (BAS). Whilst effective application of Knowledge Management (KM) within BAS is the pre-requisite for the achievement of optimum BAS performance, there has been little research undertaken to investigate if have been the case. This paper presents a research undertaken to get a view of how KM applies in BAS in six (6) selected case-study buildings in Kuala Lumpur, all operating with the 'one-system' M&E workstation control BAS. The emergent findings positively suggest that adequate KM approaches were employed within their BAS management processes, but further studies would be necessary to determine the extent of their application and effectiveness.

This paper describes a design driven approach to drive intelligent test plan generation based on adaptive use case (3,5). Its foundation is an object-oriented software design approach which partitions design schema into design architecture of functional components called “design component”. A use case software development methodology of adaptive use case approach developed in I.I .T is employed which preserves this unit architecture on through to the actual code structure. Based on the partition design schema produced during the design phase of this methodology, a test plan is generated which includes a set of component and scenario based test. A software metric is introduced which produces an ordering of this set to enhance productivity and both promote and capitalize on test case reusability, This paper contains an application that illustrates the proposed approach.

This thesis is in focus on keeping int'l businessman in mind application of CISG to perform smoothly in the their oversea's trade in accordance with taking effect on ratification of it from first, March, 2005. First of all, they have to keep in mind that it is possible to fall within the sphere of application of CISG of their contracts made between parties whose places of business are in different countries or although they have their places of business in different contracting states, if rules of private int'l law imply or express to the application of law of contracting state. Therefore in order to avoid confusion about whether apply or not, it is necessary to customize application of CISG as a proper law of their contracts. If so, they can avoid problem of requirements as to forms and any other requirement as to forms. Secondly they must attend the use of the legislative history of CISG and the use of the int'l case law and various scholarly thesises that studied on CISG such as information of Institute of Int'l Commercial Law under School of Law, PACE University. If so, problems which can give a rise in connection with interpretation of a basic and important terminology of CISG will be successfully conquest. In addition to above mentioned attentiveness, they must keeping in mind that various problems in connection with application of provisions of CISG can give their oversea's business a obstacle. buy the way of precaution against this case, they have to collect and analyze various materials about CISG.
