It is important to integrate an enterprise application for automating of the business profess, which is responded by a flow of market environment. There are two categories of method that integrate enterprise applications. One is Synchronous Integration, and the other is Asynchronous Integration. EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) and Web service which of the asynchronous integration is focused in the automating method of the business process. After we construct the application integration for automating of the business process, we have to concern about managing of the business transaction. Many Organizations have proposed the process method of business transaction based on 2-phase commit protocol. But this method can′t supply the phase that classify the transaction by transaction weight. In this paper, we propose an efficient method of transaction process for business transactions, which is composed by ′Classify Phase′ that classify transactions. We called this model "3-Phase Commit Method Applied by Classify Phase", we design this model to manage an resource of enterprise efficiently. The proposed method is compared by the method based on 2-Phase commit that could be a problem of management the resource of enterprise, and the advantage of this method is certified to propose the solution of that problem.

Purpose - This study aimed to develop a new practical and universally applicable service quality model by improving the service quality measurement model proposed by many previous studies. Research design, data, and methodology - An in-depth analysis on what influences such service quality model had on the improvement effect of service quality, and Service Evaluation Model("SEM"), which was revised from the existing service quality measurement model, was developed. The model is divided into the two integrative categories: First, activity, that is the group of service-related activities. Next is item, the group of service-related objects. The level of service is evaluated for each category via survey questionnaire on service level evaluation. Based on the model, SEM has visibility by structuring the whole service industry. Results - For the application of the new service quality model, this study attempted to examine the appropriateness of the newly proposed service quality model by applying it to retail service field. Conclusions - As a result, the proposed service model would be a useful and applicable service quality measurement model required by many organizations. Service company can set up self check service levels. Through these results, they can look for the ways to provide better services to customers. Service users can ensure the objectivity of business plan based upon SEM.

The concept of revenue management have been used widely In the hotel and all transportation industries, and considered as a good system for managing a perishable asset. Recently, its' application area is being increasingly expanded to service industries such as the travel, the railway, the Internet and the sport industries. Internet business can be classified into several groups according to the characteristics of the individual business. One of groups is Internet Access Servoce business which connects each users to the internet. In this paper, since internet Access Services (IAS) business has a similar property to the service Industry, we will apply a revenue management concept to It. With some modification of existing model developed by Subramanian et.al. for airlines, we suggest the revenue management model being applied to IAS business. Computational experiment shows that the Increase of the revenue Is up to 7% by appluing our model. It means our model has a potential to manage IAS business effectively.

This paper proposes an evaluation model for internet shopping mall business by defining its characteristics and evaluation criteria. We analyzed the characteristics of internet shopping mall business environments and classified the business into four major categories. We derived the evaluation criteria which can evaluated all categories comprehensively. The proposed criteria are cost, netizen, technology, transaction, and marketing, each of which gives a significant impact on the business profitability. Based on these criteria, a quantitative evaluation method was developed. We also proposed a penta-classification scheme which can be used to identify the overall characteristics shape of each internet shopping mall business site. An actual application of our evaluation model was illustrated in order to show that our proposed model may be used in the real business sites.

본 연구에서는 기업의 핵심 요소로 꼽히고 있는 IT(information technology) 역량과 공급체인의 위험관리 요인과 기업의 사업성과 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 이를 위해서 공급체인 위험관리를 수행하고 있는 153개 기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, 구조방정식모형(Structural equation model)으로 실증분석을 하였다. 먼저 기업의 IT 인프라 요인을 선행변수로, IT 활용과 공급체인 위험관리의 요인을 매개변수로 설정하였다. 기업의 사업성과 요인과 함께 연구모형에 포함시켜 실증분석을 한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 기업의 IT 인프라 요인은 기업의 IT 활용과 위험관리요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기업의 IT 활용 요인은 기업의 사업성과 요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 공급체인의 위험관리 요인은 기업의 사업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 기업이 IT 인프라에 대한 투자가 이루어졌을 때 IT 활용의 수준과 위험관리의 수준이 높아져 기업의 사업성과를 향상시킬 수 있고, IT 인프라를 구축하여 공급체인 위험관리의 수준을 향상시키지만 IT 활용 수준이 높아진다고 해서 위험관리의 수준이 높아지는 것은 아니라는 연구결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 최근 SCM 구축 기업들의 IT 활용과 위험관리 수준의 사업성과에 영향을 미치는 것에 향후 공급체인 위험관리의 효과적인 실행을 고려한 연구가 진행되어야 하겠다.

기업은 내부의 정보체계를 프로세스나 워크플로우 중심으로 통합함으로써 고객의 요구가 달성되기까지의 과정과 시간을 최소화하고 고객의 가치를 극대화하여 기업의 시장 경쟁력을 확보하려고 한다. 그러한 통합 노력은 ERP, CORBA, DCOM둥 패키지 또는 동기식의 강력한 결합(Synchronous & Tightly-Coupled)방식에서 시작하여, 인터넷 기술의 발전으로SCM(Supply Chain Management), CRM(Customer Relationship Management), e-Business, B2B(Business-to-Business)둥이 확대됨으로써 이 기종의 다양한 플랫폼을 가진 기업간에 효율적인 통합이 가능토록 MOM(Message-Oriented Middleware)을 기반으로 한 비동기식의 유연한 결합(Asynchronous & Loosely-Coupled)방식인EAI(Enterprise Application Integration)나 웹서비스(Web Services)로 발전하고 있다. 하나의 프로세스는 기업의 목적달성을 위한 하나의 장기 트랜잭션으로 간주될 수 있다. 동기식 결합보다는 비동기식 결합 방식에서 트랜잭션의 효율적인 관리가 더욱 중요한 데, 본 고에서는 기존의 2-Phase Commit(2PC) 방식보다 트랜잭션의 효과적인 모니터링과 처리자원 낭비를 감소시킬 수 있는 방법으로써 “Classify Phase”를 추가한 3PC Protocol를 제시하고 기존의 처리 방식과 비교하여 개선된 부분을 확인해본다.

Purpose: To derive key requirements and key technologies for weapon system acquisition business by using Qualify Function Deployment (QFD), and to reduce business cost by setting the target performance and key expense of weapon system. Methods: We propose a QFD methodology that can induce rational decision-making by translating analyst's subjective opinions into quantitative values when analyzing requirements at the initial stage of weapon system development project. Based on QFD methodology, QFD application model combining house of quality, value engineering, and analogy cost estimating technique is presented. Results: It was possible to analyze the specific requirements necessary for the development of the weapon system, to solve the communication problem of the participants, to set clear development direction and target. Conclusion: By applying the QFD application model at the early stage of the weapon system acquisition project, it is possible to reduce the business cost by establishing clear development direction and goal through the procedural analysis process.

여러 분야에서 인터넷의 사용이 대중화되면서 다양한 웹 응용들이 개발되고 있으나, 대부분의 경우 체계적인 분석작업을 수행하지 못하고 개발에 뛰어들거나, 대규모 개발 방법론을 적용하면서 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 빠르고 효과적인 개발을 위하여 업무모델로부터 웹 응용을 위한 분석 모델들을 추출하는 방법을 제안하며, 이를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 작업들과 기법들을 제시한다. UML 활동도의 표기법을 활용한 업무 모델로부터 사용사례도와 웹 페이지 리스트를 생성하며, 이를 기반으로 웹 페이지들의 흐름과 구조를 표현하는 페이지 다이어그램과 논리적, 물리적 데이타베이스 모델들을 작성한다. 이렇게 작성된 분석모델들은 상세설계 단계를 거쳐 정제된다. 제안한 분석방법과 기법들을 웹 기반의 경정비조합 지원시스템 개발에 적용하여 그 효용성을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the service quality activity itself by using the DEA Model, in contrast to previous quality evaluation methods, as an attempt to evaluate the service quality activities of the distribution industry. Furthermore, by complementing the shortfalls of the weighted value of the DEA Model, it recommends a DEA/PS Model that is appropriate in the evaluation of service quality activities. Based on this model, the study proposes the SQAE Model, an evaluation tool to complement the traditional measuring method. According to the results of the analysis of 18 sample distribution businesses, there was a discrepancy by business in the results of the Traditional Scoring System and the Evaluation Measuring System. Therefore, it is most desirable to not only be active in service quality activities but also increase efficiency at the same time.

The paper attempts to document the application of relevant Machine Learning (ML) models on Yelp (a crowd-sourced local business review and social networking site) dataset to analyze, predict and recommend business. Strategically using two cloud platforms to minimize the effort and time required for this project. Seven machine learning algorithms in Azure ML of which four algorithms are implemented in Databricks Spark ML. The analyzed Yelp business dataset contained 70 business attributes for more than 350,000 registered business. Additionally, review tips and likes from 500,000 users have been processed for the project. A Recommendation Model is built to provide Yelp users with recommendations for business categories based on their previous business ratings, as well as the business ratings of other users. Classification Model is implemented to predict the popularity of the business as defining the popular business to have stars greater than 3 and unpopular business to have stars less than 3. Text Analysis model is developed by comparing two algorithms, uni-gram feature extraction and n-feature extraction in Azure ML studio and logistic regression model in Spark. Comparative conclusions have been made related to efficiency of Spark ML and Azure ML for these models.
