Diverse scientific analyses, including microstructure, ICP-AES, SEM-EDS, and P-XRF(Bench Top type and Gun type), were carried out on 6 bronze artefacts which handed from generation to generation. Also, we attempted to study applicability for authenticity of the bronze artefacts using scientific analyses based on the specific element. The results of ICP-AES analysis showed that the bronze were formed from an alloy of Cu, Sn, Pb with trace elements such as Ag, As, Co, Fe, but there were not Zn found. The result of P-XRF are 10~25% lower in Cu and 10~20% higher in Sn than that of ICP-AES. This is because of destannification that the compound of $SnO_2$ are present on the surface. The results of SEM-EDS represented that there is lead segregation. It was difficult to study applicability for authenticity of bronze artefact according to the microstructures and chemical components of the bronze artefacts. Therefore, as bronze artefacts have shown different corrosion materials depending on the buried environment and conserving environment, identifying the authenticity would be possible on the basis of the additional researches on the corrosion and comparative research of ancient art.

The scale of the authenticity perceived by the athletes of the domestic business team was developed. Through this, it is intended to accumulate information and authenticity research on human resource management of unemployment teams. The authenticity scale was developed through a total of 6 steps by referring to previous studies on the scale development process at domestic and international. In the first stage, the basic composition was confirmed through the review of previous studies.In the second stage, preliminary questions were drawn through in-depth interviews with 13 players belonging to the business team. In the third stage, the authenticity attribute and structure were confirmed through an expert meeting. In the fourth stage, the appropriateness of the items was verified through exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis of 248 people. In the 5th stage, 288 subjects were tested for construct validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity through confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and reliability analysis. The sixth step was to verify the relationship through regression analysis with the performance variables to examine the applicability and predictability of the developed scale. Through the above procedures, 4 dimensions of organizational authenticity and 18 measurement items were developed, and 3 dimensions of leader authenticity and 18 measurement items were developed.

With the rapid changes in the digital technology, it is necessary to shift to a new paradigm corresponding to the changing environment was recognized. This study actively explores the possibility of applying new technologies for recordkeeping. This study aimed to investigate the applicability of blockchain to recordkeeping and to develop a new model for recordkeeping based on it. Through a conceptual analysis of blockchain and consideration of the recordkeeping process, a blockchain model that is suitable for the authentication of records was proposed. For this the network structure, the structure of blockchain blocks, a consensus algorithm, and recordkeeping blockchain model were designed. It also predicted potential changes in digital records management when applying blockchain. It predicted change in governance aspects to implement a horizontal cooperation system among the archives.

In the knowledge society, alternative leadership induces voluntary participation by motivating the members through horizontal, emotional approach and responsibility. There is little theoretical discussion about theoretical research on alternative leadership and its applicability in university libraries. In this study, we will discuss the theoretical review of alternative leadership, the change of knowledge management paradigm in university library, the role of manager and librarian, and alternative leadership application. Through this, I would like to suggest the development direction for strengthening the leadership of the librarians who will lead the university library.

Educational web sites are proliferating at an astonishing rate, however many of those web sites are of poor or unknown quality. Educators are in need of instruments to assist in evaluating educational web sites for authenticity, applicability, authorship, bias, and usability, etc. The ability to critically evaluate educational content form numerous web sites is an important skill in this information age. In this paper, indicators of educational web site quality have been identified from literature review and our own research, and classified within 8 categories. To test the relative contribution of each indicator to the satisfaction level from using educational web sites, a questionnaire survey was administered. Subjects were asked to visit the educational web site of his or her choice and rate the quality level of each indicator. 255 completed questionnaires were turned in for analysis. Cronbach's Alpha test and factor analysis were applied to test the reliability and validity of the data. Stepwise regression analysis was applied to test the relationship between the satisfaction level and 14 independent factors. Implications from the statistical analysis as well as the guidelines for evaluating educational web sites were provided.

Blockchain technology has emerged as one of the key technologies of the fourth industrial revolution. Blockchain technology is characterized by being able to verify the authenticity of stored information in a block and whether it is false or falsified, cannot arbitrarily manipulate or delete a particular record, and is capable of transparent audit trail. This study is designed to explore how to apply blockchain technology to record management. For this purpose, we want to approach the code area, the physical area of the blockchain technology, to explore some of the key physical structures, and to derive the applicability of the blockchain technology. By implementing the part of 'Cloud-Record Management System', future record management system model and currently in the process of phasing out step by step, as a modular block chain, I suggest a blockchain network model that can simplify or replace various functions of the current record management process.
