Porcine respiratory disease complex (PRDC) continues to be a significant economic problem to the swine industry. In order to elucidate the etiology of PRDC including porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2), porcine reproductive and respiratory disease syndrome virus (PRRSV), swine influenza virus (SIV), Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (MH), Pasteurella multocida (PM) and Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (APP) in Namwon, the 455 lung samples were randomly collected from slaughtered pigs, examined gross lesions indicative of respiratory disease of lung and classified the lung lesion according to the severity of lung lesions. Two hundred pigs lung tissues with pneumonic lesions were examined for pathogen by PCR. As a result, the numbers of pneumonic lesions were 357 (78.5%), mean pneumonic score ($mean{\pm}SD$) was $2.03{\pm}0.90$ and the highest gross lesion according to stages was 1 (11~20%). In detection of pathogens, PCV2, PRRSV, SIV, MH, APP and PM were positive in 76.5%, 5.0%, 6.0%, 9.0%, 4.5% and 6.0%, respectively and PCV2-MH was the most detected causative pathogens of PRDC in co-infection. In the serological test for PRRSV, PCV2, MH, APP2, APP5, HP and PM, showed high antibody positive rates 93% or more.

Recently, since fine dust has become a serious social problem, air purifiers are in the spotlight as a countermeasure against this. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted R&D on the Smart Autonomous Moving Air Purifier System. The developed Smart Autonomous Moving Air Purifier can improve the limitations of the standard used area of existing air purifiers and perform an air purification function efficiently. In addition, we developed App and Web-based programs together for convenient use of Smart Autonomous Moving Air Purifier. Easily operate three air purification modes (Selection mode, Autonomous highest zone mode, Autonomous instant purification mode) through the App and conveniently monitor statistical values (Recent data, Total data, Warning) anywhere through the Web. And, we showed through test that the proposed Smart Autonomous Moving Air Purifier is more efficient than existing air purifiers.

Recently, as the importance of mobile marketing is emphasized, the in-app advertising market, which inserts ads into applications, is growing. The purpose of this study is to verify the interaction effects of need for cognition, contextual consistency, and product involvement on advertising attitude. The experimental design of this study is a three-way mixed design of 2 (consumer need for cognition: high vs low) × 2 (contextual consistency: context match vs context mismatch) × 2 (product involvement: high vs low). The subjects of the survey were 337 men and women in their 20s and 30s Living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. SPSS 25.0 statistical program was used to analyze frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, three-way ANOVA, and simple main effect analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, contextual consistency of mobile fashion ads showed significant effect on advertising attitude. Second, consumer need for cognition and contextual consistency of mobile fashion ads showed significant interaction effect on advertising attitude. Third, contextual consistency of mobile fashion ads and product involvement showed significant interaction effect on advertising attitude. Finally, product involvement and consumer need for cognition showed a significant interaction effect on advertising attitude. Based on the research results, it will help fashion companies to establish effective mobile in-app advertising strategies.

The objective of this study is to identify the relationships among app attribution(perceived usefulness, design, information quality, and mobility), user satisfaction, trust, and continuous use intention of bus information apps; The structural equation of AMOS 21.0 was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, perceived usefulness, design, information quality, and mobility positively impact user satisfaction. Second, only mobility has a positive effect on trust, but the remaining perceived usefulness, design, and information quality have no effect at the significance level of 5%. Third, user satisfaction has a positive impact on trust and continuous use intention. Fourth, trust has a positive impact on continuous use intention. Therefore, it was confirmed that the characteristics of the bus information mobile app are important influencing factors for the improvement of user satisfaction, trust, and continuous use intention. Local governments and bus companies will be able to establish strategic directions for the activation of bus information mobile apps. The limitation of this study is that it is somewhat lacking in generalizing the study results, so future research needs to focus on improving this part.
The purpose of this study was to provide basic data on preschool children for accident prevention and to improve their health through a sound, safe living environment with safety education established through more systematic methods. Data were collected from 516 preschoolers from 4 to 6 years old using APP paper test which consists of a question and drawing. The children's general characteristics and accident proneness prospect were investigated. The relationship between the children's general characteristics and the accident proneness prospect were analyzed. The findings of the study are as follows : 1. The institution which children attended had a significant difference in accordance with the living safety (p=.015) and behavioral character(p=.033). 2. The housing pattern in which children lived had a significant difference in accordance with the movement speed(p=.027). 3. The children's age had a significant difference in accordance with the living safety(p=.002), traffic safety(p=.001), the reasoning power(p=.000), movement speed(p=.00), movement stability(p=.000) and attentional power(p=.000). 4. The children's sex had a significant difference in accordance with the movement stability and behavioral character (p=.003, p=.008). 5. The children's past accidental experience had a significant difference in accordance with the behavioral character(p=.001). 6. General assessment of the APP test had a significant difference in accordance with the children's age(p=.000) and children's past accidental experience(p=.020).
This study analyzed the effects of 'app-based learning of observing and recording living things' on elementary school students' science-related attitudes. Samples of the study were composed of 24 sixth-grade students attending the science club of N elementary school in Seoul, Korea. The learning was conducted for 12 times over 7 months. 'TOSRA(Test of science-related attitude)' was used to quantitatively analyze the science-related attitudes of elementary school students. To find out more detailed characteristics, records of interview were also gathered and analyzed. The main results of this study are as follows. First, for the paired t-test of science-related attitudes, a statistically significant difference between the pre and post was found. As results of the interview, it was revealed that 'experiences of outdoor activities' greatly influenced the increase of science-related attitudes of the students. Second, in ANCOVA, according to 'gender' there was no statistically significant difference in score of science-related attitudes. But, there was statistically significant difference in science-related attitudes according to 'preferred science subjects' and 'whether individual interest has occurred about observing and recording living'. Based on the results of this study, implications for research of elementary biology education are discussed.

Applicability of $T_{\delta}$ proposed by Shin et al as an instability parameter for ductile material is investigated, Both general fracture test and instability fracture test are performed using compact tension specimens of structural alloy steel(SCM4), The values of ( $T_{\delta}$)$_{app}$(applied tearing modules) estimated from the real load vs. crack growth curve measured from experiments are compared with those estimated from the limit load vs. crack growth curve. The results are:(1) the $T_{\delta}$ parameter may be used as a crack instability parameter:(2) the use of ( $T_{\delta}$)$_{app}$ estimated from the load-crack growth curve, proposed in this study is reasonably justified.ified.d.
