집합주택의 실내환경속성에 대한 거주자 선호에 대한 연구 - 상대적 비교 접근법을 중심으로 - (A Study on Residents' Trade-Off Preference for Interior Environmental Attributes of Multi-Family Housing)

  • This study is a case study to grasp residents` trade-off preference and opinions for selected interior environmental attributes of muilti-family housing. Interiew with structured questionnaire was carried out through pilot and main survey. On the basis of the result of pilot survey, interior environmental attributes for the main survey were selected. Selected attributes were the size of each residential room, the degree of openness between two rooms and interior facilities. Among them, trade-off approach was applied to the size of each residential room and interior facilities. For the main survey. 45 housewives living in 31 pyung apartment of a selected construction company to grasp the residents` trade-off preference and opinions on the selected attributes. In terms of the size of each room, subjects wanted the room to be lager, whereas master bedroom smaller, and family bathroom larger, wheareas toilet near master bedroom smaller. In terms of the degree of openness between two rooms, the present degree of openness between private and service area such as living room and balcony, and second bedroom and adjacent balcony need to be more open, whereas the present degree of openness between living room and dining room and between living room and kitchen need to be more closed. The comparative orders of important intems were the ventilation facility in the bathroom, drying poles for clothes in the balcony, interior landscape, and workable for hand washing clothes. In conclusion, measurement of preference using trade-off approach about selected interior environmental attributes in post-occupancy evaluation was regarded as a promising evaluation method to grasp the practical and comparative preference under constraints comparing to the typical existing methods.

베네시안 블라인드의 높이와 슬랫각도 조절에 따른 계절별 실내주광분포 분석 (Daylight Assessment of Venetian Blind by Shading Heights and Slat Angles)

  • Aims of this study is to investigate the daylighting control strategy of venetian blind system was performed as a function of ratio of shading height to window and slat angles in the preliminary stage of the parametric study. Floor-to-ceiling window walls of living spaces are used widely in apartment buildings since the Korean government has legally allowed elimination of the balcony area. Enlarging living area by balcony elimination, the larger glass area of window is exposed to the direct sunlight. As a common sunlight controlling device, blind system can be used in all orientations and all latitudes and it may obstruct, absorb, reflect and transmit solar radiation to building by proper adjusting. However, blind system can produce discomfort in occupant and less energy efficiency, if it has not been controlled optimally. The simulation model was based on the unit module of typical living space with balcony elimination. The room dimension was $6.0m(w){\times}6.9m(d){\times}2.7m(h)$ with floor to ceiling height of 2.5m. The blind system was simulated at five slat angles (horizontal, $30^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$ upward and downward tilted) and the four ratio of shading height to window (fully closed, partly opened, no-blind) using the Desktop RADIANCE 2.0 program. The series of simulation results indicates that the advantages of available daylight and outside of view can be improved by proper adjusting blind system.

공동주택의 개성화.차별화를 위한 여유실 확보 계획 기법 (Unit Planning Methods of Apartment with Extra Rooms for enhancing Characteristics and Individualities)

  • 현대인의 다양한 삶, 다원화된 욕구, 개성적인 삶의 추구 등은 주택수요의 다원화로 나타나고 주택 수요자의 소득 및 생활수준의 향상, 소비 행태의 고급화와 새로운 주거공간에의 요구 등은 과거와 같은 표준적인 평면형으로부터 보다 개성적이고 다양한 주거공간에 대한 창출을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 다원화 개성화된 주택 수요자층에 대한 인식을 배경으로 여유있는 생활을 위하여 부가된 여분의 공간임과 동시에 다른 집과 차별화되고 자신만의 개성 창출이 가능한 공간으로서 수요자의 개별적 요구에 대응할 수 있는 여유실(여유공간)을 확보할 수 있는 계획 기법을 다양한 사례 조사를 통해 분석 정리하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 결과 여유실 확보 계획 기법으로는 1)거실-침실 부분 평면선택의 활용, 2)부부 전용공간 평면선택형의 활용, 3)전이공간의 삽입과 여분 공간의 활용, 4)주방과 인접한 주부 전용공간의 삽입, 5)발코니 공간의 적극적 활용 등으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 계획 기법을 다양한 사례를 통해 제시해 주는 것에도 주력하고자 하였다.

외기에 면한 초고층 아파트 천정 내부결로 예측 (Forecast on Internal Condensation at Ceiling of Super-high Apartment Building Faced with Open Air)

  • 본 연구는 외기에 면한 초고층 아파트 최상층부의 발코니 천장내부에 있는 H-Beam(내화피복+단열재로 구성)과 Parepet 부위 내부결로 발생가능성에 대한 예측을 해 봄으로써 해당공간 거주자의 쾌적한 환경 만족 및 불안을 해소 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 외주부를 성하고 있는 Curtain wall, Stone panel 또는 슬래브 바닥하부 등의 열적 취약공간에 대해 2차원 정상상태(온도평형) 열전도해석 Program을 이용, 온도예측과 온도분포해적을 통해 해당부위의 습기압분포에 따른 내부결로 예측을 실시하였다.

  • In order to handle the crisis about energy-environment problem, it is necessary to develop the future-oriented and innovative energy technology in architecture area. So the development of new technology for energy saving and alternative energy use has been spurred in this area. Double skin window system, which is an active covering to respond to the exterior change of the environment, is the skill that can reduce the indoor cooling and heating load and the environmental architecture can be realized. This study works out U-value of windows using the window-simulation program with the development and study of the double skin. In addition, the effect of the double skin insulation on the efficiency rating has been analyzed, applying to the certification system of the building energy efficiency rating which has implemented.

  • 선진 각국에서는 방화안전의 구현과 소방기술의 발전을 위하여 화재실험을 통하여 화재현상을 관측, 공학적으로 파악하려는 노력을 경주하여 왔다. 실물화재 실험은, 건축 공간의 안전을 확보하기 위한 공법개발과, 계획방법의 발전, 소화시스템 성능 기준의 결정을 위하여 시행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 국내거주상황을 대표하는 공동주택을 대상으로 실물화재 실험을 시도하여, 실험기술 자체를 확보함과 동시에, 공간화재예측에 요구되는 기초데이터를 획득하고, 취약부위를 도출하므로써 소기의 결과를 이끌어 내었다.

중국 연변 조선족 집합주택의 취사 및 식사공간에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Space for Cooking and Dinning of Multi-family Housing at Yanji City in China.)

  • Recently, the space organization of Korean-Chinese houses is different from that of other territories. The characteristics of eating and dinning space for Korean-Chinese Multi-family Housing are as follows ; ⅰ) The most obvious change in Korean-Chinese urban housing style was seen in kitchen space, which can be classify three types such as traditional type, improved type, and LDK type on the bases of heating and cooking method. ⅱ) Special feature of Korean-Chinese housing in Yanji city was that kitchen fulfilled important functions such as heating, cooking, dinning, sleeping, bathing and washing. Since then, each function was separated and functions of kitchen were cut down after all. iii) The arrangement of kitchen space have changeed according to the change of heating fuel, heating system, equipment, relatcd policy, etx. Multi-function kitchen discovered only in Yanji had lasted until 1980's by equipping heating floor system, which is suitable for sit-down living style. In 1990's, this kitchen style was prohibited legally, and the balcony area of kitchen widened due to the abolition of outdoor storehouse for foodstuff.

  • Window system is an essential component for ventilation, lighting, and thermal environment in buildings. However, window system has the lowest insulation performance and may cause high energy consumptions, if it is not properly designed. Thus, performance of window systems play an important role in built environment. This study proposes a new window systems for balcony, which has double vents and analyses the thermal performance using an intergrated simulation method with Therm 6.1 and Widow 6.1. The result shows higher U-factor than conventional window systems. It is expected that the double vent window system can increase thermal performance and save energy in apartment houses.
