Barrage is an interactive method based on video, and the video itself is visualized from the viewer's point of view to play people's emotions, and it already has an advantage in communication by attracting people's attention using stories and plays. Advances in digital and mobile technology have enabled video viewing anytime, anywhere. Due to the nature of the barrage site that relies on the same video content or playback to participate in video sharing through computers or mobile clients, a barrage that can express users' feelings and thoughts will be added, breaking down the limit of content acceptance by a single user. Barrage satisfy users' entertainment needs, and their influence is growing. Gradually, they are heading to offline movie theaters and TV from barrage videos on the Internet. Attempts to function as offline ammunition facilitated technological innovation for media convergence by converging mobile media with PCs and screens. At the same time, the trend of media convergence shown by coal screens is also a trend of overall technological development. A barrage is an extension of human communication skills. The properties of the barrage fit well with the need for experiential marketing (via video). It can provide a visual experience and create an atmosphere of "surrounding and watching" and eliminate loneliness. Barrage itself provides a function to comment on videos, which is a trigger point for the reason, and donation adds to the amount of information in the video, adding to the fun of the video. Through the barrage, sarcastic, teasing, and expressing emotions can bring entertainment experiences, and users can produce and communicate their shooting text while consuming the satisfaction brought by the shooting. At the same time, Barrage attaches great importance to the needs of the masses, is more individual and diversified, and has commercial significance in line with the current development trend of the Internet. As a new interactive method, barrage contains huge potential value. However, the impact of the interactive way of barrage should also be viewed from a dialectical point of view, how to solve the difficulties in the development of barrage. The way to solve the difficulties in the development of barrage is worth studying. This research will analyze the reasons for the development of barrage and the analysis of Chinese barrage websites, the case analysis of barrage videos, the exploration of the characteristics and values of barrage, and the problems in the process of barrage communication. As a study of the blended learning method on design education through the blended learning method, I would like to propose that more advanced learner-led customized design education is possible. Understanding in face-to-face classes and advantages in non-face-to-face classes can be supplemented in an appropriate way in remote classes. Advanced artificial intelligence and big data technology can provide personalized and subdivided learning materials and effective learning methods tailored to learners' levels and interests based on quantified data in design classes. In this paper, it was proposed to maximize the efficiency of the class by applying a method that exceeds the limitations of time and space through the proposal of the A La Carte model (A La Carte). It is a remote class that can be heard anytime, anywhere, and it is also possible to bridge the educational quality and educational gap provided to students living in underprivileged areas. As the goal of fostering creative convergence-type future talents, it is changing with a rapid technological development speed. It is necessary to adapt to the change in learning methods in line with this. An analysis of the infographic virtual space design and construction process through the A La Carte model (A La Carte) proposal was presented. Rather than simply acquiring knowledge, it is expected that knowledge can be sorted, distinguished, learned, and easily reborn with its own knowledge.

As crimes frequently occur on the street, the spread of CCTV is increasing. However, due to the shortcomings of passively operated CCTV, the need for intelligent CCTV is attracting attention. Due to the heavy system of such intelligent CCTV, high-performance devices are required, which has a problem in that it is expensive to replace the general CCTV. To solve this problem, an intelligent CCTV system that recognizes low-quality images and operates even on devices with low performance is required. Therefore, this paper proposes a Saying CCTV system that can detect threats in real time by using the AWS cloud platform to lighten the system and convert images into text. Based on the data extracted using YOLO v4 and OpenPose, it is implemented to determine the risk object, threat behavior, and threat situation, and calculate the risk using machine learning. Through this, the system can be operated anytime and anywhere as long as the network is connected, and the system can be used even with devices with minimal performance for video shooting and image upload. Furthermore, it is possible to quickly prevent crime by automating meaningful statistics on crime by analyzing the video and using the data stored as text.

Purpose: To investigate the healing effect of 21 patients with chronic back pain, shoulder pain, and knee arthritis by a Qigong. Methods: The study performed by hand injection of a Soojung Qi-therapy. Results: Ten patients (47.6%) had low back pain, eight (38%) had frozen shoulders, and three (14.3%) had knee arthritis. Satisfaction after five times of the Qi-healing was 72% in those who returned to normal and 14% in those who improved. When the maximum pain level set at 5.0, the difference between before and after healing was 3.33 in arthritis subjects, 3.75 in fifty shoulder subjects, and 3.80 in low back pain. In general, the degree of pain decreased as the number of healings increased. In particular, even after the first healing, the pain reduction of the subjects was high in arthritis, frozen shoulders, and low back pain. That is, there was a possibility of controlling pain with only one Qi-healing. Conclusions: Soojung Qi-therapy is one of the natural healing treatments because it reduces fast pains and accessible to handling anytime and anywhere. Conclusions: With Qi-therapy, arthritis, frozen shoulder, and lumbago patients almost recovered to their original shape. Therefore, Qi-therapy regarded as one of the useful natural healing therapies.

The demand for lifelong education is increasing. Individuals, organizations, and groups are creating an environment where anyone can learn anytime, anywhere while conducting educational and learning activities. The propagation of Christianity in Korea began with education. For churches that own various human and material resources, their functions and roles in the region are more important. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the role and function of church lifelong education in the community to view church lifelong education as a mission tool. It examines the significance of church lifelong education, the biblical basis for church lifelong education, and the history of church lifelong education. It also examines the role of the church in the community and its functional basis for lifelong education. I would like to present the meaning of church lifelong education as a community mission tool. Through the practice of church lifelong education, local residents have a positive perception of the church, and it can be seen that the church provides an opportunity for evangelism. It is now necessary for churches with various advantages to implement lifelong education to revitalize church lifelong education as a missionary tool for local missionary work.

The growth of the live commerce market allows you to conveniently and simply start live commerce anytime, anywhere with a smartphone. The use of smartphone services provides continuous communication and is used while feeling psychological attachment, and it leads to psychological attachment, self-consistency with consumers themselves, and self-identity. This study focuses on the motives and perceptions of consumers using live commerce. In other words, we will examine the relationship with service attachment through the moderating effect of self-efficacy and control focus tendency as consumers' personal and psychological characteristics. In other words, the tendency of regulatory focus, which determines the direction of behavior of consumers according to their motives and goals, affects the service attachment of live commerce. We believe that self-efficacy, which is personal confidence and belief that you can plan and execute on your own for the desired outcome in a given situation or task, will control this relationship. As a result of this research, consumers who highly perceive prevention focus were more likely to avoid negative consequences and pursue safety and obligations. Their attachment to live commerce services was stronger, offsetting their confidence and self-efficacy. When using live commerce services, the more they perceive that information acquisition is beneficial, the higher their belief, and self-efficacy, so service attachment, which is an emotional experience as well as a cognitive experience, is strongly formed for consumers with a preventive focus to avoid safety-seeking and negative consequences. Through the present research results, we believe that it will be helpful in operating strategies and management for companies and small business owners who want to understand the psychological behavior of consumers in using live commerce services.

The importance of hydrogen fuel cells continues to be emphasized, and there is a growing demand for education and training in this field. Among various educational environments, metaverse education is opening a new era of change in the global education industry, especially to adapt to remote learning. The most significant change that the metaverse has brought to education is the shift from one-way, instructor-centered, and static teaching approaches to multi-directional and dynamic ones. It is expected that the metaverse can be effectively utilized in hydrogen fuel cell engineer education, not only enhancing the effectiveness of education by enabling learning and training anytime, anywhere but also reducing costs associated with engineering education.In this research, inspired by these ideas, we are designing a fuel cell education platform. We have created a platform that combines theoretical and practical training using the metaverse. Key aspects of this research include the development of educational training content to increase learner engagement, the configuration of user interfaces for improved usability, the creation of environments for interacting with objects in the virtual world, and support for convergence services in the form of digital twins.

Nowadays, organizations have adopted Smart Work to efficiently manage tasks, such as electronic document approval, customer management, and site inspection, without spatial-temporal constraints. Smartphones, which are commonly used in Smart Work, enable individuals to perform their jobs anytime and anywhere, thus blurring the boundary between work and non-work. To solve the problem of blurred work/non-work boundaries, a construct of self-control and affective factors needs to be considered because business style is changed from command to autonomy in the Smart Work context. Moreover, employees can convey their emotions easily over smartphones. Recent marketing studies have analyzed consumers' behavior based on the combination of cognitive, affective, and behavioral components, and researchers of information systems are also interested in these factors. However, previous research has some limitations, such as not classifying factors into cognitive, affective, and behavioral as well as not covering all three factors. Therefore, we explore the roles of cognitive, affective, and behavioral components in emotional exhaustion and education performance, and conduct a survey on undergraduate and graduate students, who are the major users of smartphones. Findings show that when individuals improve their cognitive capability (self-control) and usage experience (smartphone communication and internet usage), they can decrease emotional exhaustion and increase education performance. In the role of affective capability, increasing education performance is partially accepted. These results imply that organizations should not focus on controlling the usage of smartphones but on promoting appropriate smartphone usage.

E-learning has improved the educational effect by making it possible to learn anytime and anywhere by escaping the traditional infusion education. As the use of e-learning system increases with the increasing popularity of e-learning, it has become important to measure e-learning satisfaction. In this study, we used the mixed research method to identify satisfaction factors of e-learning. The mixed research method is to perform both qualitative research and quantitative research at the same time. As a quantitative research, we collected reviews in Udemy.com by text mining. Then we classified high and low rated lectures and applied topic modeling technique to derive factors from reviews. Also, this study conducted an in-depth 1:1 interview on e-learning learners as a qualitative research. By combining these results, we were able to derive factors of e-learning satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Based on these factors, we suggested ways to improve e-learning satisfaction. In contrast to the fact that survey-based research was mainly conducted in the past, this study collects actual data by text mining. The academic significance of this study is that the results of the topic modeling are combined with the factor based on the information system success model.

Like to change to the information-oriented society, the guard service needs to be changed. The communication and hardware technology develop rapidly and according to the internet environment change from cable to wireless, modern person can approach every kinds of information service using wireless communication machinery which can be moved such as laptop, computer, PDA, mobile phone and so on, LBS field which presents the needing information and service at anytime, anywhere, and which kinds of device expands it's territory all the more together with the appearance of ubiquitous concept. LBS use the chip in the mobile phone and make to confirm the position of the joining member anytime within several tens centimeters to hundreds meters. LBS can be divided by the service method which use mobile communication base station and apply satellite. Also each service type can be divided by location chase service, public safe service, location based information service and so on, and it is the part which will plan with guard service development. It will be prospected 8.460 hundred million in 2005 years and 16.561 hundred million in 2007 years scale of market. Like this situation, it can be guessed that the guard service has to change rapidly according to the LBS application. Study method chooses documentary review basically, and at first theory method mainly uses the second documentary examination which depends on learned journal and independent volume which published in the inside and the outside of the country, internet searching, other kinds of all study report, statute book, thesis which published at public order research institute of the Regional Police Headquarter, police operation data, data which related with statute, documents and statistical data which depend on private guard company and so on. So the purpose of the study gropes in accordance with the LBS application, and present the problems and improvement method to analyze indirect of manager side of operate guard adaptation service of LBS, government side which has to activate LBS, systematical, operation management, manpower management and education training which related with guard course side which has to study and educate in accordance with application of the new guard service, as well as intents to excellent quality service of guard.
