폴리에스터섬유의 제전성 및 결정화 거동 (Antistatic Property and Crystalization Behavior of Polyester Fiber)

  • 축중합조에 제전제를 첨가하여 중합한 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)의 제전성과 결정화 거동에 대하여 연구하였다. 제전제 성분중 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG) 성분에 의해 제전 PET의 유리전이온도와 용융 온도가 낮아졌다. 제전PET의 결정화속도는 결정화온도가 감소함에 따라 억제되었다. 제전PET의 열적성질과 결정화 거동은 제전제 성분중 알킬나트륨설포네이트 보다는 PEG 함량에 영향을 받았다. 따라서 제전성은 발현하는 주요 성분은 PEG였다. 알킬나트륨설포네이트는 제전폴리에스터 폴리머의 용융점도를 향상시키는 역할을 하는 것으로 판단된다.

아크릴우레탄 폴리머의 합성과 대전방지특성 (Synthesis and Antistatic Property of Acryl Urethane Polymer)

  • Antistatic acrylic resin is made from n-butyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, dimethyl amino ethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA), 2-ethyl hexyl methacrylate, hydroxy ethyl methacrylate, 2,2'-azobis iso-butyronitrile by synthesis. To achieve a lowest surface resistance of antistatic acrylic resin was applied to a variety of synthesis processes. The acrylic resin has been determined from the value of surface resistance and -then the antistatic acrylic resin including dimethyl amino ethyl methacrylate of the 10%, 20% and 30% is synthesized. Finally, dimethyl sulfate(DMS) on a variety of weight ratios is added to antistatic acrylic resin. When DMAEMA / DMS weight ratio is 1/1, antistatic acrylic resin isn't haze the lower the surface resistance. Compared to the traditional antistatic agent, all aspects of the physical properties is outstanding.

  • A simple and economic antistatic agent, (2-methacryloyloxyethyl)acid phosphate (acryl phosphate), was synthesized via the reaction of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate with phosphorus pentoxide. The acryl phosphate antistatic agent, synthesized in this study, was introduced into poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) resin via copolymerization with MMA. This antistatic agent provides the PMMA matrix with excellent antistatic properties, including surface resistance and electric charge. A comparison of the present antistatic agent with other commercial agents demonstrated the excellence of not only its electrical, but also its thermal and mechanical properties.

리튬 불소계 화합물과 4차 암모늄염을 사용한 대전방지제의 표면저항 및 대전방지필름의 특성 평가 (Surface Resistance of Antistatic Agent Using Lithium-Fluoro Compound and Quaternary Ammonium Salt and Characteristics Evaluation of Antistatic Film)

  • 낮은 표면저항값과 높은 투과도가 요구되는 LCD용 대전방지필름에 사용할 수 있는 무색상을 지닌 대전방지제를 개발하였다. 리튬 불소계 화합물과 4차 암모늄염 중에서 전기전도도를 바탕으로 대전방지 물질을 선정하고 대전방지제를 제조하여 표면저항값을 측정하였다. 그 결과 대체적으로 전도도가 높은 물질이 비교적 낮은 표면저항값 즉 상대적으로 양호한 대전방지 성능을 보여주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 선정된 대전방지 물질을 중심으로 최적의 대전방지제를 제조하는 배합비를 실험계획법을 통하여 수립하고 각 인자들이 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 대전방지 물질로 사용한 리튬 불소계 화합물의 사용량이 많을수록, 상대적으로 다관능기를 갖는 올리고머의 사용비율이 높을수록 표면저항값이 작게 나타났다. 4차 암모늄염은 리튬 불소계 화합물의 대전방지 성능을 증가시켰으나 사용량에 따른 영향은 상대적으로 크지 않았다. 대전방지용 PET 필름을 제조한 후 특성을 평가한 결과 낮은 표면저항값(<109 Ω/sq.) 및 높은 투과도(>92%), 낮은 헤이즈(<0.5%) 및 높은 백색도(L>95)를 나타내었다. 또한 고온 고습의 조건하에서도 10% 이내의 안정적인 표면저항 변화율을 보임으로서 대전방지필름의 신뢰도가 아주 우수함을 확인하였다.

Also we synthesized quaternary ammonium salts which give antistatic property and crosslinking agents which make antistatic agents adhere to fiber. The treatment of synthesized antistatic agents on polyester fabric carried out at the condition of various concentrations, treatment times and temperatures. The antistatic property, handle characteristics and other properties of treated and untreated polyester fabrics were also investigated.

  • In this study, TPU resin for coating was prepared by varying the mixing ratio of antistatic TPU and recycled TPU to manufacture permanent antistatic materials. The coated yarn was prepared by coating on the nylon yarn, and then the thermal, rheological, mechanical properties and antistatic properties were analyzed. In addition, antistatic properties and durability were confirmed after manufacturing UD fabrics using coated yarns. The mixing ratio of antistatic TPU and recycled TPU was most appropriate at 4:6, and the antistatic property had a surface resistance of 2.20 × 109 Ω and a static charge of 398 V. In the coating process, the coating speed was most appropriate at 0.21 m/s, and the surface resistance of the UD fabric manufactured with the coated yarn manufactured under this condition was 6.80 × 109 Ω and the static charge was 484 V. The UD fabric had a surface resistance of 7.21 × 109 Ω and a static charge of 517 V after washing 10 times, and it was confirmed that the permanent antistatic property was excellent.

대전방지처리된 물질의 정전기 대전특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Electrostatic Characteristics of the Materials Treated by Antistatic Additives)

  • There are many methods to move or reduce the static electricity which often causes disasters in Industry, etc. The methods may Include grounding of a potentially-charged body, use of antistatic materials, humidification of an atmosphere, use of static electricity eliminators. Among those methods, the one utilizing antistatic materials is widely used in the industrial fields due to its effectiveness and inexpectiveness. In Korea, safety regulations and technical standards are not sufficient for applying to industrial fields as electrostatic disaster prevention measures due to the shortage of practically verified and reliable data. The propose of this paper is to examine the electrostatic characteristics of the antistatic materials and non-antistatic ordinary materials under the various conditions of different temperature and humidity.

  • 제전성 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)에 열안정제를 첨가하여 수분율과 고유점도의 거동변화를 연구하였다. 제전 PET의 최종 수분율은 건조시간보다는 건조온도의 함수로 나타났다. 용융방사후 제전 PET의 고유점도 강하는 수분율이 증가함에 따라 증가했다. 용융방사후 제전 PET의 고유점도가 감소했는데 이것은 제전제 성분중 폴리옥시알킬렌글리콜(POAG) 성분의 열화 열분해에 의한 것이다. 열안정제로서 trimethylphosphate(TMP)를 사용하는 것보다 triphenylphosphate(TPP)를 사용한 것이 더 효과적이었다. 열안정제로서 TPP를 300ppm 사용한 것이 용융방사후 고유점도의 저하가 적었다.

정전기 재해예방을 위한 제전복의 제전특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Antistatic characteristics of Antistatic Garments for the Prevention of Static Electricity Hazards)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate electrostatic charge condition and possibility of electrostatic hazards in case of putting on synthetic smocks and antistatic garments for the purpose of prevention of electrostatic hazards due to a human body electrical charge. It is shown in case of a synthetic smocks, electrostatic voltage by friction is about 2,900 (V), half life period is 12 second, and electrostatic charge is 1.4―1.8 ($\mu$ C). When putting on a synthetic smocks, electrostatic voltage is 2,500―2,800(V). When putting on a jumper of chemical fiber, electrostatic voltage is 8,000(V) . It is, therfore, possible to cause a electrostatic hazards. It is also shown in case of a antistatic garments, electrostatic voltage by friction is 87(V) ―280(V) (washing 90 times), half life period is 3―5 second, and electrostatic charge is 0.24―0.28($\mu$ C) which is much lower than 0.6($\mu$ C) limitation of fire and explosion occurance. When putting on a antistatic garments, electrostatic voltage is 10(V) ―125(V). In conclusion, it is shown when putting on a antistatic garments it is possible to prevent a electrostatic hazards such as fire or explosion due to human body, to prevent a destruction of semiconductor elements and capacity decline, and to prevent a misoperation of automation facilities and semiconductor electric and electronic products.
