  • This paper presents a tuning-free conditional integration anti-windup strategy for induction machine with Proportional-Integral (PI) type speed controller. The on/off condition of integral action is determined by the frequency domain analysis of machine torque command without a prior knowledge of set-point changes. There are no tuning parameters to be selected by users for anti-windup scheme. In addition, the dynamic performance of the proposed scheme assures a desired tracking response curve with minimal oscillation and settling time even in the change of operating conditions. This algorithm is useful in many high performance induction machine applications not to allow the oscillation and overshoot of speed/torque responses. The main idea can be extended to general applications such as chemical processes and industrial robots.

  • RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) 기술은 RF 신호를 사용하여 물품에 부착된 전자 태그(tag)를 인식하는 자동인식 기술이다.

  • The power supply for the anti-aircraft radar homing sensor should allow the system to receive power quickly and stably without the influence of noise. For this purpose, DC-DC converters are widely used for reliable power conversion. Also, switching of DC-DC converters Frequency noise should not cause false alarms and ghosts that may affect the detection and tracking performance of the system, and it should have a check function that can monitor power in real time while the homing sensor is operating. In order to apply to anti-aircraft radar homing sensor, we developed a multi-output switching power supply with maximum output 𐩒𐩒𐩒 W, efficiency 80% or more (@100% load), output power by receiving 28VDC input, and power supply to achieve more than 80% efficiency. A DC-DC converter was applied to this large output, and the multi-output flyback method was applied to the rest of the low-power output.

  • Load Variation effects on the system driving performance. Therefore, this paper presents as a application example of Anti-windup method using general incremental form for a gun servo system of load variation involved. Also, this method can be easily implemented compared to gain scheduling technique.

  • The most important thing in acontainer terminal is to handle the cargo effectively in the limited time available. To achieve this objective, many strategies have been introduced and applied. To create an automated container terminal, it is necessary for the cargo handling equipment to be equipped with more intelligent control systems. From the middle of the 1990's, automated rail-mounted gantry cranes (RMGC) and rubber-tired gantry cranes (RTG) have been widely used to handle containers in yards. Recently, many pieces of equipment, like CCD cameras and sensors, have beenmounted in these cranes to cope with the automated terminal environment. In this paper, we try to support the development of more intelligent automated cranes, which allow for more effective cargo handling in yards. For this purpose, the modeling, tracking control, anti-sway system design, skew motion suppressing, and complicated motion control and suppressing problems must be considered. Especially, in this paper, the system modeling and a new tracking control approach are discussed, and an experimental study is performed based on a two-degree-of-freedom (2DOF) servosystem design.

  • In this paper, It is tested by spraying the spoiled liquids on the materials to prove the process of tracking under the various environments. Our experiments ware examined by setting the materials in the spray chamber, and by spraying the distilled water(DW), the city water(CW), the underground water(UW), the artificial acid rain(AR) and the salt water(SW) in applied voltage 3-6[KV]. As the result, the time of tracking breakdown became shorter in the order of DW < CW < UW < AR < SW. XLPE was eroded and its anti-bracking property was very strong, but that of PVC sheath was week. Especially it was confirmed that spraying by AR and SW on the PVC sheath had a serious effect on the lifetime of cable by the tracking breakdown.

  • The output of the controller is said to exceed the input limits of the plant being controlled when a control system operates in a non-linear region. This process is called the windup phenomenon. The windup phenomenon is not preferable in the control system because it leads to performance degradation, such as overshoot and system instability. Many anti-windup strategies involve switching, where the integral component differently operates between the linear and the non-linear states. The range of state for the non-overshoot performance is better illustrated by the boundary integral error plane than the proportional-integral (PI) plane in windup inspection. This study proposes a PI controller with a separate closed-loop integral controller and reference value set with respect to the input command and external torque. The PI controller is compared with existing conventional proportional integral, conditional integration, tracking back calculation, and integral state prediction schemes by using ScicosLab simulations. The controller is also experimentally verified on a direct current motor under no-load and loading conditions. The proposed controller shows a promising potential with its ability to eliminate overshoot with short settling time using the decoupling mode in both conditions.
