임상 물리치료사의 업무환경 및 전문성 제도화에 대한 태도가 직업만족도에 미치는 융복합적 영향 (Convergence Influence of Clinical Physical Therapist's Attitude toward Work Environment and Professionalization on Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 임상 물리치료사들의 업무 환경 및 전문성 제도화에 대한 태도가 직업 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아 보고자 실시하였다. 이 연구는 설문지를 이용한 횡단적 연구로서 병원에서 근무하고 있는 물리치료사 356명을 대상으로 하였다. 결과에서는 20대, 여성, 임상 경력이 낮은 물리치료사, 병원급에서 근무하는 물리치료사가 직업 만족도가 낮았다. 대부분의 물리치료사들의 전문성을 위한 제도가 필요하다고 하였고 직업 만족도가 낮을수록 전문 제도 도입의 필요성에 대한 태도가 높았다. 직업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 학력과 연봉이었다. 따라서, 물리치료사들의 직업 만족도를 향상시키기 위하여서 연봉의 개선과 전문성을 위한 학습이 직업 만족도 향상에 중요한 역할을 하고 있었다. 전문성을 갖추기 위한 제도 도입을 통한 자기 계발과 업무의 전문화는 물리치료사의 직업 만족도를 향상시키기 위하여 중요한 것으로 보인다.

임상치과위생사의 임파워먼트에 관한 연구 (A study on Empowerment of the Clinical Dental Hygienists)

  • 치과위생사가 지각하고 있는 임파워먼트 정도와 병원조직 내에서 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 관계를 파악하여 치과의료 발전에 도움이 될 기초자료를 제공하고자 2010년 3월22일부터 4월 30일까지 서울에 소재하고 있는 일부 치과의료기관을 임의추출하여 재직하고 있는 여자 치과위생사 256명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 설문지를 이용하여 일반적 특성, 임파워먼트에 관한 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 모든 자료는 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 연구대상자의 임파워먼트 수준은 3.63이었고, 근무경력, 연봉이 많을수록 임파워먼트가 높아 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 2. 교육 상담업무(p<0.01), 정규직(p<0.05)에서 임파워먼트가 높았다. 3. 역량성과 연령, 근무경력, 연봉은 상관관계가 있었다(p<0.01). 4. 자기결정성과 연령(p<0.05), 근무경력(p<0.01), 연봉(p<0.05)은 유의한 상관성이 있었다. 5. 회귀분석 결과, 임파워먼트와 유의한 관련성이 있는 요인은 근무경력(p<0.05)이었다. 결론적으로 직무관련 치과위생사의 임파워먼트는 근무경력, 연봉, 교육 상담업무, 정규직에서 높게 나타났다. 이로써 치과조직은 효율적인 인력관리를 통해 조직의 역량과 효과성을 높여야하며, 특히 치과위생사가 전문직으로서의 독자적인 의사결정이나 역할수행을 통해 스스로 임파워먼트를 증진시킬 수 있는 리더십 훈련과 다양한 교육프로그램 개발이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

The Polarization of Wealth: The Effect of Support of Knowledge Management on Knowledge Management Activity and Company Performance

  • This study attempts to verify effects of CEO' supports, compensation and educational training and those of individual annual salaries and company's sales on promotion of knowledge management expected to contribute to enhancing construction industry's competitiveness, from the perspective of person-organization fit. For the analysis, a total of 368 effective questionnaires were used to conduct independent sample t-test, regression analysis and hierarchical moderated regression analysis. The findings show that individual annual salaries have a positive relationship with company's performance and company's sales also have positive relationships with both knowledge management activities and company performance, and CEO's supports, compensation and educational training are important factors that can improve knowledge management activities. In addition, the principle that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer is also operated in construction industry, as in other industries. Therefore, members in a company should conduct optimal strategies to enhance the knowledge management activities through selection and concentration, while governmental agencies require the establishment of IT system for it and supports for related cost and consulting of it.

노인요양시설에 근무하는 작업치료사의 근무관련 특성과 직무스트레스와 상관성 연구 (The Correlations Between Job-Stress And Job-Relation Feature in Occupational Therapist Working in Nursing Home Facility)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 노인요양시설에서 근무하는 작업치료사의 직무 스트레스와 근무관련 특성과의 상관관계를 알아봄으로써 향후 스트레스를 측정하고 관리하는데 필요한 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구의 대상은 노인요양시설에서 근무하고 있는 작업치료사로서 2012년 5월 12일부터 6월 30일까지 온라인과 오프라인 설문방법으로 총 46부를 수집하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 직무스트레스 8개 요인 중 전문직으로서의 갈등, 전문지식과 기술의 부족, 대인관계상의 문제, 상사(국장, 과장 등)와의 관계 및 업무상 갈등, 치료의 한계에 대한 심적 부담, 부적절한 대우 및 보상 등 6개 요인이 근무연수, 보수총액, 치료 외 근무, 직장의 안정성과 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 결론 : 본 연구는 노인요양시설에서 근무하는 작업치료사들의 직무스트레스와 그 요인들을 알아보고자 하였다. 직무스트레스 요인 평균은 3.52점으로 높은 수준이었으며, 스트레스 수준을 낮추기 위해 작업치료사들을 대상으로 꾸준한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

상급종합병원과 종합병원 일반병동의 간호관리료 차등제 간호사 배치기준 및 수가체계 개선방안 (Recommendation for the Amendment of Inpatient Nursing Fee Schedules Based on Nurse Staffing Standards in General Wards of Tertiary Hospitals and General Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to recommend a revision of inpatient nursing fees based on analyzing current and appropriate staffing levels. Methods: Staffing grades and their inpatient nursing fees as of the first quarter of 2022 were analyzed. Nurse managers and staff nurses answered surveys about the current and appropriate staffing levels, working days, and monthly salary. A total of 101 nurse managers and 588 staff nurses working in general wards at tertiary hospitals and general hospitals participated in the study. Results: The results showed that grade 1 staffing was found in 73.3% of tertiary hospitals and 63.7% of general hospitals. The current staffing ratios of tertiary hospitals and general hospitals were 1:9.3 and 1:10.4, respectively. The appropriate staffing ratios according to nurse managers and staff nurses at tertiary hospitals were 1:7.6 and 1:7.0, respectively, and 1:8.7 and 1:8.8 in general hospitals, respectively. The average estimated annual working days of staff nurses were 235.2 days in tertiary hospitals and 240.0 days in general hospitals. The median monthly salary for staff nurses was 4.957 million won in tertiary hospitals and 4.140 million won in general hospitals. The new staffing grade system was suggested from 1:6 (Grade 1) to 1:12 (Grade 5). The new inpatient nursing fee schedules were recommended to be paid based on nursing hours per patient day of each grade. Conclusion: The new staffing grade and inpatient nursing fee schedules are expected to increase staffing levels, improve the quality of nursing care, and provide a better work environment for nurses.

일부지역 치과위생사의 직무만족과 대인관계문제에 따른 행복지수 (Happiness index according to job satisfaction and interpersonal problems of dental hygienists in some regions)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify Happiness index according to job satisfaction and interpersonal problems of dental hygienists in some regions Methods: The subjects of this study were dental hygienists working in dental hospitals in Busan and Gyeongnam. from 1 July 2021 to 30 August 2021 a number of total 198. The structured questionnaire was surveyed and analyzed by self- entry. The collected data were analyzed using an IBM SPSS ver. 20.0. Results: The interpersonal problem were higher in the group under 25 years of age, with, less than 1 year of experience and less than 2-4 year of experience. Happiness index were higher over than 31 year of age. the happiness index was higher in the age group 31 years or older, with more than 5 years of experience, more than 7 days of vacation, work intensity that was tolerable and difficult, and the group with an annual salary of 30 million won or more. the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the interpersonal problems, the happiness index of dental hygienists was high. Conclusions: In order to increase the happiness index of dental hygienists working at dental medical institutions, it is necessary to develop a program that can form amicable interpersonal relationships in the workplace of dental hygienists with little experience. In addition, increase the job satisfaction of dental hygienists, it is necessary to adjust the intensity of work to fit the individual's abilities and aptitudes, and to develop a work system so that dental hygienists can increase their pride in their profession by signing a reasonable salary.

중소기업 근로자들의 직무스트레스 요인과 해소방법에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Elements of Occupational Stress and the Methods to Reduce among Small and Medium sized Company Workers)

  • According to the statistic of industrial disaster in 2006 presented by the Ministry of Labor, there were 10,235 people with occupational diseases adding 2,740 more people (36.6%) compared to the previous year. Concerning the occupational diseases, 1,607 people had brain-cardiovascular diseases comprising more than 15% of all occupational diseases, and excessive workload and occupational stress seemed to play important parts. According to Korean Society of Occupational Stress, among 7,000 workers at 254 businesses in Korea, 73% of them were reported to be exposed to potential occupational stress and 22% of them were reported to be under severe stress. The increase of occupational stress among workers comes from excessive competition caused by business restructuring, promotion competition, annual salary system and so forth. Occupational stress threatens the heath and even the life of workers and lowers business competitiveness. Using the Korean occupational stress reduction model to the workers at small and medium businesses in Incheon area, therefore, the project intends to measure the level of stress among office workers and examine its relatedness to the VTD subjective symptoms. In addition, the project intends to present some methods to reduce occupational stress and increase business efficiency at work by studying and analyzing the various elements that workers use to reduce their occupational stress.

직업능력개발훈련 참여도 향상을 위한 방안 연구 (A Study on Ways to Improve Participation in Vocational Competency Development Training)

  • As interest in vocational competency development projects increases, support is increasing. In this study, in order to study ways to improve participation in vocational competency development training, related factors are selected and the main factors influencing them are derived. The main factors were influencing factors were identified and ways to improve participation rate of vocational competency development were studied. Variables were selected through prior research, and data were collected and analyzed through in-depth group interviews. Based on factor analysis and reliability analysis, as a result of confirming the factors that influence the plan for improving participation in vocational competency development training by applying the backward stage selection (condition) method of logistic regression analysis, the case of respect for minorities in the 7-point Likert scale The closer to 7 was, the higher the probability of being classified as having never participated, and the other factors except minority respect, Likert scale closer to 7 indicates higher probability of bening classified as having never participated, except for the minority respect factor. Therefore, it was confirmed that lowering the scale of the factor of respect for minority, which is job satisfaction, and increasing the factors of individual characteristics such as annual salary and organizational commitment, training system for job satisfaction, and quality assurance have effects on improving participation rates in vocational competency development training.

Breaking the Gender Gap: A Two-part Observational Study of the Gender Disparity Among Korean Academic Emergency Physicians

  • Objectives: Despite greater access to training positions and the presence of more women in emergency medicine, it has remained a men-dominated field. This study aims to identify the key issues causing the gender gap in Korea and establish measures to overcome them. Methods: Using the annual statistical reports of the National Emergency Medical Center and data published on the Korean Society of Emergency Medicine website, cases that listed the current status and positions of members in its organization and its committees were analyzed. Secondary analysis was conducted using data from the 2015 Korean Society of Emergency Survey that included physicians' demographics, academic ranking, years of experience, clinical work hours, training and board certification, core faculty status, position, and salaries. Results: As of September 2019, women account for only 12.7% of the total number of emergency physicians (EP) in Korea; of 119 chair/vice-chair academic positions, women represented only 9.2%. Women EP were more often assistant professors and fellowship-trained, with fewer in core faculty. However, they worked the same numbers of clinical hours as their men counterparts. The median annual salary of women EP was less than that of men EP after adjusting for academic hospital rank, clinical hours, and core faculty status. Conclusions: A gender gap still exists among Korean EP, and women earn less than men regardless of their rank, clinical hours, or training. Future studies should evaluate more data and develop system-wide practices to eliminate gender disparities.

우리나라 기업의 성과급제 도입효과 - IMF 외환위기 전후 대기업 인사데이터를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Performance-based Pay System on Wage Determination - Focused on the Personnel Data of a Korean Large Firm during IMF financial crisis -)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 내부노동시장에서의 임금결정구조가 어떻게 변화하였는지를 살펴보기 위해 우리나라 대기업의 인사데이터(1996~2000년)를 활용 하였다. IMF 외환위기 이후 한국 대기업을 중심으로 성과급제가 광범위하게 확산되었는데, 과연 이 기업이 의도한 대로 연공임금성을 완화시키고 성과에 따른 보상을 구현했는지를 검증하였다. 임금함수 추정을 통해 성과급제 도입 전후의 임금구조와 임금결정방식을 비교분석한 결과, 실질적인 연공임금성 약화가 이루어지지 못했지만, 성과에 따른 보상은 인사고과에 따른 임금격차로 반영되었고, 성과급제 도입후 지속적으로 확대되고 있어 기업이 의도한 대로 성과에 따른 보상이라는 성과주의 인사제도의 효과가 나타났다. 그러나 이러한 효과에도 불구하고, 아직도 기업이 연공임금체계에서 완전히 탈피했다고 판단할 수 없다. 그 이유는 기업 보상전략의 기본이 되는 직급별 임금 구조의 차이가 성과주의 인사제도의 도입에도 불구하고 여전히 유효하게 작동하고 있기 때문이다.
