장애아동 어머니가 인지하는 사회적 지지 (Perceived Social Support of Mothers with Disabled Children)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceived social support of mothers with disabled children. Method: This study was a cross-sectional, descriptive study using a questionnaire survey which included the standardized measure: personal resource Questionnaire 2000. Results: The participants were 98 mothers, each with one with disabled children. Of the 98 participant's children, 39.8% suffered mental retardation, 34.7% was developmentally disability, 16.3% was brain diseases and 9.2% was multiple disabled. The mean age of the disabled children was 8.2 years and of their mothers was 38 years. The order of the life events for which the need help for the subjects required help were 'when anger and frustration arise happened', 'difficulties in human relationship' and 'emergency situations'. The personal resources were spouse (38.1%), friends (20.9%) and parent (12.9%). The mean score of perceived social support was 5.48 out of a total of 7, indicating a slightly high on social support score. Significant differences were found in the level of perceived social support according to the school grade of disabled child's school grade (F=4.04, p= .02) and the mother having a job presence of mothers (t=2.49, p= .01). Conclusion: These findings indicate a need for nursing intervention programs for mothers with disabled children, including anger management, methods of human relationship, support for leisure time and long term illness and providing information.

일부 제조업 근로자의 스트레스와 정신건강에 관한 연구 (Work Stress and Mental Health of the Industrial Workers)

  • Information on work stress and mental health status of industrial workers was required for optimum staffing and health care management. This study dealt with the relationship between mental health status examined by PSI(psychiatric symptom index) and socio-demographic variables. Especially this study attempted to find relevant determinants of the stress and mental health through multiple stepwise regression analysis based on data obtained from 687 occupational workers. The findings of this study were as follows; Mean scores of symptom dimension were higher in youth, female, more educated, unmarried and divorced, and workers in the noisy condition and short duration in job. And it showed high scores in long duration in job for anxiety; college educated for anger; unmarried for cognitive disturbance. The factors affecting the mean scores of psychiatric symptom index were varied according to the types of symptom: age, sex and duration in job for anxiety; age, sex, living with parent, education and marital status for anger; sex and marital status for depression; noisy condition and sex for cognitive disorder.

  • 네트워크 시스템에 대한 악의적인 접근과 정보위협이 증가하고, 그 피해또한 기업에서 개인 사용자까지 확대되고 있다. 침입탐지 시스템, 침입차단 시스템 등 단위 보안 기능만을 제공하는 제품은 분산화, 지능화 되어가고 있는 복합적인 침입에 대한 대응에 한계가 있다. 여러 보안 제품을 연동하여 해커의 침입탐지, 대응 및 역 추적을 위한 통합 보안 관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 통합보안 관리의 특성상 다양한 보안 제품에서 전송된 이벤트와 침입경보의 양이 많아 분석이 어려워 서버측의 부담이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 침입경보 데이터를 축약하는 방법에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.

  • As for the Elect-CAD, it was developed a design of the electricity equipment which did manually, a quotation, all kinds of bill writing in the program that Package anger became. Elect-CAD can easily write an estimate back by all kinds of bill writing and estimatic with a design at the same time, and maximization gets an efficiency of work done and can efficiently manage project, and it is a revolutionary program in a management plane.

교정공무원의 정신건강 관리와 예방 (Correctional Officer's Mental Health Management and Promotion)

  • This study is proposed to suggest the preventing methods for correctional officer's mental health problems. For this purpose, Delphi method was used and the study panel was composed of finally 10 people. Total Delphi process was performed for 4 times and six qualified researchers & skilled correctional officers participated in developing Delphi questionnaires. As the main results, major correctional officer's mental health problems are PTSD(post traumatic stress disorder), job stress, suicide witnessing, stress from violent accidents, and anger by related with their own work. All of these problems must need to be managed. Besides, the most effective preventing method for correctional officer's mental health problem is providing regular counsels & treatments with a psychiatrist or the fully qualified experts. The mental health promotion strategies for correctional officers must be settled for providing appropriate mental health services to them.

노인생활시설 종사자의 소진(消盡)에 관한 연구 (A Study on Burnout of the Workers in Elderly Living Facilities)

  • This study has been performed to investigate group differences and determining factors of burnout of the workers in elderly living facilities. In this study, 131 male and female workers composed of social workers, health practitioners, and other management workers were selected among 23 retirement and nursing facilities in Korea between 2003 and 2005. They were asked about their socioeconomic background, working environment, and their perceptions on burnout in the working places. As for main dimensions of the burnout, there were three elements such as emotional weariness, diminishing personal accomplishment, and depersonalized behaviors. Particularly in this study, the depersonalized behaviors were defined as aggressive or rude verbal and behavioral outbursts from anger. As a result of this study, the following results were found: Most workers have medium level of perception on their commitment and burnout, but there. are some risk factors; newly married young workers were less satisfied or fairly rewarded with their job and as a result, they have significantly higher level of emotional weariness but lower feeling of personal accomplishments. In addition, they occasionality practiced aggressive or rude behaviors such as yelling, threatening, and physically harassing As for the influence of determining variables, long-time workers of long established facilities were more satisfied and less burnout. In addition, there are some impacts of job category; health practitioners were more burnout than social workers. In this study, suggestions are made as follows: first, guiding and settlement programs should be developed for the newly started young married workers, particularly at early stage of their career. Second, future aspects of facility visions should be guided for the workers, so that they are relieved from stressful routines without any future plan. Third, medical workers such as physical therapists and nurses should be further monitored for main reasons of increasing their stress.

  • 건설현장의 환경관리가 강화되고 있는 방향으로 나아가고 있는 상황에서 기업의 입장에서는 좀더 효율적인 건설현장 환경관리가 필요하며, 건설폐기물의 관리는 그 중 가장 중요한 부분을 차지할 것이다. 부적절한 건설폐기물 처리에 의한 환경오염 및 환경파괴문제를 최소하기 위하여 발생량 데이터베이스 구축과 건설폐기물 발생량 예측방법이 필요하다. 바로 이러한 건설폐기물 발생량의 현실적인 예측을 위한 회귀모델을 제시하는 것을 본 연구의 목적으로 한다. 이 회귀모델은 건설공사의 실행예산을 작성하는 단계에서 폐기물 발생량을 좀더 정확하게 예측함으로써 효율적인 건설현장 환경관리가 가능하게 해주는 하나의 방법으로 제시하고자 한다. 건설회사들이 폐기물 발생량에 대해 지속적인 관심을 가진다면, 꾸준한 실적데이터 데이터베이스화를 통한 회귀모델로도 사전에 어느 정도 폐기물 발생량을 정확하게 예측할 수 있을 것이다. 이처럼 방법론적인 관점에서 하나의 모델을 제시했다는 데 연구 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

국방 인사정보 S/W체계의 정량적 품질평가 연구 (A Study for DHRMIS S/W Quantitive Quality Evaluation)

  • 본 논문은 국방 인사정보 S/W체계 개발에서 정량적 품질평가를 위한 것이다. ISO/IEC 9126에서 권고하는 국제표준에 입각한 정량적 품질평가방법을 적용한다. 계수적 평가의 6가지 기준을 제안하고 기능성, 신뢰성, 사용, 효율성, 유지보수성, 이식성과 세부 부특성 27항목을 설정하고, 품질 검사표는 S/W 품질을 측정하는 매트릭을 도표로 작성하였다. 국방사업의 특성을 반영한 우선순위에 의한 가중치를 주어 사용자의 목적에 맞는 국방 인사정보 S/W체계의 정량적인 평가방안을 연구하여 제시하였다. 정량적 품질평가적용에서 80%의 만족도와 현업 보직자 8명중 7명이 매우 만족(87.5%)과 1명은 만족(12.5%) 표시하여 신뢰성과 기능성에 대한 사용자의 만족도가 높은 것으로 판정되어 효율적인 국방 S/W사용과 효과를 분석하여 국방력의 향상에 기여하고자 한다.
