An objective of this study is that when the steel sheet for automobiles would be sheared by using shearing machine, it is to design the forms of pad for obtaining the precision shearing surface to satisfy the conditions required to laser beam butt welding for processed sheared surface and to establish the appropriate condition against the size of gap between strength of pressure and location and clearance between punch and die. For doing so, we will attempt to make a precision of the most possibility of shearing machine by the shearing machine in analyzing the characteristics of the shearing working upon analyzing and clarifying the interrelation among these.

The Study lay Emphasised on to Investigate Human Related Causes of a Pointed End Equipment Accident and the Basic data for Analyzing Human-Error Prevention Program. Peter Son's Model of Human-Error Accident Causation and Cooper's Model of Safety Culture Were Applied to Analyze the Severe Cause of a Pointed End Equipment for Last 5 Years. Through to Analyzing the Cause of Equipment Accident of Human-Error, Expert's Opinion and Experience theory Method was Reflected. The Analyses Showed What the Immature and Inexperient Error Were Major Causes of a Pointed and Equipment Accident The Cause of Human-Error was Found with Respect to Human, Tasks, Acknowledge, Organization.

In this paper, we analyzed key keywords and research themes in the field of defense research using keyword network analysis and tried to grasp the whole knowledge structure. To do this, we extracted data from 2,165 research data from defense related research institutes from 2010 to 2017 and applied the Pareto rule to the number of abstracts of words and the number of links between words, We extracted a total of 2,303 words based on the criterion and extracted 204 final key words through component analysis. By analyzing the centrality and cohesiveness through these key words, we confirmed the concept of core research in the defense field and derived a total of 7 large groups and 16 small groups of each group in the knowledge structure of the defense area.

The seasonal adjustment is an essential process in analyzing the time series of economy and business. One of the powerful adjustment methods is X11-ARIMA Model which is popularly used in Korea. This method was delivered from Canada. However, this model has been developed to be appropriate for Canadian and American environment. Therefore, we need to review whether the X11-ARIMA Model could be used properly in Korea. In this study, we have applied the method to the annual sales of refrigerator sales in A electronic company. We appreciated the adjustment by result analyzing the time series components such as seasonal component, trend-cycle component, and irregular component, with the proposed method. Additionally, in order to improve the result of seasonal adjusted time series, we suggest the demand forecasting method base on autocorrelation and seasonality with the X11-ARIMA PROC.

A rapid and efficient method for analyzing the nonionic surfactants and silicone polymers, which control the shape and characteristics of cosmetic products and give influence on product quality, has been developed using Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (MALDI- TOF IMS). The MALDI-TOF/MS could easily and effectively determine the molecular weight distribution and monomer units of nonionic surfactants. As a result, creating a library of mass spectrum data of surfactants used in cosmetic products using MALDI-TOF/MS and analyzing surfactants extracted from the products may become a useful method for detailed structural characterization of the surfactants. Furthermore, the MALDI-TOF/MS analysis was effective in obtaining the spectrum of silicone polymers from which the molecular weight distribution could be determined. The repetition units and structural data could also be obtained through molecular mass peaks. Additionally, the monomer ratio and terminal groups as properties of silicone copolymers could be determined

Security quad and cube (SQC) is a network attack analyzer that is capable of aggregating many different events into a single significant incident and visualizing these events in order to identify suspicious or illegitimate behavior. A network administrator recognizes network anomalies by analyzing the traffic data and alert messages generated in the security devices; however, it takes a lot of time to inspect and analyze them because the security devices generate an overwhelming amount of logs and security events. In this paper, we propose SQC, an efficient method for analyzing network security through visualization. The proposed method monitors anomalies occurring in an entire network and displays detailed information of the attacks. In addition, by providing a detailed analysis of network attacks, this method can more precisely detect and distinguish them from normal events.

Analyzing the diffusion of a convergence product is a new and challenging research field. It is very difficult to find research dealing with this issue due to the inherent complexity and lack of data. In analyzing the diffusion of a convergence product, we should simultaneously take into account its relationship with related single-function products because of their similarities in terms of technology and functionality. In this study, we empirically analyze the diffusion of the convergence mobile phones in South Korea and find that the convergence products can affect the diffusion of MP3 players and digital cameras positively or negatively. This research may be significant for business strategies in technology management and product development.

The purpose of this study is to provide for some basic data useful to production of the apparels fit and measured well for the Chinese men. For this Purpose, Chinese adult men's body types and their changes over time which had been surveyed by preceding studies were compared by age group with those of Korean adult men which had been published in a report on National Anthropometric Survey of Korea in 1997 The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. As a result of comparatively analyzing the differences of body types between Chinese and Korean adult men, Chinese men have higher stature and arms, while weighing more. 2. As a result of comparatively analyzing the differences of body types between Chinese and Korean adult men by age group, it was found that the changes of body types due to aging are similar between two groups. Namely, as they become older, their vertical sizes become smaller, while their horizontal sizes become larger gradually.

This paper focuses on analyzing the modern warfare and weapon systems supported by improved GPS informations. The GPS capability was investigated through the real experimental test for verifying the most recent GPS features under its modernization processing. And then it was verified that such capabilities, accuracy and availability, of a typical L1, C/A code GPS receiver are equivalent to the military receiver's ones. It was also sure that the influence of GPS improved informations on NCW(Network-Centric Warfare), PGM(Precision Guided Munition) and C4SIR(Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) should be increased and the modern warfare may be strongly dependent on GNSS informations.

In this study, a traditional concept of sampling inspection plan for the quality assurance system is extended to a consideration of economic aspects in total production system by representing and analyzing the effects between proceeding / succeeding production process including inspection. This approach recognizes that the decision to be made at one manufacturing process (or assembly process) determine not only the cost and the average outgoing quality level of that process but also the input parameters of the cost and the incoming quality to the succeeding process. By analyzing the effects of the average incoming and outgoing quality, manufacturing / assembly quality level and sampling inspection plan on the production system, mathematical models and solution technique to minimize the total production cost for a single product manufacturing system with specified average outgoing quality limit(AOQL) are suggested.
