임상한의사 처방의 약물 배합 빈도 분석 (Analysis of Herbal combination frequence on Clicical Herbal formulation)

  • Objectives : Since its enactment in 1987, the 56 standard prescriptions covered by insurance have remained unchanged from its original version. In this study, we tried to discover most frequently used herbal combinations by analyzing prescriptions used in actual clinical settings. Methods : We have built Structured Query Language to analyze herbal combination and progressed this analysis through analyzing the frequencies of medicinal herb combinations in medical prescription slips. Results : We have found out that traditional Korean medical doctors use about 13 herbs in a prescriptions and usually use 253 kinds of herb. And We have found out the most frequently used herbal combination. Conclusions : In this study, We can suggest new method to decide what do we need on insurance prescriptions.

  • Cell mapping is a powerful computational technique for analyzing the global behavior of nonlinear dynamic systems. It simplifies the task of analyzing a continuous phase space by partitioning it into a finite number of disjoint cells and approximating system trajectories as cell transitions. A cell map for the system is then constructed based on the allowable control actions. Next search algorithms are employed to identify the optimal or near-optimal sequence(s) of control actions required to drive the system from each cell to the target cell by an "unravelling algorithm." Errors resulting from the cell center-point approximation could be reduced and eliminated by fuzzifying the bonders of cells. The dynamic system control method based on the cell mapping has been demonstrated for a motor control problem.l problem.

  • The reliability of EIC systems in hot rolling mill is indispensable and very important in order to maintain stable production. Signals obtained from sensors and control system should be analyzed to monitor the condition of down coiler in hot rolling mill. We develope a monitoring system of down coiler which is composed of three parts (1) data acquisition and MMI (2) signal processing and analyzing, and (3) automatic data saving. Also it is designed to enable to inform users the abnormal conditions of down coiler. This developed system is expected to make it possible to reduce long downtime, secure high facility precision, and maintain high control levels.

  • The purpose of this study was designed to investigate if self-monitoring variable among various individual trait theories and demographic variable would be variables which can explain about the importance differences of consumer service level of retailing in the garment product. The survey was conducted from Feb, 6 to 16, 2002. For this survey, the 118 data were analysed with spss window 9.0 version and Cronbach's, Factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, Frequency, mean, percentage were applied. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Consumer service was classified in attitude/confidence/expert knowledge of salesperson, product display, product information, product assortment, shopping environment, lighting setup. 2. As a result of analyzing the importance differences per consumer service dimension depending on self-monitoring levels, it was not significant differences. 3. As a result of analyzing the importance differences per consumer service dimension depending on demographic variables, it was not significant differences.

  • Recently, obesity that is increasingly becoming a major cause of various diseases is emerging as a serious social problem. In order to solve this problem, the necessity of measurement systems for overweight management has increased. This paper is a study on the measurement system for obesity management that can offer right medical services everywhere and allways by analyzing EMG (electromyograph) of the abdomen and then checking one's health state. For analyzing EMG signals of the abdomen, algorithms for energy detection, signal feature extraction, classification and recognition are presented. This paper proposes a system that provides an appropriate an estimation on the health status by evaluating the obesity degree and muscular strength of the abdomen through the system applying these algorithms.

Bayesian Analysis of a New Skewed Multivariate Probit for Correlated Binary Response Data

  • This paper proposes a skewed multivariate probit model for analyzing a correlated binary response data with covariates. The proposed model is formulated by introducing an asymmetric link based upon a skewed multivariate normal distribution. The model connected to the asymmetric multivariate link, allows for flexible modeling of the correlation structure among binary responses and straightforward interpretation of the parameters. However, complex likelihood function of the model prevents us from fitting and analyzing the model analytically. Simulation-based Bayesian inference methodologies are provided to overcome the problem. We examine the suggested methods through two data sets in order to demonstrate their performances.

비흡입시 연소하는 담배의 열분해 작용에 관한 수학적 모델 (A Mathematical Model for Pyrolysis Processes During Unforced Smoldering of Cigarette)

  • A mathematical model for the pyrolysis processes during unforced smoldering of cigarette was proposed in this study by analyzing the physical model of the smoldering cigarette (including the establishment of burning front between burning zone and pyrolysis zone, and analyzing the involvement of main factors such as pyrolysis of virgin tobacco, evaporation of water, and internal heat transport in the processes). Thermal conduction of cigarette paper and convective and radiative heat transfer at the outer surface were also considered via the thermal resistance law for the competitive heat transfer mechanisms. The governing partial differential equations were solved using an integral method. Model predictions of smoldering speed, or linear burn rate, as well as temperature and density profiles in the pyrolysis zone for different kinds of cigarettes were found to be close to the experimental data in the literature (Muramatsu, 1981). The model provides a relatively fast and efficient way to simulate the pyrolysis processes and offers a practical tool for exploring important parameters for a smoldering cigarette, such as blended tobacco composition, properties of cigarette paper, and heat flux from the burning zone to the pyrolysis zone.

  • Noise map is drawn up under launch environment through analyzing jet noise of guided weapon in this research. This has an important significance in terms of having an opportunity to look at influence of noise which is caused by guided weapon in the surrounding environment. In this paper, the magnitude of jet noise that was measured by using microphone and the result of numerical analysis that was gained by using ENPro which is environment noise prediction program are shown. At this point estimation of noise source was based on ISO 9613. Finally noise map derived from results mentioned above will become useful material when setting safety guide for protecting hearing loss of operator of weapon system in the future.

  • The Complex Harmonic Balance Finite Element Method CHBFEM ) is dicussed for the time - periodic magnetic field with saturation characteristics. And Jw - method which is used for analyzing liner system with sinusoidal voltage input can be generalized in nonlinear time-periodic magnetio field system. The CHBFEM enables us to calculate the each harmonic magnetic flux ditribution and the distortion of currents resulting from material at an AC voltage source and to save calculating time, the number of calculation and computer memory.

용접구조물의 변형 최소화를 위한 최적 용접순서의 해석적 방법 (Analytical Methodology Obtaining an Optimal Welding Sequence for Least Distortion of Welded Structure)

  • Several methodologies analyzing welding distortions of large shell structures like ship blocks have been developed and utilized in shipyards for a long times ago. In general, one of objects of thermal distortion analysis is to find welding sequence making least-deformation without any suppliance, and it can be solved easily and rapidly by EP strain-boundary method. But after assembly construction, there are usually more than 10 weldments in each process, and the number of sequence will follow the Factorial calculation. In this research, a method has been suggested to decide the best welding sequence by minimum analysis. Using this method, welding deformation could be reduced just analyzing some cases as many as the number of weldments. Experiments and Analysis of all cases were also done, and their best results are good agreements with predictation by suggested methodology.
