질적변수에 대한 계량화를 통한 사면붕괴 예측모형 (Prediction Modeling through Quantification for Qualitative Variables)

  • 본 논문에서는 수량화 방법과 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 사용하여 산사태 발생에 대한 통계적 예측모형을 구축하는데 목적이 있다. 수량화(Quantification) 방법은 질적변수에 수량을 부여하는 통계적 방법으로, 기 조사된 자료에 기반하여 분석을 수행하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 서구의 다변량분석 기법인 정준상관분석의 결과를 토대로 수량화 과정을 구체적으로 제안한다. 데이터에 기반한 수량화 방법과는 팔리 AHP 기법은 일종의 다기준 의사결정을 위해 사용되는 기법으로, 설문자료에 기반한 분석법이다. 실제자료에 대한 분석으로 산사태 발생여부를 측정한 자료(한국지질자원연구원 제공)와 전문가 설문을 통해 수집된 자료를 이용하였다. 이들 자료에 대해 수량화 분석과 AHP분석을 통해 산사태 발생여부를 예측할 수 있는 두 종류의 평가표와 함께 로지스틱 회귀를 통한 통계적 예측모형을 개발하였으며, 두 모형간의 성능비교와 안정성 평가를 수행하였다.

  • 현재 제공되고 있는 모바일 게임 추천 시스템들은 실제 사용자가 선호하는 게임에 대한 패턴을 추천하는지, 아니면 단순히 관심 정도의 패턴을 추천하는지 알 수 없어 사용자의 주관적인 선호도를 직접적으로 알 수 없다는 문제점이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 사용자들의 주관적인 선호도를 직접적으로 반영한 계층적 분석 방법(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) 기반 모바일 게임 추천 시스템을 개발하였지만, 사용자들이 선호하는 항목에 대한 척도가 같다고 할지라도 선호하는 정도까지 동일하다고 볼 수 없다는 문제가 발생하였다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 Fuzzy-AHP 기법의 삼각 퍼지 수(Triangular Fuzzy Numbers)와 베이지안 네트워크에서 평가 항목의 독립성을 적용한 모바일 게임 추천 시스템을 구현하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 제안한 추천 시스템이 기존의 시스템과 비교하여 볼 때 추천 결과의 정확도 및 사용자의 만족도가 가장 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Conventional marketing research generally focuses on a single layer's benefit. A notable example is the consumer layer providing managers with partial market information to evaluate relevant strategies. As generally known, marketing management encounters complex supply and demand behaviors, thereby necessitation that a successful marketing strategy adopt multi-layer considerations, such as the consumer layer, channel-retailer layer, and marketing planner layer. In light of above situation, this study applies fuzzy theory and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) technique to analyze the performances of marketing strategies under multi-layer benefits, In addition, conventional marketing research has difficulty in efficiently allocating the limited budget so that each desired criterion can be significantly enhanced by a group of events. Therefore, a weighting structure among the goal, layers, criteria, and strategies(i.e. a group of events) is also developed herein to trace the influential process and assist marketing managers in efficiently allocating resources(i.e.budget).

  • The facility diagnosis technique of past subjective judged the technical expert and interpreted stably mainly. The facility the periodical civil official becomes indispensability consequently with the law and the system and objectivity inspection which relates with a this and development of diagnosis technique were necessary. Currently the evaluation elements which relate with an inspection and diagnosis technique depended to the subjectivity of each facility quality, data statistics, diagnosis know-how, various circumstance and the technical expert and the evaluation item came to decide. But the evaluation score distribution of marks of each item depended plentifully in data analysis result and experience. The past method is weak in logically because the objection theoretical background and basis are insufficiency. Consequently in order to apply a data analysis result and an experience logically, it used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method from this research. It is visible with the fact that the application result reconfirmation and complement process will be necessary the technique which is suitable in the multi facility management. Also it is expected with the fact that the application characteristic from the next relation technique will be excellent.

AHP를 이용한 국방연구개발사업 메타평가 지표개발 (A Study on the Development of Meta Evaluation Indicators based on AHP Technique for Defense R&D Programs)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop Meta Evaluation Indicators for Defense R&D Programs in Korea. At first, the four components of this meta evaluation model were designed, which are evaluation context, evaluation input, evaluation process and evaluation outcome. And fifty two indicators for this meta evaluation were developed by experts who performed evaluations for Defense R&D Programs. The reliability of components and items was verified by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient. It was over 0.6 in all areas. The validity of components and items was verified by Factor Analysis. Analytic Hierarchy Process method was used in assigning the evaluation weight. The survey of twenty two evaluators participated in Defense R&D Programs showed that the Consistency Ratio was under 0.1 in evaluation components and items. In this study, an objective and reasonable set of Defense R&D Meta Evaluation Indicators was developed to increase the responsibility of Defense R&D Programs and improve the quality of evaluation results.

  • This study was carried out to show how the Analytic Hierarchy Process technique could be used in setting the priority among selected diseases to increase the range of health insurance benefit. Thirty experts, including doctors (group1), experts for preventive medicine or public health(group2), and representatives of the insured(group 3), participated in the study panel that is conducted for priority setting. They were asked to evaluate the priorities among 6 selected criteria and then 42 selected diseases. The results were as follows; First, representatives of the insured think that the magnitude of out-of-pocket payment should have high priority while doctors think that effectiveness of treatment should have high priority. Second, all experts think that catastrophic diseases such as malignant neoplasm, major heart disease, and cerebral vascular disease should have high priority in health insurance coverage even though there is little difference among groups. These results can be useful to establish a systematic strategy for expanding health insurance benefit package.

  • Many domestic studies related to service quality are performed but the study on computing Service Quality Score is not yet activated. Because Service quality measurement plays an important role in assessing service performance and diagnosing service problems, it is very important that service quality is measured exactly. Therefore this study offered realistic approach method for computing Service Quality Score by using T.L. Saaty's Analytic Hierarchy Process technique. That is, Service Quality Score of this study is computed by using customer's priority(weights) for five dimensions(Tangible, Reliability, Assurance, Responsiveness, Empathy). This method is more realistic than the existing method computed by an arithmetical average of dimension's variables.

  • This study aimed to construct an effective decision-making model on selection of cloth stores using AHP technique. The proposed AHP structure consists of three levels. The highest level includes the cloth stores alternative which are department store, specialty store, and a clothes store. The second level consists of the key performance measurements for evaluating the optimal selection of cloth stores, such as location, facilities, product, service, and promotion. The lowest level consists of items which affects the performance measurements in the upper level. The items are convenience location, courteous service, decor/ambience, availability of parking, etc. The data for this research were collected from questionnaires of 132 in Busan. Data were analyzed by frequency and AHP. As the result of this study, 'product' was decided as a most important item in department store, while 'location' was decided as a most important item in specialty store and a clothes store. And 'variety goods' evaluated as that of first priority in the totality evaluation items in department store, but 'convenience location' evaluated as that of first priority in the totality evaluation items specialty store and a clothes store.

  • Recently, selects method of waterproofing where is suitable with method and material physical properties, construction technique, Productive technique and specifications and maintenance techniques evaluation for the same evaluation method is coming to be presented. Respects the application which select system is substantial objectively reflects a weight to evaluation item the research for is necessary. This research the evaluation which in order is effective and the decision-making to be possible about technically countermeasures for a quality security from waterproofing materials, method selection processes, clearly responsible dividing of construction and maintenance techniques. A sets weight of evaluation item for right select system, it stratify the causes which affect in priority based on AHP.

  • 본 연구는 신재생 에너지 사업인 태양광 분야의 맞춤형 경영성과측정지표를 개발하였다. 경영성과측정지표를 도출하기 위하여 첫 번째로 델파이(Delphi)기법과 관련연구 분석을 통해 태양광 분야 기업들의 경제적, 기술적, 환경적, 사회적, 사업수행능력, 사업인프라 부분의 주요성과지표들을 산출하였다. 두 번째로 주요성과지표들의 가중치 산정에 관한 연구에서는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)기법을 적용하여 주요성과지표들 간의 가중치를 산정하여 최종적으로 주요 경영성과지표를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 향후 신 성장 동력사업인 태양광 분야 기업들의 경영성과 측정지표를 도출하여 경영성과지표를 통한 측정과 관리를 수행할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.
