패션제품 소비자의 의복소비가치에 따른 점포 서비스품질 및 관계혜택 중요도 (Importance of Store Service Quality and Relationship Benefits according to Clothing Consumption Values of Consumers of Fashion Products)

  • This study examines the differences in store service quality and relationship benefits according to clothing consumption values. This study has collected data from adult consumers in their 20s to 60s via offline and online surveys. A total of 459 survey responses were used for the final analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, clothing consumption values were composed of 4 factors: emotional, conspicuous, individuality, and practical value. In light of the tendency of consumers' clothing consumption values, consumers have been grouped into 3 consumption groups: hedonic, practical, and practical symbolic. Second, consumers considered price policy product quality, salesperson, product assortment promotion, and convenience of store service quality in the order of importance. Regarding the relationship benefit, consumers considered psychological benefit, economic benefit, informative benefit and social benefit in the order of importance. Third, regarding the importance in service quality for clothing consumption value group, practical symbolic consumption group and practical consumption group considered price policy quality service more important than hedonic consumption group, and practical symbolic consumption group considered product assortment quality, promotion service, salesperson service, convenience of store service more important than other groups. Fourth, regarding the importance of relationship benefits for the clothing consumption value groups, practical symbolic consumption group considered informative benefit and social benefit more important than other groups. The practical symbolic consumption group and practical consumption group considered psychological benefit more important than the hedonic consumption group.

주택의 특성으로서 접근성에 대한 가치분석 (A Value Analysis of Accessibility as an Attribute of Housing)

  • In an aging society, as the number of people with disabilities increases concerns are raised about the quality of life of these people and their access to a safe environment becomes important. The purpose of this study is to find out the value of accessibility as an attribute of housing. To estimate the value of accessible, barrier-free housing, this study uses the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and analyzes the factors which affect the Willingness To Pay (WTP) of survey respondents by using Survival Analysis. In addition, the importance and satisfaction of barrier-free facilities in the dwellings of survey respondents was investigated. Since aging could be an important factor in influencing the need for accessibility, this study surveyed two age groups, one group (212 respondents) of people below the age of 65 and the other (162 respondents) of people above 65. The results of this study show that respondents would pay on average 2.67% more for being barrier-free when answering an open-ended question and 3.87% more for barrier-free housing when using the double referendum model. This is the increase in value that the respondents perceive as a consequence of removing all the architectural barriers from a dwelling. On average, elderly respondents would pay 2.99% of housing price for accessible features compared to 4.40% of the younger group. However, if the elderly who have willingness to pay for accessibility, the value the older group put on barrier-free housing was higher than the value perceived by the younger group. Factors that influence the WTP are importance of barrier-free facilities, education level and housing type. The value of dwellings without barriers estimated in this study shows the potential size and value of this kind of housing market to the housing development sector.

네트워크 분석을 통한 저자키워드 출현순서에 대한 의미 분석 (A Study on the Application to Network analysis on Importance of Author keyword based on Sequence of keyword)

  • 본 연구는 학술논문의 출현순서에 따른 저자키워드의 중요도를 측정해보고자 하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 학술논문 저자키워드의 출현순서를 측정한 후 네트워크 분석 방법의 연결정도중심성, 근접중심성, 매개중심성, 위세중심성 지수를 사용하여 저자키워드의 중요도를 측정해보았으며 다음으로 각각의 네트워크지수 값과 저자키워드의 출현순서와의 상관관계 분석을 수행하여 출현순서의 특징을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과 연결정도중심성, 근접중심성, 매개중심성, 위세중심성 모두 4번 째 출현순서가 높은 군집의 논문수가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 상관관계 분석결과 근접중심성을 제외한 연결정도중심성, 매개중심성, 위세중심성의 경우 출현순서의 뒷부분으로 갈수록 지수 값이 모두 높아지는 것을 볼 때 네트워크 상에서 상대적으로 중요한 용어가 뒷부분에 위치한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 대략적으로 연구자들의 저자키워드 부여 행태를 살펴볼 수 있었다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 향후 저자키워드의 전개양상을 심층적으로 살펴 보기 위해서는 상황적 요인, 행동, 심리 등을 파악하여 보완하는 후속 연구가 반드시 필요하다.

선박가치 변화요인에 관한 중요도 평가 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Importance of Factors Affecting the Vessel Value)

  • 해운산업은 선박이라는 재화를 이용하여 화물을 운송하고 운임을 수취하여 사업을 영위하는 서비스산업이다. 따라서 선박운영을 위해 대규모 자본투자가 필요한 환경 속에서 선박의 가치가 불확실하다면 해운경영상의 리스크는 클 수 밖에 없다. 본 연구는 선박가치 변화에 영향을 미치는 변화요인을 파악하고 각 변화요인에 대한 중요도를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 텍스트마이닝과 토픽모델링 기법을 활용하여 선박가치 변화요인을 추출하고 구조화하여 3개의 주요인과 12개의 보조요인으로 계층적 구조를 설정하였다. 이를 대상으로 AHP분석을 통해 연구를 진행하여 각 요인별 상대적 중요도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 선박가치 변화에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 주요요인은 Shipping Factor였으며, 그 뒤를 Investment Factor와 Environment Factor가 차지하였다. 보조요인 가운데는 Volatility of Shipping Market와 Volatility of Shipping Freight 등 해운시장의 변동성과 관련된 요인들이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

계층적 분석기법(AHP)에 의한 제주 돌문화경관자원의 중요도에 관한 연구 - 한·중 비교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Importance about Stone Cultural Landscape Resources in Jeju using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) Method - Focused on the Comparison between Korea and China -)

  • 본 연구는 제주 문화경관 관리방안의 일종으로 돌문화경관자원의 우선순위를 도출하여 그 중요도를 평가하는 것이 목적이다. 제주의 대표적 돌문화경관에 대해 한 중 전문가를 대상으로 각 자원의 중요 우선순위를 평가하였으며, 분석방법으로 AHP 기법을 사용하였다. 평가기준에 대한 중요도 분석결과, 한 중 전문가 모두 탁월한 보편적 가치(ⅲ_문화적 전통이나 문명의 독보적 또는 적어도 특출한 증거)를 가장 중요하다고 평가하였다. 그리고 각 평가 기준에 대한 자원의 중요도 및 전체에 대한 종합 중요도에서는 양국 전문가 모두 밭담을 가장 중요한 경관 자원이라고 평가하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향토자원의 중요도에 관한 비교 및 보전 관리 입장에서의 자원에 대한 우선순위를 도출함으로써 제주경관 관리 측면에서의 정량적인 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보며, 제주 돌문화경관자원의 보전 및 문화유산관리 측면에서 기초적 도움이 될 것으로 본다. 하지만 한중 비교연구로서 세계적 보편적 가치를 일반화하기에는 한계가 있다고 보며, 이는 본 연구의 한계점으로 사료된다.

신뢰성 기반 강건 최적화를 이용한 자동채염기의 확률론적 구조설계 (Probabilistic Structure Design of Automatic Salt Collector Using Reliability Based Robust Optimization)

  • This paper deals with identification of probabilistic design using reliability based robust optimization in structure design of automatic salt collector. The thickness sizing variables of main structure member in the automatic salt collector were considered the random design variables including the uncertainty of corrosion that would be an inevitable hazardousness in the saltern work environment. The probabilistic constraint functions were selected from the strength performances of the automatic salt collector. The reliability based robust optimum design problem was formulated such that the random design variables were determined by minimizing the weight of the automatic salt collector subject to the probabilistic strength performance constraints evaluating from reliability analysis. Mean value reliability method and adaptive importance sampling method were applied to the reliability evaluation in the reliability based robust optimization. The three sigma level quality was considered robustness in side constraints. The probabilistic optimum design results according to the reliability analysis methods were compared to deterministic optimum design results. The reliability based robust optimization using the mean value reliability method showed the most rational results for the probabilistic optimum structure design of the automatic salt collector.

해양플랜트산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 조선기자재산업 고도화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Accelerating Marine Equipments Industry for Enforcing Competitiveness of the Offshore Plants Industry)

  • This study attempted an AHP analysis through interview with experts in the industries and questionnaire survey on recognition of organization members and future strategic development direction in order to upgrade shipbuilding equipment industries to marine plant equipment industries. Key research results are as follows. First, according to analysis on relative priority between three aspects on acceleration of shipbuilding equipment industries, importance was shown in the order of acceleration of internal competence, acceleration of manufacturing technology, and acceleration of supply chain, which means that the aspect on acceleration of internal competence had relatively higher importance. Second, as for relative importance of detailed item evaluation per respective aspect, it was found that development of core competencies was high from the aspect on acceleration of internal competence, higher value-addition was high from the aspect on acceleration of manufacturing technology, and IT infrastructure construction was high from the aspect on acceleration of supply chain.

기업의 무형자산이 기업가치에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 코스닥 상장 중견기업을 중심으로 (A Study of the Effect of Intangible Asset on Firm Value : Focused on KOSDAQ-Listed Medium-Sized Companies)

  • According to the growing importance of science and technology policy, investment in research and development (R&D) has been increased. In this context, a patent as one of outcome of firm's systematic R&D investment is the way to hold a dominant position in companies' technology competitiveness and also to protect technology right. This study attempts to find the effects of input resources and intellectual property production activity on company value. It conducted empirical analysis based on 238 KOSDAQ-listed and medium-sized firms. Using the previous research, this study configurated research variables about activity of patent production, company value, and input of resources. Through these variables, it aims to know the effect of input of resources and activity of patent production on company value. First, the result of regression analysis shows that R&D cost has the positive effect on a patent production and sales promotion cost positively affects on the registration of the trademark. Second, the output of regression analysis indicates that a patent has the positive effect on company value but a trademark has not. With regard to the input of resources, R&D cost has the influence on company value but sales promotion cost has not. This study attempts to find the effectiveness of company's intellectual property registration on its value and suggests a way that the systematic R&D investment contributes the growth of company value.

관광지 식당 고객의 행동의도에 대한 음식서비스 질, 가치와 만족의 상호작용효과 평가 (Measuring the Interaction Effects of Foodservice Qaulity, Value, and Satisfaction on Behavioral Intention of Customers in Tourist Restaurant)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of value and satisfaction moderating the relationship between foodservice quality and behavioral intention. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. Moderated regression analysis was used to measure the relationships between variables. Results of the study demonstrated that the analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The main effects of foodservice quality, value, and satisfaction on behavioral intention were statistically significant. The interaction effect of quality and satisfaction on behavioral intention was not statistically significant. The interaction effect of value and satisfaction on behavioral intention was not statistically significant. As expected, the interaction effect of quality and value on behavioral intention was statistically significant. Moreover, foodservice quality on behavioral intention was statistically significant at all levels of value and satisfaction, except for when value level was low, and satisfaction level was high. The results of this study indicated that restaurant marketers should attach importance to the interaction effect of service quality and customer value to understand the elements of market demand and customer loyalty.

응복산 사면 일대 산림식생의 종 조성 및 군집 특성 (Characteristics of Species Composition and Community Structure for the Forest Vegetation of Aspect Area in Mt. Eungbok)

  • 백두대간 조침령-신배령 구간의 응복산을 대상으로 2012년 4월부터 2013년 8월까지 영구조사구를 설치하여 조사하였다. 총 25개소($20{\times}20cm$)의 산림식생조사 자료를 토대로 Z-M식물사회학적 방법에 의해 식생유형 분류를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 최상위 수준에서 신갈나무군락군이 분류되었으며, 군락단위에서는 난티나무군락과 물개암나무군락으로 세분화 되었다. 난티나무군락은 철쭉군과 산딸기군으로 나누어지며, 산딸기군은 다시 태백제비꽃소군과 줄딸기소군으로 분류되어 총 4개의 식생단위로 분류되었다. 사면의 해발고에 따른 중요치는 교목층에서 신갈나무의 중요치가 높게 나타났으며, 아교목층에서는 당단풍이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 향후 교목층에서 신갈나무가 아교목층에서는 당단풍나무로 유지될 것이다. 종 다양성 분석결과 식생 단위 3에서 0.974로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 식생단위1에서 0.725로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 종간연관 분석 결과 크게 4개의 유형으로 구분되었고, 이는 식생단위의 식별종 및 표징종과 일치하는 경향이었다. 특히 그룹 I은 철쭉의 식별종과 일치하는 경향이었으며, 그룹 III은 물개암나무군락에서 주로 출현하는 식물종으로 이루어진 그룹으로 나뉘어졌다.
