This study is to investigate the effect of the amusement factor and the motive of participation in skin-scuba class on the satisfaction with university life with the university students participating in the skin-scuba class and to provide the practical research data for the development of the marine sports, for the proper operation of skin-scuba class, and for the leisure life which the university students may lack. For these purposes, technical statistics between questions were disposed in order to grasp the average and standard deviation on each variables, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted for the reliability and validity of the scale, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to test the casuality of amusement factor, the motive of participation in skin-scuba class and the satisfaction with university life as the research methods. Research results showed that it was confirmed that the amusement factor and the motive of participation in skin-scuba class act as the important variables in the satisfaction with university life and it was predicted that the motive of participation in skin-scuba class and the amusement factor had interrelation with parameter. Therefore, a variety of programs reflecting the amusement factors should motivate the university students to particiapte in the skin-scuba class to increase the satisfaction with university life and to encourage the re-participation of students.

This study is conducted to analyze the change of location and soil characteristics effect on the condition of urban forest in Urban Park and Green Open Space The results of this study are as fallows; 1. Soil acidity is indicated pH 3.88 in Sasang park, pH 4.38 in Hwaji park, pH 4.40 in Daeyeon park, pH 4.68 in Sanseong amusement park, pH 5.15 in Molundae amusement park. 2. Species diversity indices of indicated Sasang park 0.9932, Hwaji park 1.1975, Daeyeon park 1.2160, Sanseong amusement park 1.3080, Molundae amusement park 1.3233 is due to location and soil environment in addition to air pollution effects. 3. The vitality of Pinus thunbergii 27.5ER in Sasang park, 24.9ER in Hwaji park, 24.5ER in Daeyeon park, 23.6ER in Sanseong amusement park, 21.0ER in Molundae park. This shows that tree vitality are impacted by location and soil characteristics. On the basis of the result above, vegetation devices are suggested : 1) Robinica pseudo-acacia management, 2) removing the hazard plants; Smilax china, Humulus japonicus, Pueraria thungergiana, 3) improving soil hardness and soil acidity.

This study was motivated not only by the curiosity of clown as a comedian, but also by the clown's special makeup coordination. To analyze the clown makeup coordination Carnivalism, the researcher inquired 1) clown's meaning, sorts, periodic roles and stages, 2) Mikhail Bakhtin's Carnival theory, and 3) makeup coordination of clowns (Harlequin, Pierrot, Auguste and White Face Clown) as the theoretical background. The clown makeup coordination carnival characteristics were shown in masquerade, amusement and ambiguity. The masquerade was expressed on the mask for Harlequin and white makeup for Pierrot, Auguste and White Face Clown. The amusement was revealed on the fall and the inharmony of the grotesque makeup and childish costumes. And also the ambiguity was expressed on the sexless and the infant of clown's real nature and costumes.

Amusement park's indispensable facilities are dependent on electrical energy. So it is very important to ensure electrical power against fire, power failure, disaster and accident. To find out present problems, investigation was carried out for emergency and standby power systems at amusement park all over the country. We research the related regulations for Electrical facilities of internal standards and NEC. As a result, we could know that there is discrepancy between the electrical regulation and the actual condition.

This study intends to derive play attribute words to describe the nature of play by analyzing the correlation between play facilities and play attribute words. To investigate play attributes at playing facilities and supplement areas of weakness can provide a balanced play environment. Play attributes words were compiled via a literature review and the importance of each play attributes word was surveyed by experts. The keywords explaining play derived from news articles and references are defined as play attributes words. These words were classified into six broad categories and twenty-six sub-categories. The importance of major play attribute words show: Communication (0.268%) > Imagination (0.201%) > Amusement (0.190%) > Development (0.167%) > Learning (0.108%) > Intelligence (0.067%). Experts have recognized the most important elements are communication and imagination. Each play attribute associated with an amusement facility was separately identified in the amusement facilities installed in 114 children's parks in Seoul. Of the play attribute words, the amusement facilities at Seoul's Children's Park reflected a high frequency in 'development'. Furthermore, the importance of major playing attribute words such as 'Communication' and 'Imagination' were not fully reflected in cognitive play facilities. Therefore, it was judged that there is a need to actively introduce these attributes. This study proposed future improvements by determining weaknesses of amusement facilities in children's parks and analyzing the features and functions of play so as to suggest future improvements.

In this study, by both qualitative and quantitative measurement on the purpose of deriving the sensitive amusement factor. I consider the fear of horror games as "the amused fear" and analyze it, which is based on the play theory by Roger Caillois. On the basis of this, I classified the amusement fear in horror games into the 4 factors. I conducted some positive tests through the player's response in order to verify them. The test is conducted measuring the heart rate of each experimenter by cardiometer while they are playing horror games. By analyzing the video data, I gave a name to the point that the amusement fear factors are expected to influence psychologically and physiologically as the fear point. At this point, I examined if the measured heart rate makes the outstanding difference or not, when compared average heart rate with experimenter's heart rate. In addition, I also examined if there is a statistical correlation of heart rate by attaching player's subjective data through the questionnaire. Consequently, it was statistically turned out that the experimenter's heart rate which is measured rose dramatically than usual, and that there are close correlations among subjective data. I also found out that the amusement fear factor at the relevant point plays a major role in experimenter's psychological and physiological response. In this study, I could prove the horror factor as a meaning of amusement factor using both theoretical method and positive method establishing a standard set that is helpful for further production and planning of the game.

This study aims to examine the effect of tourists' participative motivation of a festival on satisfaction and behavior intention in terms of satisfaction, revisit intention, and recommendation based on Baekjae Cultural Festival. For this study, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were made. The survey was conducted among 287 samples for the study. The results are as follows: According to the factor analysis, five factors were drawn such as new experience, deviation from daily life, family harmony, amusement & novelty, cultural tour of Baekjae, and sociability. Festival satisfaction was affected by amusement & novelty, new experience & deviation from daily life, and cultural tour of Baekjae, while revisit intention was influenced by cultural tour of Baekjae, amusement & novelty, family harmony, and new experience & deviation from daily life respectively. On the other hand, recommendation was affected by cultural tour of Baekjae, sociability, amusement & novelty, and family harmony respectively.

The purpose of this study is to develop various designs through renewing and changing perception of accessories by examining various and arbitrary Kitsch. For the method of this study, literature review was mainly used for research of formative characteristics in Kitsch fashion. 798 pieces of work from fashion magazines and website with a focus on Milan, Paris, London and New York collections, in the decade of 2000-2010 were collected. The results of this study are as follows. First, the characteristic of exaggeration is classified into two types: the visual exaggeration, which is characterized by psychological expression through excessive images and (2) the collecting exaggeration, which is not simple but a want of large quantities. Second, the characteristic of satire is classified into two types: (1) the imitation-satire, which satirizes messages to societies with creative humor by using easily consumed materials and (2) the resistance-satire, which is destructive and offensive against isolation and desolation of a capitalistic society. Third, the characteristic of amusement is classified into two types: (1) the playful-amusement, which raises a laugh slyly by using clever materials and (2) the childish-amusement, which involves childish imagination and humor-sense because of desire to be a child. Fourth, the characteristic of nostalgia is classified into two types: (1) the romantic character expressing a departure from modern society, which is desolate because of the urbanization process, and (2) the intermediate character recreating an esthetic category by interacting with different and relative elements. Fifth, the characteristic of inappropriateness is expressed through a deliberate mistake, and it denies existing senses of beauty by overturning common sense and creating new senses of beauty, expressions in distortion and modification of stereotype.

This study has the purpose of examining the effect of the festival post image on the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists in terms of revisit and recommendation for Baekjae Cultural Festival. The questionnaires for the survey were distributed among 287 visitors of Baekjae Cultural Festival. For the empirical analyses, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used based on the conducted survey. The results are as follows: According to the analyses, five factors were drawn such as regionality, convenience, amusement, cultural characteristic of Baekjae, and management. According to the hypothesis testing, convenience, regionality, and amusement affected tourists' satisfaction for the festival, while convenience and amusement influenced revisit intention of the tourists. On the other hand, significance, convenience, and cultural characteristics of Baekjae affected recommendation intention for the festival. In conclusion, amusement & novelty and cultural characteristic of Baekjae were the factors that festival post image affected the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists in terms of revisit and recommendation for Baekjae Cultural Festival.
