The control system of sludge amount inspection and discharge materials of outlet water and affiliated water-purification tank (오수/합병정화조의 배출물 제어시스템 연구)

  • The individual rotten water purification tank recently discharges wastewater and sewage through the outlet without purification ability. The outlet water and affiliated water purification tank with microorganism cultivator tank cultivates microorganism and then drops the value BOD, COD of sewage and discharges the quality of water into the outlet. The blower and water pump operating continuously prompts the waste of energy and deterioration of equipment. Each room of deposition tank, foaming tank, microorganism cultivator tank is equipment with the sludge detection senses so it can detect the density of each room. The power-drive plant of the blower and water pump which ate the system cultivating the microorganism must be made as fuzzy controlization (If the sludge amount of each room become higher, the rate of operation of blower and water pump must heighten, on the contrary, in case of row sludge amount, the total handling amount and microorganism handling amount of each room of control. Tank reducing the rate of operation must be DB. At present, the blower amount in proportion to the sludge and oxygen demanding amount has to control. Each mom must be checked outlet level of the outlet, also each room must flow backward discharge materials, and must operate feed-back control until we want to be come as a below value of BOD/COD(10PPM ; KS).

  • This study developed a program for detecting charged refrigerant amount in system air-conditioner. System air-conditioner is an air-conditioning system with multiple indoor units. Due to the complexity of the system, it is more difficult to detect the refrigerant amount charged in system air-conditioner than in a general single air-conditioner. Experiments were performed for 6 HP outdoor units with 3 indoor units in a psychrometric calorimeter. The experimental amount of charged refrigerant were ranged from 60% to 140% with 10% increasement. Fuzzy algorithm were emploeed for detecting the charged refrigerant amount in a system air-conditioner. The experimental data were used for curve fitting for general ranges for indoor and outdoor temperature conditions. membership function were determined for whole ranges of experimentally measured data and rulebase were defined for each amount of refrigerant charge. Developed program successfully predicted the measured data within 10% resolution range.

  • Ascorbic acid has a strong power to reduce other materials, so by using this reducing power we can analise many materials quantitatively. Dihydro-ascorbic acid is quantitatively changed into ascorbic acid under a certain condition, if reduced by hydrogen-sulfide. Dihydro-ascorbic acid also has physiolosical effect, but less effect than ascorbic acid. The effect of dihydro-ascorbic acid is regarded as a half of that of ascorbic acid. Among the analytical methods applying this theory the method using 2.6 dichlorophenol indophenol what called the method of Indophenol is used most widely; so does Hydrazine-method. But comparing these two methods the former shows a little higher rate in analytical value. Vegetable are vital sources for vitamin C. According to the report of the commitee of FAO Korean branch the amount of daily per head average intake of vitamin C is about 70mg in raw materials. Since vitamin C is easily affected by heating or oxidation in Cooking the loss is not a little. Consequntly it is regarded that the actual amount of intake will be much less than basic amount. It is therefore very important to find out that how much percent of the loss there will be in case of cooking, in order to dicide the actual amount of in take as proper nutrition for a person. Therefore this paper intended to give some help in setting a standard amount of V.C intake, by measuring the change of the V.C amount using the general cooking method and by measuring amount of V.C contained in the part of vegetable, used in Korea abundantly.

  • In the environment with high humidity causes negative influence on human's body and living condition. As the weather gets more humid, people's interest of dehumidifier for household arising recently. The cooling dehumidifier dehumidify the air by using refrigeration cycle technology which means it removes vapor by let the humid air pass through the cold surface. The amount dehumidified of refrigerating method dehumidifier affected by multiple factors. However, the refrigerating method dehumidifier for household in the market controls pass wind velocity technology to adjust the amount of dehumidification. As the pass wind velocity increases, the amount of wind increases hence the heat exchange amount increases accordingly. However, the amount of dehumidification decreases because the temperature difference between the air and vaporization decreases. Therefore, simply by increasing air velocity does not increase the amount of dehumidification. This research examined the effect of air velocity out of all variety of factors to the amount of dehumidification for refrigerating method dehumidifier.

  • This survey is to compare the the number of accidents which were occurred in 24 construction companies with the average accident in construction industry. The number of accidents in 24 companiesis is lower than the average accident, then it is classified "save", otherwise it is classified "loss". This survey is conducted to have top management be interested and invest for safety by recognizing that safety management could be profit for the company. The result of this survey is as follows : The total save amount in 1992 is 44,780mi11ion Won and average is 1,870mi11ion Won, with being 11, 200mi11ion Won by reduction amount of deaths and 33,580mi11ion Won by reduction amount of injuries. In 1993 the total is 33,330mi11ion Won and average is 1,390mi11ion Won, and in 1994 the total is 38, 720mi11ion Won and the average is 1,610mi11ion Won. This result is save amount of workmen's compensation insurance with excluding the indirect costs for accidents. The company which ranked the highest save amount is B Construction Company with being 15.1 billion Won and the next is A Construction Company during 3 years. The Company which ranked highest percentage of save amount to sales amount is Q Heavy industry with being 0.359% and the next is B Construction Company during 3 years.pany during 3 years.

An Analysis of the Amount of Willingness to Pay for Environment-friendly Agricultural Processed Foods by the Level of Consumption Intention (친환경농산물가공식품 소비의향 수준별 지불의향금액 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the amount of willingness to pay for environment-friendly agricultural processed foods by the level of consumption intention. To accomplish the objective of the study a consumer survey was conducted for quantitative analysis regarding consumption pattern. The ordered-probit selection model, Heckman-type two-stage method was employed for an empirical analysis on determining the amount of willingness to pay. The estimation results showed that in the case of consumers who are to keep their consumption at the present level, those with high quality contentment compared to price, brand contentment, and purchasing chiefly in the special store, have the higher amount of willingness. The estimation results also showed that in the case of consumers who are to increase their consumption, those with high quality contentment compared to price, brand contentment, certificate contentment, and having family members who suffer from diseases such as atopy, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, have the higher amount of willingness. Therefore For those who are to increase their consumption, enhancement of quality, enhancement of contentment with certificate, promotion are useful to increase the amount of willingness to pay.

The Development of Exercise Accuracy Measurement Algorithm Supporting Personal Training's Exercise Amount Improvement

  • The demand for personal training (PT), through which high exercise effects can be achieved within short-term, has recently increased. PT can achieve an exercise amount improvement effect, only if accurate postures are maintained upon performing PT, and exercise with inaccurate postures can cause injuries. However, research is insufficient on exercise amount comparisons and judging exercise accuracy on PT. This study proposes an exercise accuracy measurement algorithm and compares differences in exercise amounts according to exercise postures through experiments using a respiratory gas analyzer. The exercise accuracy measurement algorithm acquires Euler anglesfrom major body parts operated upon exercise through a motion device, based on which the joint angles are calculated. By comparing the calculated joint angles with each reference angle in each exercise step, the status of exercise accuracy is judged. The calculated results of exercise accuracy on squats, lunges, and push-ups showed 0.02% difference in comparison with actually measured results through a goniometer. As a result of the exercise amount comparison experiment according to accurate posture through a respiratory gas analyzer, the exercise amount was higher by 45.19% on average in accurate postures. Through this, it was confirmed that maintaining accurate postures contributes to exercise amount improvement.

  • This study is to establish the pattern for one piece dress which fits well to the women somatotype with different drop value and is functional and has high body fitness. Selected 2 testers from classified 4 types who were close to the average value and took twice dressing test. After successive correction and revision, patterns of one piece dress for each somatotype were established. M type ; Bust line is established to B/4+1.7 cm. Waist line is W/4+1.5+2.5 cm(dart amount) for front pattern and W/4+0.8+2 cm(dart amount) for back. Hip line is H/4+0.8 cm for front and H/4+0.8 cm for back and the bust dart amount is 2.5 cm. A type ; Bust line is established to B/4+1.7 cm. Waist line is W/4+1.5+2.5 cm (dart amount) for front pattern and W/4+0.8+2 cm(dart amount) for back. Hip line is H/4+1.5 cm for front and H/4+1 cm for back and the bust dart amount is 2.2 cm. X type ; Bust line is established to B/4+1.5 cm for front pattern and B/4+2 cm for back. Waist line is W/4+2+2.5 cm (dart amount) for front and W/4+1+2+1.4 cm(for two darts amount) for back. Hip line is H/4+1 cm for front and H/4+1.3cm for back and the bust dart amount is 2.8 cm. H type; Bust line is established to B/4+1.5 cm for front pattern and B/4+2cm for back. Waist line is W/4+1.7+2.5 cm (dart amount) for front and W/4+0.8+2 cm(dart amount) for back. Hip line is H/4+2 cm for front and H/4+1.5 cm for back and the bust dart amount is 2.8 cm. In order to achieve the objective evaluation on a new pattern in this study, the sensory evaluation for both Imwonja pattern and a new pattern in this study was completed. As a result of sensory evaluation, a new pattern of this study could accomplished a good appearance in reflecting characteristics of each types and could achieved the functional superiority than comparison pattern.

Changes in Drug Elution Concentration and Physical Characteristics of Soft Contact Lenses Depending on the Initiator and Crosslinker (개시제와 교차결합제 농도의 변화에 따른 소프트콘택트렌즈의 물리적 성질과 약물용출 농도의 변화)

  • Purpose: The material properties of contact lenses were measured by varying the amounts of an initiator and a cross-linking agent that are the basis for the manufacture of contact lenses, and the drug delivery effects depending on the material properties of contact lenses were compared. Methods: Contact lens samples were manufactured using HEMA by varying the concentration of the cross-linking agent and the initiator. To investigate the changes in physical characteristics depending on the material properties, the results of the experiments on the amount of drug elution, water content, refractive index, and the amount of protein adsorption were compared. Results: For the contact lenses manufactured by varying the amount of the initiator, the water content hardly changed, and the refractive index also hardly changed. The amount of drug elution was not much affected by the changes in the initiator, but the amount of elution increased as the water content increased. The amount of protein adsorption was hardly affected by the changes in the initiator, but the amount of adsorption increased as the water content decreased. Conclusions: The changes in the properties were hardly affected by the changes in the amount of the initiator, but were significantly affected by the changes in the amount of the cross-linking agent. As the amount of the cross-linking agent increased, the water content decreased, while the refractive index increased. Also, when the water content increased, the amount of drug elution increased, while the amount of protein adsorption decreased.
