Market penetration of media capital and with domestic broadcasting and communication fusion affect from the contents competitive situation which is general, the digital conversion of ground group broadcasting which follows in like this change tried to point out the hereafter direction of broadcasting contents industry with Korean-American FTA compromises. 반핵 활동가였던 마이클 쉘린버거는 청정 에너지로서 원자력을 선택하여 사용할 것을 앞장서 주장하는 원전 옹호론자가 되었다. 마이클 쉘린버거는 환경운동가이다. 그러나 동시에 수많은 자연보호운동가들에게 비판의 대상이 되는 에너지원인 원자력 발전의 옹호론자이기도 하다. 그렇지만 이 사람이 원래 이랬던 것은 아니다. 쉘린버거는 오히려 과격한 반핵 활동가였는데 본인의 표현에 의하면 모하비 사막의 동쪽에 위치한 Ward Valley 방사성폐기물 처리장 같은 핵 관련 시설의 사용을 금지시키거나 아예 없애버리자고 앞장서 난리치던 사람이었다. 그러나 지구 온난화와 이에 따르는 심각한 결과를 알게 되면서 두 아이의 아버지인 이 44세의 활동가는 James Hansen같은 기후학자가 속해 있는 자연 보호 활동 그룹에 합류하여 기후 변화에 대처할 가장 청정한 에너지원이 되는 원자력 발전에 대한 재검토를 요구하게 되었다. 이처럼 원자력 발전을 오히려 늘려야 한다고 주장하는 것은 2011년 일본의 후쿠시마 원전 사고와 30년 전 터진 체르노빌 원전 사고의 결과로 원전은 태생적으로 위험한 것이라는 생각을 가지게 된 사람들에게는 환경운동의 이단 행위로 보일 수밖에 없을 것이다. 쉘린버거는 자기가 거주하고 있는 캘리포니아 주의 버클리와 가까운 샌프란시스코에서 지난 4월에 열린 미국원자력학회(American Nuclear Society) 연례회의에 연사로 참석하였으며 그곳에서 < Union-Tribune >과 인터뷰를 하였다. 인터뷰 내용 중 일부를 발췌하여 소개한다.

Ten years have passed since Samsung SDI and LG Electronics introduced six sigma. Six sigma spreads on the wide industry areas such as service and public sectors as well as manufacturing industry. Six sigma speaks for Korean enterprise's management innovation now. Then, can we evaluate that Korean enterprise's six sigma has settled down successfully? This study compares Korean enterprise's six sigma with those of Japanese and American enterprises in the view of leadership, project, people, and methodology. We suggest five topics for the successful settlement of six sigma in Korean enterprises; 1) Role of executives and managers should be changed more actively, 2) Strategy-connected projects should be excavated, 3) Utilization and development plan should be made for black belt and master black belt, 4) Six sigma methodology should be advanced, especially DFSS methodology, and finally 5) Several innovation methodology should be integrated.

There have been academic debates upon which measure is more desirable in measuring service quality between SERVQUAL and SERVPERF In addition, Korean fast food industry is rapidly growing due to increasing income and globalization. Our study tried to contribute to both academic and practical issues. We compared SERVQUAL and SERVPERF measures to determine which one is superior to measure service quality in Korean fast food franchise. We collected data from two branch restaurants of one American global fast food franchise system. Regression analyses resulted in that SERVPERF outperformed SERVQUAL. Furthermore, we compared the goodness of fit of the two structural equation models of SERVQUAL anO SERVPERF, respectively. The SERVPERF model showed a much better model fit than the SERVQUAL model did. Thus, we suggest that SERVPERF be used to measure service quality in Korean fast food industry.

After the establishment of 'Staggers' Rail Legislation' in 1980, which established an atmosphere of free competition in rail freight transportation market, freight railway in America became larger and the proportion of freight railway in the market increased. In 2008, it took up 43% of the transportation market based on tonne/mile unit and the productivity of freight rail increased. On the other hand, in the case of Korea, the competing atmosphere is being set up under the influences of the renovation of the rail transportation industry in 2004. However, to make the rail transportation market more active and become more advanced, a lot of efforts are required to build a stronger foundation of free competition atmosphere. In this paper, we have deducted the political implications on the establishment of strengthened competition in Korean rail transportation industry from reviewing what kind of changes the rail transportation market in America went through and how it was developed. In this case, we have focused on the changes in industrial trend towards the restriction policy. Also influences of the deregulation policy after 1980 on the enhanced market efficiency were reviews.

The famous US quality management expert J. M. Juran pointed out on the American Quality Congress of ASQC in 1994, that the 20th century is a century of productive force and the 21st century would be a century of quality. In the past dozens of years; science and technology have made rapid progress. Take electronic products for example, the non-conformity rate has dropped from 1%($10^{-2}$) and 1%($10^{-3}$) to ppm (parts per million, $10^{-6}$), even to ppb (parts per billion, $10^{-9}$). Such a low non-conformity rate can be called the super strict quality requirements of products of the $21^{st}$ Century. Super strict quality requirements can cause a series of new changes: Therefore, super strict quality requirements are unavoidable to produce significant influences to the industry of the $21^{st}$ century. This paper analyzed these influences and pointed out that which quality sciences must be paid attention to first.

This study analyzes on localization plans to successfully enter ASEAN market more rapidly growing than over-saturated the Asian or North American mobile game markets based on the Vietnamese market. Vietnamese smartphone market is the fastest growing in ASEAN based on its young aged population of average 28.2 year-old and low 3G service charges. Considering one of the most common activities through smartphones is the mobile game, the smartphone demand increase can be forecasted to be based on the growth of Vietnamese game market. Global strategies for exporting products to the global market can be classified into 'standardization' and 'localization'. From among these, Korean game companies are making profits by localization plan. But the Vietnamese mobile game market still has entry barriers. Therefore, this study is to contribute to Korean mobile game companies' localization plans for the Vietnamese market by finding and supplementing limits of the Vietnamese mobile game market based on literatures and statistics materials.

It is very difficult to export the fresh agricultural products to long distant countries such as America and EU without any damage. Fresh exporting products would be met very hazardous environments such as hot and cold weather, heavy trembles with rolling and pitching. Therefore, care should be taken on tight fastening the products inside the container and keeping the designated temperature and relative humidity. The physical strength of outer box should be applied differently because each agricultural product has its own character for packaging. There have been many agricultural products researches for export packaging to the U.S.A. so far. However they have never got desirable results which enough to apply it in real. The main purpose of this research is to develop optimum compressive strength of corrugated fiber board box which would be used to American export packaging of fresh agricultural products such as perilla leaves, green red pepper and spinach.

The industry related to commercial space transport is growing rapidly as a futurity industry all over the world and America is leading them. If this trend continues, domestic individuals or private enterprises may plan for the commercial space transport business by adopting the advanced technology. Therefore it is necessary to make a law to control the business in our country for the industrial development and the growth related to commercial space transport. This paper provides outline for domestic commercial space transport law by the study and analysis of U.S. commercial space transport laws.

As the paper market becomes more and more competitive, more mills will want to switch to alkaline papermaking to take advantage of the Vowing demand. Many papermakers have tried to do this without success in the past much like the American papermakers did in the late 1970's. The Problem is that runnability Problems occur, drainage slows, Presses pick drying becomes more difficult and sheet quality suffers as a result Sheet holes and breaks occur, and runnability becomes a real operating problem. Converting to alkaline papermaking is not as simple as turning off the alum. We must be aware of the numerous factions that alum served at acid pH and provide alkaline alternatives. It is the purpose of this paper to discuss methods of deposit control via charge neutralization and system control at alkaline pH. This article explains the concept as well as the measurement and control. The resultant benefits are seen in runnability, quality and profitability for the papermaker.
