진안군 농촌 어메니티 자원 분석을 통한 읍.면별 어메니티 증진 방안 (Amenity Improvement Directions for Eup and Myun in Jinan County through a Rural Amenity Resources Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 농촌 어메니티 자원 조사 자료를 바탕으로 진안군의 읍 면별 어메니티 자원의 특성을 파악하여 유형을 구분하고, 이에 따른 어메니티 증진 방안을 마련하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 조사는 2005년부터 2008년까지 4년간에 걸쳐서 이루어졌다. 조사 자료는 주로 현장조사가 대부분이고, 그 외에 공무원 및 주민 인터뷰와 인터넷 검색을 통하여 수집하였다. 진안군의 읍 면별 특성과 자원간의 상관관계를 분석하기 위하여 기술통계분석과 회귀분석, 상관분석이 이루어졌다. 나아가 상대적인 순위 분석을 통하여 읍 면별 유형의 분류를 행하고, 이에 따른 어메니티 증진 방안을 제시하였다.

  • This research was aimed at finding clues of improving residential quality of the Urbanistic Housing which was introduced for the small household of 1-2 residents. It was the laws on communal amenity in multi-family housing that this research concentrated on. Looking into the multi-family housing standards for small household of Korea, Japan and UK, Japanese One-room housing Ordinance of Tokyo-do laid stress on avoiding conflict among residents and getting people mixed together. And UK's concentrated on every individual rooms inside HMO and suggested certain level of qualified life through the careful standards. On the other hand, Korea's just suggested minimum housing with unit households and nearly no amenity except for parking lots. There should be more than a physical space with some area which satisfies basic physiological needs in a residence. To become a quality residence filled with relationship, it is necessary that Urbanistic Housing are also required to provide communal amenities, not as much as regular housing for regular household but much more than Quasi-housing, the minimum residence. And it should be ensured by the legal system to make it more effective.

일본 도심형 노인전문요양시설의 환경디자인 특성에 관한 사례연구 - 대동경소재 5개 시설을 중심으로 - (A Case Study on Characteristics of Environmental Design for Nursing Home in Japan - Focused on 5 Facilities in Tokyo -)

  • This research aimed to assess nursing homes for the elderly with geriatric diseases in Japan, and to prepare the knowledge basis to develop nursing home for the elderly with geriatric diseases in Korea. For this, researcher visited 5 facilities in Tokyo from October 3 to October 9 in 2002, collected data by observations, interviews, and visual materials by taking photographs. Visual materials were analyzed according to the environmental assessment matrix consisted of supportiveness, flexibility, efficiency in perception, accessibility, safety, amenity, and social Interaction that were assorted and were given a name by these researchers in the process of this research. Among the characteristics of environmental design of the analysis cases, 992 items picked out from 722 visual materials were used in the analysis. The data were analyzed using the frequency and percentage with SPSS 11 program. The analysis results were the fellowing. The characteristics of recent nursing home design in Japan tended to focus on supportiveness, amenity, and efficiency in perception but to leave much desired in flexibility and safety. In each space, space to support outdoor activities tended to focus on efficiency in perception, space to support living activities tended to focus on amenities, space to support treatment and living tended to focus on supportiveness, space to support administration and operation tended to focus on supportiveness, and space to support movement tended to focus on amenities.

공동주택수요의 특성과 신도시 이주성향에 관한 연구 (The Nature of Housing (Apartment) Demand and Residential Mobility)

  • The principal measure of housing demand is income and the preferences expressed by households through their respective indifference curves. In this context, housing essentially becomes a derived demand, i.e., the household consumes land and a location (or distance-in time and money costs), according to its relative preferences for space, accessibility, and all other nonhousing goods. This paper attempts to deal with both aspects of housing (apartment) demand and household mobility in the Seoul Metropolitan Areas. Housing services will be measured using hedonic regression technique. From observations on the market prices of dwelling units and on the underlying characteristics of housing, one can estimte the relationships between the two empirically. In predicting the probability of the future moves into new towns in the Seoul Metropolitan areas, the best predictors of the future moves into new best predictors are found to be the degree of satisfaction not only with the current residence as a whole, but with some of the major amenities, accessibility and child education. The reasons for moving into new towns are diverse depending on the households' current situation; the most frequently cited is "improvement of housing conditions," followed by "improvement of living environment," "asset improvement" and "home ownership". It appears that people move houses because of a dissatisfaction with their current housing status, relative their income or needs, or a desire to improve their housing and neighborhood amenities, or both. On the other hand, it is clear that the development of new towns in the Seoul Metropolitan Areas should be based on the analysis of housing demand and the pattern of household mobility in Seoul housing market.sehold mobility in Seoul housing market.

보육시설의 실내공간계획 및 설비와 소방설비의 안전성 관련 기준에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Safety-related Criteria for the Interior Space Planning, Facilities and Fire-fighting Equipment in Child Care Centers)

  • Because of the increasing demand for day care centers, The Korean government has enforced childcare accreditation. The government has created the evaluation certification system for child care facilities. But the system includes variable items, and the physical rules are not sufficient for ensuring security and quality amenities. So this study, through literature search, examined the rules of Child Care Centers in the U.S. and compared them with those in Korea focusing on the provision of security and amenities. The standards found in 4 U.S. states were investigated, and the results are as follows. The rule pertaining to the size of indoor activity spaces in C.C.C. allows the spaces to be smaller in Korea than in the U.S. There is no specific criterion for infants and toddlers in our standard. When comparing the standards of Korea with those of the United States, Korea's standards do not state specific rules about child care facilities such as indoor furniture, finishes and space planning. Additionally, the binding force ensuring compliance with the standards of physical facilities is weak. Thus, the ratings of child care standards for the physical environment should be presented in detail. And if a center does not comply with the criteria, stronger penalties will have to be imposed.

안면도의 농촌어메니티자원 특성 분석 (Characteristics of Rural Amenity Resources for Anmyeon-island)

  • This survey is focused on analyzing amenity resources for the purpose of offering basic sources for balanced development and the activation of sightseeing in Anmyen-island which has superior landscape resources and the result follows as this. 1. As a result of selecting "Amenities characterized in isles" and comparing their applications in order to choose amenity resource surveying method which is suitable for the isle districts where beaches, tidelands, fishing villages and so on are formed, it was considered that the surveying method of the rural amenity resource in the Korean Society of Rural Planning could be properly used. 2. In spite of a variety of amenity resources besides ten beaches, Anmyeon-island has been developed only focused on beaches. Therefore, it is highly recommended to develop new sightseeing courses which connect beaches with adjacent amenity resources such as theme programs. 3. It proved that compared with Anmyeoneup, Gonammyeon has superior landscape resources and higher special product rates, which is caused by the fact that it doesn't have various kinds of amenities. As diverse fish inhabit the sea and tidelands in Gonammyeon, it is beneficial for activating sightseeing tours to develop fishing village experiencing programs including going fishing. 4. Anmyen-island can be divided into East district and West distict by the national road no,77 and two districts have different distributional features of sightseeing amenity resources. In the west district, amenity resources such as coastal sightseeing routes, large event halls, and resorts have been activated in addition to fourteen beaches which have already been developed while the amenity resources in the east like fishing villages, tidelands, and salt fields have not been activated. Accordingly, for activating balanced sightseeing development in Amyeon-island, it is required to make plans which can incorporate the east amenity resources of sea sightseeing and the west amenity resources of fishing village experiencing programs. As a way, constructing sightseeing routes connecting the west and the east district or making a detour lane connecting beaches in the west, Anmyeon pine trees in the center, and fishing villages in the east.

버스킹 문화의 도시 어메니티 저해 양상과 제도적 완화 방안 탐구 : 해외 정책 사례 분석을 중심으로 (Exploration of Institution and Policy to improve Urban Amenity in Busking Culture)

  • 버스킹 문화는 도시 어메니티를 구성하는 하나의 요소이자 공공예술문화로써 미디어 발전과 맞물려 빠른 속도로 확산되고 있다. 하지만 혼잡·소음·공공불쾌감과 같은 버스킹 문화의 고질적인 문제들은 지역 공동체 내부의 갈등 요소로써 도시 어메니티를 저해하며 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이와 같이 버스킹 문화를 둘러싼 갈등 양상은 도시 어메니티 요소로써 버스킹 문화가 가지는 순기능보다 역기능에 대한 부정적인 인식을 확대시키고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제의식에 기반 해 국내 버스킹 문화가 도시 어메니티 요소로서 지니고 있는 이점을 배가시키고, 올바른 버스킹 문화의 안착을 위한 제도개선 방안을 탐구하는 것을 연구문제로 삼아, 이해관계자 인터뷰 및 해외 사례분석을 통해 정책적 시사점을 도출했다. 심층인터뷰와 해외 정책 사례 분석을 조사 방법론으로 사용하였으며 분석결과, 버스킹 문화와 관련된 이해관계자들의 전반적인 인식은 정책 혹은 제도개선 측면에서 매우 강하고 구체적으로 제시되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 해외사례분석을 토대로, 연구진은 버스킹 문화 안착을 위한 정책적 개선방안으로 버스킹 허가제, 전문 버스커 양성을 위한 관리제, 시간 및 소음제한을 통한 민원관리제 등 세 가지 측면의 제도 개선방안을 제안했다.

  • The rural population has been continuously decreased since the standards of living in rural communities is relatively lower than in urban. In other words, rural area has become less attractive for settlement. The concept of 'rural amenity' was introduced, to increase interests in the development of rural area. But, there has not been proper theories and methods to evaluate the amenity. In this study, rural amenity was classified and the elements of rural amenity was evaluated using statistical methods. The results of this study could be useful to assess the effects of the polices on improving rural amenities.

도심 주거지에서의 주거환경 만족도와 선호성향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Residential Satisfaction and Preferences of Urban Core Residents)

  • This study intends to analyze residential satisfaction and preference of residents of urban core area. The main findings of this study are follows: First, the residents show high satisfaction levels for accessibility and availability of various facilities. However, they express relatively low levels of satisfaction for safety and amenities. Second, the satisfaction levels of female, housewives, and higher income earners are higher than the rest of residents. Third, more than half of core residents still want to live in the core area. This result implies the possibilities of residential development in the core area.

  • As the number of aid projects for farming village has been increased, rural amenity is being emphasized. On the contrary, we have a shortfall in excavation and utilization of great resources due to the utilization limit for resources in each village and similarity with the resources from other areas. Thus, we're trying to investigate the ways to make effective use of excellent amenities for farming village development project. In this study, through the principal component analysis, we tried to extract the key factors from the selected areas and examine actual application case of resources. This study categorized the key resource into the big class such as development, farming, nature and experiencing and target areas were categorized into two main classes accordingly. The finding shows 5 example places selected as great areas are taking advantage of extracted excellent resources and 2 target areas are also utilizing enough of excellent resources of each area. Not only limit of used items, subjective view of researcher and resources of each area but also participatory intention of residents and management ways should be additionally considered for another study from now on.
