Cutting procedures whose qualifies are determined by various variables largely influences shipbuilding productivity. Particularly, defects in cutting shapes and cutting surface results in delay of the post shipbuilding stages such as welding and assemblage process. Because cutting procedures are influenced by various numbers of requirements according to the plate thickness, cutting precision can be maintained when the cutting conditions are appropriate. Existing cutting procedures utilize fossil fuels such as propane or ethylene as the main fuel component. Especially, when fossil fuel is applied to thick plate cutting, this process gives relatively slow cutting speed and generates large quantities of harmful polluting fumes. Recently, hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas generated by electrically dissociating water into Hydrogen and oxygen components is welcomed as an alternative fuel source. Also recent results report that alternative cutting fuel improves the cutting Dualities and speed. This paper presents that cutting characteristics and optimum cutting condition of hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas.
The simulation of water balance was conducted for suggested four alternative multi-layer cover design of near-surface radioactive waste disposal facility under domestic climate condition. The analysis was also conducted for the most favorable one out of four alternative cover design under conservative scenarios. Until 100 years after closure of disposal vault, the infiltration flux for the most favorable cover design was negligible even under doubling of the ambient precipitation condition. When the degradation of asphalt and geomembrane after 100 years of closure was considered, the infiltration flux significantly increased almost to the design criteria of cover system in I' Aube disposal facility. And it was found that the hydraulic conductivity of bentonite/sand as a bottom barrier should be no greater than 1$\times$10$^{-7}$ cm/sec recommended by U.S. EPA.

R407C is considered as an alternative refrigerant to R22 for air conditioners. An experimental investigation was made to study the characteristics of the condensation heat transfer and pressure drop for R407C flowing in a fin-and-tube heat exchanger used for commercial air-conditioning units. Experiments were carried out under the conditions of inlet refrigerant temperature of 6$0^{\circ}C$ and refrigerant mass flux varying from 150 to 250 kg/$m^2$s for refrigerant side. The inlet air has dry bulb temperature of 35$^{\circ}C$ , relative humidity of 50% and air velocity varying from 0.8 to 1.6 m/s. Experiments show that air velocity increased by 25% is needed for R407C than that of R22 for subcooling temperature of 5$^{\circ}C$, which resulted in air-side pressure drop increase of 28.8% for R407C as compared to R22. As a consequence, in order to provide the same design condition of a condenser, the fan requires higher electric-power consumption with R407C than that with R22.

The aim of this paper is to propose the alternative algorithm to finish the process in public key cryptography. In general, the proposed method can be selected to finish both of modular exponentiation and point multiplication. Although this method is not the best method in all cases, it may be the most efficient method when the condition responds well to this approach. Assuming that the binary system of the exponent or the multiplier is considered and it is divided into groups, the binary system is in excellent condition when the number of groups is small. Each group is generated from a number of 0 that is adjacent to each other. The main idea behind the proposed method is to convert the exponent or the multiplier as the subtraction between two integers. For these integers, it is impossible that the bit which is equal to 1 will be assigned in the same position. The experiment is split into two sections. The first section is an experiment to examine the modular exponentiation. The results demonstrate that the cost of completing the modular multiplication is decreased if the number of groups is very small. In tables 7 - 9, four modular multiplications are required when there is one group, although number of bits which are equal to 0 in each table is different. The second component is the experiment to examine the point multiplication process in Elliptic Curves Cryptography. The findings demonstrate that if the number of groups is small, the costs to compute point additions are low. In tables 10 - 12, assigning one group is appeared, number of point addition is one when the multiplier of a point is an even number. However, three-point additions are required when the multiplier is an odd number. As a result, the proposed method is an alternative way that should be used when the number of groups is minimal in order to save the costs.
Because price of fossil fuel rises, necessity about alternative energy was risen. Studied co-combustion of RPF to coal fluid bed boiler by necessity of these althernative energy. Purpose of this study to coal fluid bed bioler RPF when did co-combustion, change operating condition and characteristic of air pollutant examine according to change of fuel characteristic, operating condition examined about combustion chamber temperature, oxygen content etc. and air pollutant examined about material that is included to allowable exhaust standard and dioxin. Co-combustion condition was 5%. It was no peculiar under test result operating condition. Concentration of Co and HCl rose according as do RPF co-combustion and the other pollutants had hardly changed. Dioxin is low concentration level more than $0.1ng-TEQ/Sm^3$. There was no pollutant that exceed akllowable exhaust standard for boiler but $SO_x,\;NO_x$ were exceeded about allowable exhaust standard for incinerating facility.
Among 12 lactic acid bacteria examined for their abilities to activate the complement system by hemolytic complement assay $(TCH_{50})$, Lactobacillus plantarum previously isolated from Kimchi showed high anti-complementary activity. The anti-complementary activity of the cell wall fraction of L. plantarum was more potent than that of the cytosol fraction, and both activities showed dose dependency. These high activities of the cytosol and the cell wall fractions were relatively resistant to the digestion with pronase, but sharply decreased after the treatment of $NaIO_4$. These results suggested that the complement activation by the cytosol and the cell wall fractions was mainly due to their polysaccharides. By the cross-immunoelectrophoresis using anti-human C3, the C3 activation products from both fractions were identified in $Ca^{++}$-free condition. Anti-complementary activity $(ITCH_{50})$ of the cell wall fraction was retained under the same condition, whereas that of the cytosol fraction was reduced considerably. From these results, it was inferred that the mode of complement activation by the cell wall fraction was mainly via alternative pathway, and that of the cytosol fraction was via both alternative and classical pathways.
Adhesive shear strengths of the established adhesives and the alternative adhesives were evaluated and their chemical structures were analyzed in order to investigate the possibility of replacing the established adhesives with the alternative adhesives applicable to the seeker for the guided missiles. Two types of the adhesives such as the structural adhesives and the sealant adhesives were considered. Those adhesives were exposed to the combined environmental factors consisting of temperature, moisture and ultraviolet over 1000 hours. Adhesive shear test was conducted to evaluate adhesive shear strengths and ATR FT-IR was utilized to investigate chemical structures. According to the results, the adhesive shear strengths of the alternative adhesives revealed higher than those of the established adhesives. Also the alternative adhesives were more stable to the combined environmental condition than the established adhesives. Therefore, it is found that the established adhesives were able to be replaced by the alternative adhesives.

Natural dyeing is considered to be an alternative to chemical staining in terms of harmful VOC-free and environmentally-friendly ingredient. This study was concerned with an evaluation of color performance of naturally dyed- and painted veneer for cylindrical laminated veneer lumber etc. according to the used condition in terms of existence of light and heat in drying. From the results, the color changes by the color of dyed veneer and the type of paint are likely to be affected by fading condition of light or heat. In the future, long-term outdoor exposure test needs to be additionally followed in order to evaluate durable usability of colored veneers.
Fuel cell systems have witnessed remarkable development in recent years as they offer a clean and efficient alternative for power generation. Testing was conducted to determine the safety performance of a residential fuel cell system when subjected to abnormal operation condition, especially for voltage sag and fuel cut. In case of voltage sag to 198V, its arriving time at rated power had shown a slight lag but there wasn't any noticeable change when operating it between rated voltage(220V) and 10% voltage sag(198V). In case of fuel cut, it also showed stable shut-down characteristics. The test results are being used to develop a new safety evaluation for residential fuel cell system.
We discuss an application of 'restrictions on the entries of the maps in the minimal free resolution' and '$SC_r$-condition of modules', and give an alternative proof of the following result of Foxby: Let M be a finitely generated module of dimension over a Noetherian local ring (A,m). Suppose that $\hat{A}$ has no embedded primes. If A is not Gorenstein, then ${\mu}_i(m,A){\geq}2$ for all i ${\geq}$ dimA.
